Was told by my local dealership that my tie rod end and upper ball joint were bad. Bought in for repair only to be told there was nothing wrong and that my suspension system was in good shape. These guys could have just replaced these items and charged me but instead they did what was right. Already going to book a repair for my wifes car. Thanks guy, this is my new to go repair shop...

I ran out of stars before I could honestly rate them. I had to replace my engine and a friend recommended them. I couldnt be any happier. There were a number of unforseen issues. Eric and Deanna kept me informed through the whole process. Even though I know they went out of pocket for the end result, the stuck to the quoted price. If your car needs help, call them. You might be able to find some place cheaper, but you wont find anyone better. They have earned my trust and my long term business

They have actual technicians and diagnostitians instead of just guys with wrenches. I took my car there thinking it had a costly ignition problem. They couldve lied and told me I was correct but it ended up just being an issue with the starter. They were fairly priced with a quick turnaround.

Eric (owner) did an amazing job on my car! I was so devastated when my AC went out in July 🤦🏼‍♀️ And then on top of that a dealership quoted my a very large amount to fix it! Well PREMIER AUTO MOTIVE fixed it, found out a part the dealership said needed to be fixed, didn’t need to be fixed. saved me tons of money and did it in a matter of a few days after having to order other parts the dealership didn’t find I didn’t need🙄 ! He’s amazing!#kthxbye.

Deanna & Eric (owner) are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and fair.I cannot stress enough how above & beyond ethical they are! I won’t go in to boring details BUT I feel I should say to all of you that are doing what I did...I looked for a mechanic that didn’t try to replace every part on my truck just to earn a buck from me. These folks do NOT do that. I have proof as they could have and didn’t. I recommend them WITHOUT HESITATION!!!

I had these guys replace the steering gear box on my truck. They did a great job. The price they quoted was the price I paid and it was done when they promised. I will use them again and I highly recommend them.

Eric and his team of pros have earned my trust and respect over the past year. They installed a braking system and air compressor/air horn in my motor home and have made several repairs to my Equinox. Team is always professional--these guys can fix anything. Did a transmission rebuild for me. The staff was kind enough to stay late for me to pick up my truck! So far its doing what the transmission is supposed to do. For the most part very happy with the service. I am however a little upset i recieved an upcharge of 220.36 without contacting me first. But over all a good shop.Signed j. Gibson

Basically paid a bunch money to end up with more problems. These guys even had the balls to try and charge me for a bunch of stuff that wasnt requested and other things that they obviously didnt perform, straight criminals. RUN FAR AWAY!!!

They took care of me on a simple inspection my first visit, but totally unreliable since then. Ive found another mechanic to handle my repairs and another place for the small stuff too (like inspections).

My mother - in - law was traveling from Arkansas down to San Antonio and her car broke down in Greenville. Not quite sure if they actually really even fix what they write on their invoices? Mostly what I can see is one labor line after another and really couldnt tell the difference after getting the car back.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.After getting stranded in Greeneville, TX when the timing belt broke on my dads Miata he found this guy. He should have just pushed it to the next guy. He didnt replace the water pump after being asked to, which is only a few bolts but right behind the timing belt. The old water pump gave out because of the increased tension from a new timing belt and tensioners less than 200 miles down the road. This guy actually pushed a steel collar out of the timing cover into the path of the timing gear on the crankshaft, which of course broke the pulley. After having to drive back across the state of Tennessee to pull the Miata back on a trailer we tore it down and found not only those two things but the steel collar had partially been destroyed and sent metal into the crankcase. And by the way, the timing was 180° out. This guy charged $450.00 to do a job that took him less than 2 hours to completely screw up. No wonder his expensive toys are all sitting around BROKEN.

Took my 06 Chevy Equinox here for repair. Didnt really know what the problem was at first- the headlights would go off & on periodically, the car would act like the power steering went out but suddenly come back on, etc. Random little things that couldve been caused by several components. I had a new battery already, so they checked my alternator- it was good. But upon several days of troubleshooting they changed the alternator and realized some connector on the alternator was bad and that was causing the issue. They didnt overcharge me and make any BS up about what it could be, they genuinely cared about getting the problem fixed the right way and communicated with me throughout the whole process- which is a big deal for me. The owner, Eric Bain, was super nice and my car came back clean & now my headlights dont randomly turn themselves off! Would definitely recommend Premier Automotive.

Hello, I want to thank the owner of the workshop and his employees. I was coming from Texas to Chicago IL and my trocka started giving me problems, I looked in the area and no workshop wanted to help me, because I had to make an appointment and blah, blah, blah, luckily I found Premier Automotive, just when they started closing, I told him of my trip to the owner and he decided to help me no matter that they were about to close, AFTER 15 MINUTES THEY GIVEN ME MY TROCKA WORKING AT 100 (Also the owner taught me a bit of mechanics). THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE, Arrive in Chicago without further problems. THANK YOU FRIEND We need more people like you.
