I had a free tire balance and rotation on the deal from when I purchased the tires from them last year. They also checked my breaks ,alignment and suspension. Laurie and all the staff there very thorough and friendly. The mechanic came out and gave me a rundown on what they did. Very pleased!

I was traveling across country when my vehicle was involved in a hit & run accident early New Years morning. NTB was the only tire shop that was open today. I called prior to coming in and they were waiting for us to get here to do an inspection, they found the problem,located the part and finished the repair quickly. I can not speak highly enough about James, Mike and Dustin. They’ve made it where we can get back on the road within the same day! Thanks NTB!

Stay away if youre a woman by yourself or someone with no mechanical knowledge. My girlfriend took her 08 car for an oil change. They called and said she needed rear breaks and rotors. FOR 500 BUCKS! She got the oil change but I changed the other parts. THAT DIDNT NEED CHANGED ! OLD BREAKS HAD ATLEAST 60%LIFE LEFT. ROTORS LOOKED NEW! So she paid 30 dollars for oil. I paid 150 for parts did it myself in an hour. Thats 180 bucks. Which means they wanted 300 dollars in labor for what would be a 30minute job in that shop.

Don’t come here if you have a diesel. 100% did not service my truck properly. Ended up having to go somewhere else and get my truck worked on because they failed to do their job.

It was nice, clean, and uncrowded. The service was great but the wait time was a little longer than I had hoped, but overall it was a real nice experience.

First experience with this place. Went there on Labor Day or of absolute necessity. They were one of only a few places open on Labor Day.They had extremely friendly and informative service. Got me in and out in decent timing, considering it was a holiday.I give them 5* all the way around. I have no complaining whatsoever. They took care of me when I was in dire need. They will definitely be at the top of my list next time I need a tire.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Went in for 4 new tires with tps kit, alignment and brake job on the front . Upon picking up the wifes car which brings my 5 yrs old daughter to and from daycare, I noticed the rotors was not resurfaced. I politely walked back in and told the young guy at the front desk about my findings. HE LIED TWICE! Stating they had in fact been resurfaced which was supervised by the shop manager and didnt even bother to come out and look. So the next day I inconveniently had to go to the Diberville location to confirm what I already knew that they did not do what I paid for as far as resurfacing the rotors and the tps kit was not installed. Diberville location took care of everything the gulfport location did not do. You lie once thats it! I wouldnt bring my childs red wagon to this store. Hopefully they make the proper changes to better serve the public. Aint no telling who all they done this too.

Cant really comment on the quality of product as this was my first purchase. I believe the price was fair. The lifetime warranty option quite pricey but figuring in the 2 for 1 tire deal it made the entire fair, as I first mentioned. I dont know if the reception area has ever been cleaned. Not nice for a customer to sit in while waiting. I also mentioned to an associate about the mens room and it was immediately addressed, nice to see. My advice to the company is to get the place cleaned up. Give the customer a cleaner environment while waiting.The service from the associates was good and the time normal for the service performed. Will see how much has changed on return. I would recommend NTB for the services they provide.

Never go anywhere else for maintenance!!! They have saved us more times then I can count and they are always looking out for you. They are very nice on my wallet as well! Every time we come to NTB Dustin takes great care of us! Always makes our trips there a great one!

Not good. They treat you good, price is good, but they dont do everything they said they would do. Every time I go I get the oil change and tire rotation. The last 3 times they forgot to do the tire rotation. Please be careful, check everything before leave.

I work out of town a lot. I spoke with the manager about taking care of my wifes tires. Staff was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and extremely professional. 1 month later there was an issue and they immediately jumped on top of the issue and fixed it quickly. Great location, I will return.

Check your tire pressure. I bought a new tire and my car still read the pressure as low in the other tires. The guy said hed filled them up and I just needed to drive 15 miles or minutes and itd recalibrate. I drove 250 miles and they read the same thing. I stopped at a truck stop, filled them all to the same psi, and my car instantly read what the meter had said they should be.

My husband and I was there to get my oil changed in my Yukon. We had an appointment for 3:00. But we arrived early and they took my vehicle in to change the oil. I love the way they do business. The prices are great. The staff is very friendly. I recommend this place to everyone.

I went in to get my front end aligned about a month ago because my car shakes when it goes over 65 mph. They talked me into getting my tires balanced because they said that that was apart of the problem.Turns out my tire was bad and they did not inform me. They are trying to say that I never told them that my car shakes when I remember them asking me where the car shakes if it was in the seat or in the steering wheel. I wasted my own money from working as a cashier. My bad tire is now stuck to the car and cannot be removed. Im extremely disappointed that they failed to inform me about the bad tire.

Counter attendant, Rebecca, was very knowledgeable, helpful and a great attitude. The tech that worked on my vehicle had an attitude issue when he realized he had not replaced the temporary spare under my vehicle.Otherwise, great service at a fair price.

Dropped the F350 off for oil change and tire rotation. The staff was nice and despite having to break my tires off the rim to properly rotate them, they had me out quickly! They always honor their affiliate stores free tire rotation and balance too.

Passing through town and got a nail in the tire. Stopped at the NTB and the service was great. Very kind and didn’t mind I had 4 kids in the lobby. Offered them water and the tv controller. Thanks NTB for making our flat on vacation a memorable experience.

Good service. Took longer than expected, but I didnt have an appointment either. Just needed one tire put on.

Fast friendly service. The tires that I selected were in stock and the work was completed within the time frame specified. You can even book ahead of time online by appointment. I will shop here again in the future. My Only suggestion would be that the sales counter have at least one employee present at all times.

Great Buy on some Quality BFG tires for my Truck. Walked in they were busy but still was helped out within a few seconds! The employee found me a really awesome set of tires by just talking and finding out what I wanted. Got a good deal also! The Sams club tire and battery up the road wanted more for less of a tire and they wouldnt have done a Allignment correction either!NTB gulfport is where my tire business will be handled from here on out!Also check out the NTB card promos I saved quite a bit !!!!

Got my tires rotated and aligned earlier today and there were no problems beside the wait being longer than they said. However, when I drove the car later that night, I somehow lost two hubcaps in the span of an hour. One on the passenger drivers front side and the back passenger side. Absolutely ridiculous that they didnt correctly SNAP IN THE HUBCAPS. Crazy simple that will cost me money to replace. Infuriating. Ive never had a problem with these caps before and for TWO of them to have fallen off just shows that these people dont care at all.

Called quoted me one price. And then gave me another when I arrived. Not the best of it yet! I was told about an hour. Several people came on after me and left. I asked Google how long I was at current location and it told me a hour and some. I asked for my keys and went to Firestone down the street and spent 50 less on said tirr

I would rate my visit as -100000....My last experience was HORRIBLE. I had an a oil change a few wks ago and when I got in my car I noticed several things wrong. First thing the technician broke the handle on my dip stick, failed to refill my fluids, failed to put on a sticker letting me know my next visit, and my tire warning light has been blinking since I left this terrible tire and battery trap shop. Then to add to this such horrible visit, I DONT HAVE OIL IN MY FREAKING CAR. I would have been better off going to a SHADE TREE MECHANIC.... spend your money somewhere else. I also called to speak with a manager and she was too busy to speak with me. Some random person took my information and stated that she would have her manager give me a call back.??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Im still WAITING?????????????????????????Never will I return to this place. The only thing they can give me is my money back along with a dip stick replacement.

They lie over the phone about the price and change it on you once your there. After getting price of tires over the phone (which were decent) and asking them how much is the mount and balance fee? The man on the phone said the charge was totalled in with the tire price. Luckily for me my phone records my calls. After the price almost doubled I listened to the call over again to see if I misunderstood him..... NOPE! He did say it was in the price. (If I could post the call on this review I would)But because I made the time out of my day and was very mad about being lied too I went ahead and paid the extra money just do i could get out of this place that rips people off! I promise never to return to NTB for any reason or any location.

I have bought tires and got my oil changed continuously for 3 years at different locations the service is always friendly and if you make an appointment its very quick.

I was traveling thru and saw that I was losing tire pressure and had to stop immediately at the nearest convenient place to have my tire repaired or replace around 5pm on the 6/6 and they pushed me out because they were to busy to help out I pleaded with the person at the counter and he told me to go somewhere else that he couldnt help me they where to busy

Im assuming the bad reviews were from when this was tire kingdom because we had a great experience..... I went online and set everything up. They had a buy 2 get 2 on tires if you got the installation package which comes with tire rotations, alignment with a 1 year guarantee and road hazard on all 4 tires. I was a little reluctant because i figured they might try to sell up while they had our car or tell us something was wring and it would cost more but they didnt. They were very friendly and honest. The price that i was quoted online is the price i paid out the door! Very happy

Tech says: Come in every two months and we will check your alignment for free. This would be funnier if I wasnt out $500 for two tires and an alignment.
