Took my car here to fix an e brake. I had researched the issue, and it was clearly easy to dump money into it and not fix it, so I took it here, and an hour later my rig was in action and I was able to get it registered. This was a month or two back, today my rig needs work and Im def going there if I can.

If you want you car not fixed and no responsibility taken for a car that turned over fine fry the whole car hats off too these guys good job now how is my mom supposed to work it has to go to a dealer ship to be looked at. All she wanted was her radiator drained and was returned a vehicle that does not run. Starter fried for sure and god knows what else.

Soon as i pulled up to see about getting some work done the guy came out yelling me to move my car and go somewhere else because i parked in the wrong spot. Good luck going here!! Was there 5 seconds and never will recommended anyone going to this place. I also stoped at the place next door instead and he came out yelling over 100 yards away about me parking at his place still

Took my car there to put new rotors and brakes on. They did a great job, couldnt ask for nicer people. Good price to

AWFUL PEOPLE. My grandad and I brought my car in for a brake change. We got the work done and paid 600 dollars. Thought it was a good deal. Had a warranty, and brakes started squealing maybe three days after service. Brought it back to see what the issue was and they were going to charge me another 250 to fix the issue that they caused. Took the car in to another place and turns out they only changed my front brakes and didn’t even touch the back ones!!! Will never come here again and neither should you. There are much better prices and people that won’t take advantage of you.

Top quality at a fair price.

I am leaving this 1 star review due to the service provided at Willingham and Willingham Discount Tire & Wheel. New tires and road hazard were purchased as seen in the photo. We encountered a blow out on one of the tires sidewalls- thinking it would be replaced (covered by road hazard and the fact it only has 130 miles on it) The shop (Jay the manager) told me it would be patched instead and it was repairable- YOU CANNOT SAFELY PATCH A SIDEWALL! If your department would like this review edited and changed feel free to contact me so we can resolve the matter!

This company says they give good service and prices but do not ever go there for a simple job of putting a new tire tractor. Should have asked price , but who would ever expect to pay 25 dollars a piece just to mount a tractor tire. Took less than 15 minutes of their time. No wonder they didn’t have any customers! When asked about the outrageous over pricing from Manager he could care less about his customers. Check other places first before even considering this business!

The guys worked for nearly an hour to narrow down the rattle in the front end by strategically eliminating possible causes one-by-one! Couldnt be happier with their work ethic!

Two weeks after a four when alignment, this was my wifes view when going straight. Adjusting part was left loose and it had been backing off as she drove.I cant recommend.

Great service and they help you! You dont have to worry about them making up some corporate excuse to why they cant fix your tire. They just get it done.

Im SO happy with the car care and service I have received. I am a customer for life! I have purchased new tires here throughout the yrs, and have always had the best experience. Just recently, I learned that they also have on staff, full service auto repair mechanics, and unfortunately, this discovery came after paying a high price for some very poor mechanic work at another place. I ended up having Discount Wheel and Tire redo the repair and am more happy and more than satisfied with their work. Sooo, all of that to say that, BY FAR, all my business experiences here have exceeded the best service. And, they have an oil changing center too!Jeff the owner, Jay, and other staff members have all been super nice and knowledgeable, and go far and above being helpful. I love these guys!So, if youre in need of new tires, or some auto repair, or an oil change, dont go anywhere else, this is the place.. you will not be disappointed.

Went in there to get my truck checked out bc it was making an rattling noise in the front end... they basically told me it was bc most of the front end of the Suspension components were wore out... the total came out to $ 2,000 and some change... I didn’t have the money to replace it all...they said if got just the struts changed the rattling noise would go away... So I did that and the truck still made the noise, I paid $ 300 for them to change something that didn’t even need to be changed... so I took another mechanic and he found the problem with in minutes... it had nothing to do with the suspension... long story short these people are MONEY HUNGRY, not about customers service and individuality wouldn’t recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

I drive from Rockwall to have my truck serviced at Discount Wheel and Tire for a reason. These guys treat you fairly, offer fair prices, and work hard to make sure the job is done right! Worth the drive and the time to have a group of hard-working, honest guys on my side. Need tires? Need an oil change? Need some mechanical work done? Or need some ATV accessories? I have been a customer at Discount Wheel and Tire for about the last five years. Ive gotten to know the owner and all of his staff. I can tell you these guys have attention to detail and theyre committed to excellence. I used to go to the big chains for tires and just shop the bottom line......but after getting to know Jeff and this business......now I see the benefit of relationship. The service was terrible!!!!! First of all Jeff if that’s who the owner is of these place was extremely rude to my own Mother and Sister. If I am paying you to do something you better do it right and with a positive attitude not like the one we received today from these guy. We will definitely not come back again. Also waited for more than an hour just so they could put in one new tire!!!! Ridiculous

Love the service at this place. Been to a lot of other service and tire stores that try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge when it come to cars (I’m a 25 year old unmarried woman so it happens a lot). These guys are honest and don’t try to push unnecessary product.

Not super busy so when you show up 3 people come out to help. But they are very money hungry. You cant talk to them without being charged it seems. The tire prices are a joke they want to sell you cheap China made tires for the price of name brand tires. Without near the warranty you can get else where.

This is NOT Discount Tire, the chain store with red stripe on building. This is a small-town shop with a good American English speaking staff that knows suspension repair and steering alignment well. They are not just a tire shop.I got some basic passenger car tires from them before too and I was happy.They can have a 1* review for this:I asked them for the price to have them install some shocks on my truck. They told me I could get them cheaper at autozone. No shirt, shirlock. So I did. lol. If they dont want to work for me, shuck them.
