Tire Choice Auto proves an exception to the rule. Enrique was friendly and professional as he quickly set me up with an appointment to look at my tire. The shop was clean, efficient, and pleasant. I got my tire fixed in a short wait and Enrique even made my day by performing the repair at no cost. 10/10 recommend giving your business to this shop for any auto issues.

Had a cv axle replaced, atf fluid was not refilled. Replacement was not done correctly, caused vehicle to drop out of gear frequently. Had it fixed at a transmission shop. A different repair was done here with no issues. Guessing its a 50/50.

Called this place last minute before a trip out of town, they got me an appointment the very next day. Very professional and did the job in a timely manner! Will be returning

I called for an appointment to get a tire changed. They had to order the needed tirevfrom their warehouse. The correct tire was there when I arrived. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Professional, friendly service, clean waiting area. I would go there again.

On a road trip from VA to TX, i had an incredible mishap.On top of not knowing how i would fix this, i scheduled a visit through cardavise.com to have the battery replaced, which is very difficult on a 2014 dodge journey. I arrived to this shop under false pretenses as to what i would be paying, because cardavise didnt know my specific car was special, but regardless, i was going to pay.The shop not only understood my situation, they went out of their way, to deliberate on my behalf so that i actually only had to pay 200 instead of around 300. They totally didnt have to do that, the customer service here is immaculate. I have NEVER felt more valued as a customer and taken care of IN MY LIFE. Im almost sad that i was merely passing through and not a local resident. Im DEFINITELY scheduling a pit stop on the way back to VA.

Brian was very helpful explained all the ins and outs of everything explained the transition from conventional to synthetic (which I had no knowledge of) highly recommend this facility you leave knowing everything is done correctly and the right way and not rigged only to bring you back in

Had a tire go flat in front of Tire Choice a few weeks ago. The manager Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful. Received a great deal on a new tire and was on the road again in less than 30 mins. Last Saturday I had another problem with a tire. The store had just closed when I got there! Thankfully the manager and another employee opened the store/shop up. Had my car up and going within mins again! They certainly didnt have to do that. I appreciate them so much! The place is clean and neat. They offer other services as well. Such as brakes, oil change, etc..Good discounts online too. Cant say enough about the manager Brian and the employees. They are professional, friendly folks that I definitely recommend! 😀

Awesome service from these guys, new manager in place I guess and it was evident. Friendly and courteous and got me in and out in record time (I told them I was in a pinch for time and they really came through). Price was fair and they told me a few things I will need next time without pressuring me, so I will definitely be going back there to get them done.

Tire choice of cherrydale is a great shop amazing honest staff. A clean shop says a lot about customer service and care. The shop management and tech goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. They offer friendly and quick service at a great price. I’d recommend these guys to friends, family and even fleet and dealer services.

I’ve used this place several times. The gentlemen here are professional, extremely friendly and helpful. They don’t push you for things you don’t need but help you understand what you do need. Their prices are amazing and they have an awesome payment plan with no interest for tires. This is why I continue to use them!

Im from out of town, but a friend and I had a flat tire while we were on the way to an appointment in Greenville. We managed to get here just an hour before they closed, and though they were busy, they got us in quickly, changed our tires, and got us out in time to still get to our appointment. The staff was even kind enough to bring out extra folding chairs, because the waiting room was full. Im very grateful to them for helping us in a tough situation. They were kind, and helpful. If I lived here, I know I would be back to this location again.

Went there Saturday August 8th to get a tire changed. The tire was $48.99 for the tire online. The service advisor told me at the desk it would be $107 total. That’s $58.01 to mount and balance a tire that was already off of the car. I couldn’t get him to understand that the cost was to high. I ended up going somewhere else and getting the same quality of cheap tire for $79.50 out the door.

This guys are awesome great customer service very honest Men that’s what I like about this place. to I had bad experiences before with mechanics but this place is just great they always do a great job on my Mercedes, very professional and affordable. I went in to the Pleasantburg location today to get an oil change. Since the young man behind the counter was helping another customer, one of the mechanics waited on me. I said I wanted an oil change. The mechanic asked the front desk guy if there was anything coming in and was told someone was coming at 3:30 (it was 3:20 then). I was told to come back at 4:30.I came back at 4:30 and was told I would have to wait because they had a car in there that had come in during the time I was gone. I said I thought I had an appointment at 4:30 and the guy behind the counter said no, the car currently being worked on had the appointment. He said he told me that when I came in earlier, but he did not. He said if I wanted to wait, it would be 10-20 minutes and I said okay.Then he found me in the computer and we talked about the oil change and tells me its going to be $44. He tells me this with a sign out front that says they have $17.99 oil changes today. I said what about the sign. He says that price is just for Drive Club members, whatever that is. Ive had oil changes there before and never paid that anywhere near that much.So I got my keys and left. Obviously they didnt want my business.

From the moment I stepped out of my car the staff here made me feel so comfortable. As a young girl buying tires for the first time they were all extremely helpful & helped me get exactly what I needed with what I could afford!The man working on my car changed all 4 tires quickly, and the staff inside kept great conversation which made time fly by!Would absolutely recommend getting tires here!

I appreciate the care they take with my car. No one likes to get a repair bill, but my car drove noticeably better after two new tires, an alignment and a much needed brake job. I will trust these guys with my car maintenance needs from now on.

I visited this shop recently and inquired about a noise and vibration from my right tire. The associate investigated the issue and found out that my wheel bearing was severely damaged. The associate pleaded with me to not drive the vehicle due to the safety concern, which is above and beyond. They were very accommodating when I needed to purchase a lug lock socket for my wheel and let me keep my vehicle in their shop for several days. After getting that issue corrected, the associate informed me that I needed to have my brake pads replaced. Due to the vibration of the wheel during the previous issue the pads were also severely damaged. The only issue that I have that brought this review down to three stars is that upon retrieving my vehicle several electrical issues were present due to the battery draining when they left the hatch open for several hours. The associate told me that the electronics would start back working once I drove it for awhile, but if it persisted to bring it back so they could take a look at it again. Of course the fix that was described to me does not happen. Thats not how electronics work...I corrected the issue myself after I got my vehicle back home. Simple solution of resetting the computer. Kind of hesitant to return, but if I have an emergency they are the closest shop to my home.

The only place that I’ll allow to touch my car! I’ve referred friends and family and everyone agrees this is the fastest and most reliable car shop around. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well as informative. I trust them with my vehicle!

It was a life saving experience at this place. The guys helped me save bigly on a work that would have cost me over a thousand dollars. My oil pan was damaged at a place where I previously changed my oil. The guys at tire choice were able to fix that for me and helped me save over $500. Tire choice is my place from now onwards.

I brought a coupon in for conventional oil change with free rotation and inspection. Employee states I hate that coupon and goes on to say that he will not honor the rotation if it doesnt need it and that I can get it done next time. My tires need replacing in the near future but not a big concern now but mechanic says a rotation is out of the question that most of my tires need to be replaced and tried to sell me 4 new tires. Based on his remark about the coupon, it feels like he was trying to find any excuse to not rotate the tires ( not to mention the sales pitch). Ive been going there for the last two years because it was close and I never had a reason to not come back.... Until now

I needed a few things done to my car and got prompt and courteous service on a Saturday. Most mechanics Ive been to will tell you what needs to be done and how much it will cost. Rich did an awesome job at pointing out all the options and explaining them so that I was fully informed. Im impressed by the combination of price and professionalism here that you just dont find elsewhere!

This shop is one of the more convenient places for small work on your vehicle. I normally get oil changes here and they are fairly priced. They are friendly, courteous, and genuine with my vehicle and myself. I would recommend them to friends and family if they arent looking to spend a lot of money at the moment.

I went in for a new set of tires and the management team upfront greeted me and helped me find the perfect set of tires with the best size for my truck. The technicians who worked on my vehicle were very speedy. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

Clearly these folks care about their business. Great price on basic oil changes, friendly staff thats happy to answer questions, great hours, and a clean, well-organized store. Turn off the highway at an angle so you dont scrape your car on the deep entrance. And an appointment is a safe bet in case they are busy.

The manager, Bob has been my go to guy for a few months now. He turned this place around 10 fold. Solid service, solid work, A+++ all the way around. Glad I gave this place a chance since it was a fail in past years. Wont take any of my cars to anyone else as long as he is manager here. Great work!

Mr. Tony DeMike was very compassionate and hands on with showing me what I need and what I can do to keep going.

They tried to rip my wife off. Told her the sidewalk on her tire was messed up and that there was nothing in her tire. I knew something was in the tire because it went flat overnight. Tried to sell her 4 tires because it is an all wheel drive vehicle so they could not just replace 1 tire. Needless to say I told her to leave. Went to the Honda dealership, nail in the tire no damage to the sidewall and it only cost 33 bucks. Tread quarters you have lost a customer for life.

Great pricing and phenomenal staff and service. They explained everything clearly and even include a free check-up of various points of the car with all purchased services. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the mechanic working my car had grease on his shoes and got it all on the carpeted drivers side floor of the car. Other than that, everything was great.

Went there early for 2 new tires. They said they had what I needed but after waiting for 35 minutes they came back and told me that they didnt have them after all. They wanted to put a different size on that were not the same as the front. I refused and went some where else. Not very professional.

I took my car in for an alignment; I left with my steering wheel off-center and my car pulling to the left. When I returned to have the problem remedied, the manager was very helpful and took my car in as quickly as possible. After a second attempt, my steering wheel was straight and there alignment perfect. During my return visit I noticed a help wanted sign by the road, and the mechanic responsible for my original (mis)alignment was no where to be seen. I didnt inquire as to the status of the orginal mechanic, but it is possible that my experience at this repair shop may have been a relatively isolated one. In any case, I am rating this Tread Quarters as 3 stars, since the manager was helpful. Otherwise, because I did lose a significant amount of time in dealing with this situation, I would have only rated 1 star.

Do not recommend anyone. They suck and it seems like they have kids working instead of experience adults. Had to go back 2 times to get my alignment fixed and they failed. 2 hours and a half to get new tires. Personally I would never go back

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and excuses given for no service on two occasions! This is my 2nd time driving to this place!! They claim they’ve done away with their online appts and I said well how come I could make an online appt. He said it should’ve given me an error but it didn’t! They aren’t busy and asked me to come back this afternoon. Why turn away a customer that’s already here (for the 2nd time after scheduling an appt) for something as simple as a tire rotation when you aren’t busy. And a customer that was ABLE to set an appt online.

Issue is still present & they said they dont know what it could be but I couldnt get my money back. Now I waiting to see if I can even get a refund because I was informed I have to prove this & that.
