She never returned my calls and for 3 months she always say helping tedents I understand but 3 months

Do yourself a favor a live in a motel and save up money to rent a real place. Lisa is nothing short of a Thief. She portrays herself as a business woman. Her rentals are garbage and she will rope you in to snicking on the drug dealers she rents to and claims to have no idea. Her love of cocker roaches is Amazing,

I feel like the only honest reviews on here are the 1 and 2 star reviews. Lisa is very rude and impersonal. For this to be a business with NO business hours. NO ONE should rent from her or this company whatsoever. Lisa makes her own hours and treats the business like its her home. Please save your time and dont even go over there. SHE ALWAYS GOING TO BE CLOSED.

We love our home! Any time we need repairs they get here the day after we call. Always answers my msgs promptly. They r busy ppl with alot of properties so it can seem they r short but the ppl r actually very nice and respectful.

Folks, if you see the reviews & even bother calling them afterwards you must be in a desperate situation & you had absolutely no other place to turn. -5 stars

Tried to contact about a home they had for rent. But lady was very rude. When I went up to office. There was a cocky message on the door for their customers. Basically making herself above anyone coming in.

Always handles our maintenances needs in a timely manner , provided quick responses and actually cares . Our landlord has provided us with Turkeys for thanksgiving and Hams for Christmas. Very kind hearted and understanding , as well as easy to get in contact with.

Bed bugs! Every where! Rude owners! Rude maintenance! You will have bugs when you move out!

I have rented from Lisa and Tim for almost 8 years. If there is any problem and I call I see Tim that day and he resolves the issue. They think about their tenants at the holidays. They didnt care. Pay your rent and dont cause drama youre good! Thanks Lisa and Tim. Appreciate you!

The owner was very rude on August 27th and really needs to close her business or get an attitude adjustment.I will never support that place and tell others not to go there also in Greenville on White Horse Rd.So my rating is zero!

The landlord is very uncaring and unconcerned. The company is a total rip off.she charge you feeds that you never existed.she cant count.shes a cheater.I awoke about 2am one morning to find a huge black snake laying on the top of my stove.that happened twice.and when I called the office about it,nothing was done about it.rats are hidden when you go in to take a look but soon as you move in,rats and roaches are basically everywhere.i dont pay rent to live in the outdoors so why should have to experience living indoors with unwanted pests.The landlord is mean and hateful.you dont see that at first,but once you move in her true colors come out.shes on the racist side a little from what I experienced from her. this is not a good place to rent from.unless you have absolutely no other choice with no where else to go...KEEP LOOKING

I moved into one of Wolfs homes a few months ago. After a few weeks of house searching, we felt Lisa was the most trust-worth person we had spoken with. We were dead wrong. Upon deciding on our home, she presented us with paperwork, including our lease, which we signed. She took the papers, and said, Well, I guess I should tell you a few things about the house now, and proceeded to tell us that:1.) We have a cat living in our home, probably inside the ductwork. She swore shed get it out since it sprays and makes the entire home stink. We were assured its be taken care of. 5 (FIVE) months later, the cat and its stink, remain.2.) There are MANY prior reports of bug infestations in the house.3.) There are a number of large mice (weve seen them, theyre rats.) living in the house. Shes sworn shed have traps set. Ive seen no traps, nor have I seen anyone coming by to check on said traps. I HAVE seen the holes continue to grow in the floor, and rat droppings inside locked cabinets.4.) The electric will be high. By which she means, “If you want your house above freezing in the winter months, its going to cost over $500/month, min.”Its been months of broken promises (this is just the list that we noted the 1st day of our lease) and its going downhill ever since. No one comes to take care of any issues you report, and when they do, its severely 1/2 assed. (Should 1/2 our windows be nailed/screwed shut? should we have to deal with windowpanes missing or huge slabs of broken glass serving as windows for months at a time?) Should they be allowed to break their own lease time and time again?! Basically, Wolf FAILS at rental maintenance.Just bc you dont have a prostitution ring in the apt next to you does not mean youve being taken care of by your landlord. Beware. I only wish I had searched before signing. ... So very disappointed, and now stuck, broke, in a rat infested, cat-pee-stinking house.

This landlord is ridiculous she charge u fees that dont exist roaches in crackheads everywhere she dont work with if you attempted to give her half if u late she want take it she wants the whole sum she dont even follow regulations or guidelines to be a land lord she doesnt corporate with share either when first moved in she was cool if your job she will not work with even tho you have the money or share help

Ive been renting from wolf enterprises for almost 3 years. the staff are excellent people, if it breaks they fix it asap. over the years ive had my share of landlords and slumlords, lisa at wolf understands that life does happen to people and she goes above and beyond the call of duty to work with you and ensure her tenants feel welcomed. i appreciate everything the staff does for their tenants ( the wolf family). at this time i would like to move but i refuse unless the property is with wolf enterprises. thanks to wolf for a wonderful almost 3 years with many more to come.love u guys *muah*

Wolf enterprise is the worst company you could ever rent from in your inter life . beside them being racisit they are no help and rent out ran down properties for very high prices. i dont i repeat dont recomend ne one rent from this company by any means
