My first time stopping at the shop a month ago, I met Jake and Brandon,Jakes son all three were very professional. They all were more than helpful and willing to go above and beyond with answering my question one my 2008 Audi A3. Since then, I have been going back to have things done, and Brandon has been taking care of my car. He is honest & knowledgeable, very professional, and affordable for a European mechanic! I have never yet had any issues with Brandon, and only heard good words of Jake and Brandon from other clients who I have met since moving here from out of state, that have taken there vehicles there that had work done. I highly recommend checking them out!

Absolutely the best shop on this planet. Not just saying that either. Its facts! I took my 2012 BMW 750 Li there and received the cheapest price out every shop in this country. First a used engine for the car starts at $5000 and thats with no turbos everywhere online overseas everywhere but Mr. Tony sold me a engine for only $3000 with turbos. Then installed it for cheaper than anywhere I couldve ever found. I also had parts that went bad that needed to be replaced he replaced the parts everyone he had for no extra charge. I also have a warranty. I called different shops for over a year and no other shop could ever match Mr. Tonys price. Mr. Tony is fair, hes not going to take advantage of you and hes going to make sure your car is fixed and right before he returns it to you. Other shops dont care as much. This is the most professional shop Ive ever worked with. I really appreciate A1 imports.Clayton

If I could give A1 a zero rating, I would. I took my Jaguar there for some repair and I picked it up with more damage than it went there with. However, I spoke with the owner Tony about the damaged items and he promised me that he would replace them. It’s been over 2 months and I have yet to hear back from him. This place is very unprofessional and definitely a waste of money. BEWARE OF A1 IMPORTS!!
