Raj was wonderful to work with! Being a healthcare provider himself, he understands the ins and outs of trying to find temporary housing for a travel contract, residency, etc. He was flexible, always responded in a timely manner, and very helpful! The condo my travel partner and I stayed in was perfect for us, and I never worried about trying to get in touch with Raj if we ever needed anything. The housing with Denali East is affordable; comparable (or cheaper) to other housing in the area, with the added comfort of knowing your landlord will be around, and knowing you won’t be staying in a dump! I would absolutely recommend anyone to Denali and Raj, and will happily contact him again for housing if I take another contract in the area. Thank you, Raj!

I truly enjoyed my time spent at the Denali East Greenville property. My host Raj was super helpful with my transition there from things to do in the area and offered a lot of helpful information about the area. The neighborhood was nice with a lot of active individuals so I felt comfortable exercising in the neighborhood. Would recommend Denali East properties to family and friends for sure!

This place was nice, clean and quiet. It had all the amenities that are needed , washer , dryer, stove , microwave, toaster over and a refrigerator . My landlord Raj was super sweet and very responsive . He always made the time to ensure that everything is going well at the apartment . This is a great place for a traveler !!! Loved living there !!!

I lived at one of the Denail East Properties from Feb. 2019 thru July 2019. I am critical care nurse, I work night shift and this was my first travel nurse assignment. As you can image, I was nervous and wanted everything to go smoothly. Raj and his wife are amazing property managers from the first contact with Raj until my farewell was a spectacular experience. Rajs property was clean, convenient and most importantly safe. I would highly recommend Denali East Properties to anyone! 10 out of 10 stars!

I stayed at Denali East Properties for a month for a pharmacy rotation at VMC. Raj was great at accommodating my months schedule with the availability of the room. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and well equipped for my stay. I shared the apartment with two travel nurses who were nice and respectful. The overall building was also very spacious which facilitated sharing of the kitchen, living room, and patio. I would highly recommend these properties for other traveling professionals looking for a practical and safe place to stay.

Raj is an extremely nice and professional guy. Had the pleasure of staying in one of his properties for a lengthy 3-week stay. The roommates were nice and Raj even assisted me with a maintenance issue with no hassle. Would highly recommend staying in one of his properties!

The place was clean and well kept. Everything you need is already there and it is close to the main road with all the stores and restaurants. Owners are very nice and available to answer questions or fix things. Overall a good experience!

I searched for a place to stay on AirNB ( if I’m saykng that correctly ) Raji was excellent. His place is warm and cozy. It’s very close to shopping and any food places. The area is well lit and very safe. I never had any concerns or worries coming in and if you fly as much as i do, the airport was 15-18 Minutes away. I would def use him again if i ever needed a place to stay while on a travel assignment. Thanks
