This was my 1st repair done by this shop. Had previously called about the installation. Mike the owner. Was very nice and helpful. He even gave me information to get my car check out.By another Mustang guy. His wife did the paperwork. They did a great job installing my Flowmaster catback exhaust system. My 5.0 Mustang sound like a Mustang now. They charged a fair price. And did the job in a short period of time. I would recommend this muffler shop.

Easy Muffler was recommended to me for an exhaust leak and Im so glad I went! It was a lot less expensive than I was imagining, and didnt take quite as long either. They were also super helpful and professional, and explained everything that had to be done before doing it. I really appreciated that. Ill definitely return should I ever need their services again!

After reading several positive reviews, I had my sons 4Runner towed here after hours. Was contacted by 11am the following day with a diagnosis and cost for the repair which was very reasonable for the problem. Replaced the exhaust system and catalytic converter and was able to pick up at 4pm that same day. I was 3 hours away and handled the complete transaction over the phone. Cant say enough about a positive experience with service and price. Would recommend to anyone in the Greenville area. Thanks again!

Brought in my 02 Chevy Monte Carlo with a busted muffler. I was in and out and under 45 minutes and the price was reasonable. Definitely going back and recommending easy muffler shop to my friends.

A great place if you are looking for inexpensive exhaust work. They wont spend too long on your vehicle or do any full exhaust reworking (at least from my experience) but it is a great place to replace parts of your exhaust (muffler issues, pieces of pipe, hanger issues) they do a great job with easier repairs, but havent wanted to do any length exhaust work.

My dad came to this shop for all of his hotrod needs, and now so do I. I got stationed in Jacksonville NC back in 2014, and since have been traveling here to get exhaust work done on all my go-fast stuff. Will be heading there this week actually!

Awesome place honest and reliable - went to have my f350 7.3 muffler deleted - a must do modification for any 7.3 owner - they did a great job and fast!!! Ive been here before for an exhaust pipe that needed welding, and the price was much less than Id expected, so when my car started running louder than normal, I took it there again. They checked my exhaust pipes and muffler and found nothing. They did a visual check of my car and found nothing. And I wasnt charged a dime for that. Id definitely recommend this place.

I was originally heading to another Muffler shop right around the corner, but this establishment popped up right before I arrived to my destined location. I went in during lunch time and I was told the staff was out on lunch and if I wanted to come back at 1. I arrived shortly after, had my car checked out 5 minutes later and minutes later found out it was simply a bolt that needed to be installed. Great Work! Highly recommend!

Every vehicle I have had exhaust work on has been done here. They do good work and are honest people. I will be seeing them again soon to get a new muffler welded onto my focus. Mike is a good guy and you will not be disappointed with his work.

Theyve done multiple things on my vehicles. They replaced the exhaust on my truck with a flowmaster 70 series. Sounds great! I also had them replace the caddie on my work van. No more loud noise. Great shop, very fair priced!!

This shop wont disappoint. My truck had poor acceleration and felt like it was missing, after warming up. No engine lights. After my failed attempts at diagnosis, I went to somewhere for a diagnosis. They still werent sure but suspected I needed a new catalytic converter, and referred me to Easy Muffler Shop. Turns out they were right....and its probably reasonable with 160k miles on it. The new cat was installed within an hour and they even showed me the blockage of the old cat (which was about 40-50%) before installing the new one. Im a do-it-yourself-er and felt their prices were very fair, especially to know that a professional will install it right. My old truck is running good again thanks to these folks.

If I could give a higher score than a 3, I would. After my sisters exhaust fell off her car, we took it to Meineke and they told us it would be $1500 to fix!!! WHAT???? Took our car to Easy Muffler and it was only $90! Thank you SO much to a mechanic that isnt out to get the poor even poorer! Very family oriented and such quick service!

I have learned so much through just having conversation with someone while their vehicle is getting worked on. Mike is the owner and I am so impressed by the way he respects all of his customers. He has been in business for 33 years now and he has gained a wide spread variety of customers. He has some people driving hours away just to get him to work on their vehicle. He has customers who we feel like are just family. They come in randomly just to sit in the lobby with us to chit chat and drink their coffee. It almost feels like we are sitting in a country store. I love love love that these customers always feel welcomed in Easy Muffler. I love that they know they do not have to spend a single penny to sit in here as long as they come ready to talk. We love all of our customers.The woman on the water pump. Im not sure if there is a mix up. We typically do not do water pumps but I did go through invoices and I didnt see where anything was done here. But as far as water pumps Mike normally would take his personal stuff and would recommend water pump jobs to another shop. Im rating Easy Muffler with 1 star because of multiple reasons. It irritates me to the core that I took my car here because someone told me they were good and the guy that I spoke with claim they had the special tool needed... I first went to meineke to get the problem for my car diagnosed and it turned out to be the water pump which needed a special tool to be replaced and they told me they couldnt fix it, a tool that would cost them much more to get than it would be to fix my car ( Mazda 6 ) I didnt have the money that Brown&Wood needed to fix my water pump so I thought bringing it here could solve a problem. The day after I got my car back it stalled on me and started jerking hard as I was driving and I almost got into a wreck, lights on my car that Ive never seen turned on started to flicker and I was in shock. I tried to contact the worker that dealt with my car only to have him ignore me and try to argue with me. I ended up getting my car towed to meineke again to see if it was the water pump and in fact it was because he didnt place the water pump on correctly and there was a bolt in my water pump..... After all this happened any person would be pissed off because now I have to get it replaced again along with the damage he cause to my car that I didnt have before.
