Although we were selling our house as for sale by owner, Allen brought our buyers to us within 2 weeks of us listing our house. We had a contract right away and it was so nice to know that all the details were in capable hands. All we had to do was sign papers and show up which was such a relief! One of the things I really liked about Allen was he was really good at communication and kept us informed every step of the way. We would highly recommend him!

Allan stuck with us through everything ,with the covid going on made things a little harder but he was there the whole time any questions we had day or night we was ready to answer them ,any house we wanted to look at her made sure we got to look at it . he was constantly in touch with performance mortgage to see how things were going .
