I called and texted my landlord for a month leading up to moving out of the rent house. I never received any messages back. The day I moved out I showed up to return my keys and Mary the landlord was no where to be found. One week later her voicemail box is full so i can not send any voicemails and she still will not respond to my messages about my down deposit. Do not recommend this place. Terrible service if you are young. They only care about taking your money.

My wife and I just moved out of an apartment on 1615 Bois DArc Street this month. Mary Kimbrell has been a great landlord for us. We moved in the day of our marriage and have nothing but good things to say about the year and a half we lived there.

My first time buying a home was with another realtor, when I was trying to sell my home,Crystal went above and beyond, if i didnt understand something i could call her or text her and if she didnt know she would find out for me.If i was to buy another home or sell in Texas, I would definitely have her help. We absolutely love our realtor Bridget Nix. She stood by us from day one of looking for a home. We had no idea what all we needed to do with paper work, credit building and finding a mortgage company...yet she went out of her way knowing we had no idea what we were doing. She never told us no at looking at homes (which a few realtor companys wouldnt give us the time unless we had money in hand). SHE IS THE BEST!

After calling 4 times, leaving a message with the guy at the office and texting to finally my mom calling for someone to get back with us. AND they told my mom that we NEVER called to get ahold of them or left any messages. LOL yeah okay makes total sense. NOT. I could have already been moving into my own place by now if I had done it myself. I understand people get busy but there wasn’t even a form of communication. Now we’re told the renter went with someone else, but told my boyfriend before that we were first in line. I hope I never have to deal with this place again. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Thanks for nothing Mary. If there is another side to this, I wouldn’t know. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone to save my life but they were more than happy to take my $80 dollars for an application. Cool.

Was about to buy a house at Toma Hawk Dr. I had paid for my 10 day inspection on Monday and tried to conduct my inspection on Thursday but the owners refused to allow me to come by and inspect on Thursday. It was difficult to find an inspector in short notice. I was given a list of inspectors by my realtor with 4 or 5 names( 2 had astericks and 1 was marked out). I found my own inspector since the list seemed one sided. The owners offered Monday which would have only given me 4 days for inspection and filing any problems found. I requested an extension since they were not allowing me the full 10 days. My realtor said the owners will allow an extension to the following Monday (which would be only 4 extra days) for $200.00 more. I was shocked to hear this because the owners were the ones not allowing me to do the inspection after I had already found my inspector. However, my realtor was siding with the 4 days being enough for everything, but if anything was found that could be wrong. ..she was not the one paying the bill.... It seemed that the owners were just trying to squeeze money out wherever they could. It is funny to me that when I see this house listed on other sites they describe the house by saying the last buyer didnt qualify. I guess thats why I was approved for a VA loan for the house, because I didnt qualify ............. I just want to inform my fellow house buyers before they sign for the 10 day inspection and pay the fee that is non - refundable even if the owner does not allow you the time for a house inspection with a professional.

They will just keep you on hold and give House to someone else. Bad service!

Talked to someone on the phone about a property to get an application she told me to come in or that she could send me a link. I said I would come in. I got there literally in 30mins and the person in the front desk told me they weren’t accepting anymore applications. Terrible customer service. I would give this a zero if it was a option. Don’t tell people to come in and then waste their time.

I would give you a half a star. These people are ridiculous. Holding certain houses for there friends, not calling people for two weeks had to leave a voicemail for two weeks straight.
