These guys will always have my business. Theyre a family owned shop but wont overcharge you for quality service. They know their stuff and will go the extra mile to ensure you dont leave dissatisfied. Its hard looking for a new mechanic when youre new to town, but these guys are better than anyone from back home. Bet on them to get your honey wagon running like new.

They are fairly nice and seem to be very pleasant yet they charged me for two separate issues yet once I left the issues we exactly the same after taking the car back twice and basically being RE assured the issue was fix it WASNT and my car was parked in the exact same spot I left it. I was then told they couldn’t fix it (as if they tried) he sent me away with my car the way it was 3 weeks ago.I’ve sat for hrs waiting on several occasions and I’m inclined to believe tht they give excellent work TO CERTAIN PPL. Some ppl pic up thier cars with clean tires etc while others get theirs back praying it’s fixed!!!

I needed a pre-purchase inspection of a vehicle in Greenville, though I live out-of-state. Risky to buy sight unseen, I know, but they came through by fitting in the inspection quickly. Not only that, their inspection was accurate, according to my mechanic back home. (Its a great truck.) The small maintenance they found was needed they did quickly, affordably, properly and within the estimate. I feel they treated me right and really came through.

Call in and described my problem I was having with my car and Jeff told me to bring it by anytime for him to look at. I just showed up and he dropped what he was doing to give it a look. He quickly diagnosed the issue with a high level estimate and how long it would take to fix. He was right no target with both. You cant get this type of service from a dealership. He knows his cars... all cars. Very impressed with his work and his service.

Jeff is a professional who will give you honest repairs at reasonable rates. I have a porsche cayenne that needed repairs and he diagnosed it professionally and repaired it in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone who needs auto repairs in the area.

Without a doubt the worst customer service Ive ever had. The male receptionist who answers the phone was down right rude and wont let you get a word in otherwise, he basically talked over me the entire time and even told me to take my car somewhere else even though they were capable of doing the work. This establishment will never have my future business again. Never have I, a potential customer have been treated so poorly at any establishment like I have at foreign cars unlimited.

They’ve had a dead dog in their parking lot for almost a week now. When someone complained and tried to get it removed, they simply put a towel over it.That’s pretty weak dudes.

Jeff is awesome and has amazing knowledge of all cars. When I was new to the area I asked someone where to go. So I called when I needed a starter replaced on my Toyota Sequoia and spoke with Jeff. Over the phone (in a matter of seconds) he gave me a quote and and explained why it was pricy. He said I need to do this, this, and this and it will take me X number of hours to do. What he didnt know was I had just called another shop where a mechanic had to look all that information up. The quotes were nearly identical with Jeff being slightly cheaper. I knew Jeff was my guy because all that information was at the top of tongue. Been going there ever since.

Will indicate that he can fix a problem that he has no knowledge of fixing. If you have an old clunker that needs fixing fine. If you have a car that takes professional equipment or knowledge take it elsewhere.

1,700 dollar oil leak repair and a hose in my car exploded as soon as I drove it away. The owner tried to blame me. My car is still shaking violently and impossible to drive. I now have to involve my lawyer. Worst mistake of my life bringing my BmW to this place!

Awesome service, non Stealership prices, great customer service. In responding to Kaylas review, the male I think youre speaking of Iis the owner. He gets straight to the point and makes things short but not necessarily sweet. Definitely not RUDE. If you want to be pampered go to the dealership and get robbed blind while they offer you doughnuts and comfort. You want great fast service without the run around, go to FCU. I take the 5 series and my X3 there for anything. Bringing your own parts sometimes* saves you even more which is a huge plus. Much better service than Century and BMW of Columbia.
