Top Tier. I had radiatior issues, not only did they fix it, they told me how to prevent it and maintenance tips on it. Plus did an inspection and pointed out other pressibng issues. Upfront about all costs, and they get your go ahead before doing something, so youll have no suprise charges. Superb service, very knowledgable, and very timely. Il be going here for the next few years - even if its over a 1 hour drive its worth it for service like this.

Overall professional Owner was nice called me back with diagnosis within an hour I learned later I had a warranty on the battery that I bought somewhere else wasnt pressured in buying theirs . They are no pressure to buy just honest pleasant to deal with . I had rotors and brakes replaced rides well no problem with their services I went to get battery replaced but with new battery still wont crank only thing it must be alternator? I may get them to replace the alternator and belt I bought today . I will find out how much they charge to do that with me supplying my own parts or if they do that ? Not sure I will have to ask . They offer a referral program if you refer a friend you get some discount off so if anyone goes tell them I sent you and we both get a discount. Smart of them to offer that Great job just right auto

I went in for oil change on my car no leaks I have been checking regularly due to I just bought it and they do oil change then tell me I have a significant oil leak and coolant I get it home check oil spewing from filter not there before wasn’t leaking before I took it never needed oil nor coolant nothing so something went very wrong and I’m not taking it back there. .

Service was excellent! Costs was very reasonable. Have had repairs done there before. Would definitely recommend Just Right Auto Repair to anyone who needs automotive service.

Just Right Auto Repair is amazing! I have had to bring my car in for multiple things since I moved here, the guys always take the time to explain things to me and offer best and worst case scenarios. There is quite a bit of work that needs to be done and they even broke it down into what they think should be done and when. You know it’s a good place when they aren’t trying to convince you the most expensive stuff should be done first. I never imagined when moving across the country that I would find my new mechanic before I even found a new hair stylist 😂

We have used Bill and his team at Just Right Auto for years now. We continue to be very pleased customers. They are always prompt and efficient. They arent quick to do work that doesnt need to be done, adding extra to your total. We just had our car in for a quick check up before an upcoming trip. We always do this prior to any road trip and it gives us security on the road with an older car. They tried to tell me I needed a new tie rod when I had just replaced it a month before. They were going to take credit for it and charge me. Also did not fix my a/c which was the main reasoning for me to take it there. Told them multiple times it leaked and the owner just treated me as if I was stupid and charged me $250 to recharge it only to leave and 30mins later Freon leaks out

I’ve been having my personal and business vehicles , which are close to 20 years old, serviced there for 10 years. They have kept them in great working order and I feel safe driving them. I probably would have gotten new vehicles by now if they hadn’t done such a great job maintaining them. They actually saved me money due to the expert maintenance by not buying new vehicles

I took my car in December to be thoroughly checked out. I was told I had a significant oil leak and valve cover gasket needed to be replaced. I agreed to the repairs. In January my husband noticed oil in our driveway indicating an oil leak. We let them know and took the car back in. A couple of days later when I called I was told the oil pan was leaking. My husband asked why werent we made aware of this before and were told I suspected it was oil pan leak but didnt want to make bill go up While I appreciate that, the purpose of taking your car to a mechanic is to get issues resolved. I feel that the suspected oil pan leak should have been mentioned and I shouldve been allowed the oppurtunity to make decision as to whether the expense was out of my budget at that time. I was given a total for repairs and repairs were made, however, when I went to pay for my car I was given another price due to another leak being found. While I was glad they had found all leaks and repaired them, I felt that the new price and leak should have been communicated with me. I was going to pay the difference using a card and told about the credit card fee which I completely understand as Ive had a business for over 20 years. Jessi was very condescending when he said to me how could you not know that there is a fee ..the guy checking me oit was MUCH more pleasant and said to Jessi she has cash for the total she was told. Im giving this review because there seems to be a lack of communication and transparency. Give the customer the oppurtunity to make the decision of what repairs are within their budget so that there is no need for unexpected trips back to the mechanic. Be sure to ask of all issues before repairs begin.

I’ve given a five star review to these folks in the past, but I have another example of why they deserve it! Last night one of my tires found a nail. It didn’t go flat (I heard and then saw it) but I knew I needed to take care of it. I stopped at the closest place which happened to be a Goodyear store. They “examined” my tire and informed me the tires were too worn to be fixed. I needed to spend $850 for new tires. Uh ... I don’t think so! These were Michelin tires with less than 25,000 miles on a 60,000+ mile tire. I collected my car and drove over to Just Right Auto who fixed it for $25. No fuss. No problem. Just honest people.

Jesse took time to clearly explain the work done and needing to be done both with me and the customers in front of me. He answered the phone! He texted. I was very happy with the work done and am confident that the work needing to be done will be done well!Keep up the great work gang!

This was my first experience at JRAR because I recently moved to Greenville. Bill, was very kind and informative. I could immediately tell that he was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. After all applicable discounts I paid $839 for front brake pads, calipers, new brake fluid, and a front-end alignment on a 2002 Lexus IS300. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because on the invoice I would have liked to have an itemized breakdown of unit part costs and labor.

My experience was all positive! These guys actually fixed my car much sooner than anticipated AND were incredibly nice during the process.

We take our cars to Just Right because they will tell you truthfully if nothing is wrong. They have tightened a rattling case for me for free. They could have lied and said it was something expensive, but they are truthful. That is why you should go to see them. Tell them the Snows sent you.

I was looking for a new mechanic /repair shop and employees were great. Service is done by appointment and they arent out to sell you a load of BS. They are straight up, give you a quote and they stick to it. They were very nice and told me what was going on with my vehicle and prioritized the repairs I am going to need done eventually and told me about the repairs I could do myself if I wanted to. They are a 5 star shop and will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

First experience here was great. Every one afterwards has been terrible. Renny is super helpful, kind, and honest. Bill only wants to upcharge as much as possible. I went for a diff service and he gave me a list of things to repair. He claimed my brakes were on their last leg but my usual mechanic found that they still had 30% left. He also wanted to charge me over $200 to change a gasket on the oil filter. My usual mechanic quoted $100. Really dishonest. Its a shame they claim to be a Christian run business because theyre anything but it. If youre someone who knows a thing or two about cars, they really dont want your business. They just want to rip off clueless people.

Power steering lines broke leaving me stranded. I had the car repaired and the prices were 100% reasonable. I felt like my dad was working on the car only difference was I had to pay hahahah. . Highly recommend this repair shop to anyone!! Staff is very knowledgeable and honest. Thanks again!!

I am so impressed with this company. My check power steering light came on as well as my VSA and tire pressure light. I called monday morning and they had me in there immediately. The owner even gave me a ride to my job! He was kind and personable as were the other employees on the phone and front desk. Turns out I mustve hit a pothole and knocked the sensor a little because the lights went off on their own. I was expecting to pay at least an inspection fee. Nope. They said no charge since they didnt really do anything other than running diagnostics and such. Wow. Nowadays that is unheard of and Im just so incredibly grateful that businesses like this still exist. If I could give more stars I would!!!

Friendly service...my vehicle was in the garage before I pulled out of parking lot...and dine before lunch...Bill even did a courtesy inspection to let us know what repairs we need to make for the future...

So far so good. Im very skeptical about auto repair places and never give repeat business to any who dont treat us fairly and do good, reliable work. So far Ive used JRA four times and Ill definitely be coming back for a fifth. I have a basic understanding of how things work and I do simple maintenance myself like brake pads and oil changes, sometimes belts, so I can tell they are being on the up and up with me.

Just Right auto has made repairs on 4 of my vehicles, Yukon Xl, Celica GTS, Lexus GS 350, and Toyota Sequoia, I have always been happy with the repair costs and the results..

I really like the owner, he is very friendly and appears knowledgeable. I had issues with my alignment that I had take to 2-3 other shops and none of them could figure it out. Bill did figure it out and they pretty much fixed it - something none of the others could do. But then Bill stated that I needed a water pump because it was leaking pretty badly and he knew I had a 800 mi round trip coming up... It was going to be around $400-450. I told him I had done one before and I was probably going to attempt it myself. Well when I got to looking at it, there was no water leak whatsoever. I took it to another mechanic who said that he didnt see anything either. My engine was never over-heating and I the engine coolant was not going down at all. I ended up taking the trip with no issues and 2 months later still no issues w/ water pump...Bottom line is that Just Right apparently misdiagnosed and almost cost me around $450 when it wasnt needed. I will be finding another mechanic.Update: it finally ended up leaking and I had to replace it. I replaced it myself for around $75 and 2-3 hours of work.
