Totally unacceptable ... I have multiple comments1) I had the same issue at least three times with a leaky ceiling. each time I was assured it was fixed, each time, it was not. The ceiling actually fell into the floor on multiple occasions. when the repairs were attempted, i had to do the clean up each time. I have attached three of the pictures.2) There was a comment, that the reviews were inflated by employee reviews. that is completely true for at least two that i know for sure. Rebecca is mentioned several times in the comments as an employee and i am sure you can see that she also is one of the reviewers.3) The pool was committed to me when i moved in to be complete in 2-3 months. it was not finished for at least a year later with no reduction in rent.4) The comment on parking is also correct. I had to pay 100 dollars extra for parking. I also was charged 75 dollars for a parking permit which I returned via mail.5) The fitness center was closed for multiple months again, part of the reason why i selected the location and again, no reduction in rent.6) When i moved out, i was also told that 60 days was required plus a month penalty. this turned out to be incorrect. i should have checked more closely as this really cost me for a place that i didnt even live.

Steve and Nicole are phenomenal! I couldn’t ask for a better downtown luxury apartment. I look forward to enjoying the new pool this year.

98 E. McBee is an exceptional combination of luxury living, community, and location. The property is well run and simply a great place to live.

Ive lived here for about 3.5 years with my dog. I cant speak to the other apartments, but mine is a 1BR corner unit, its big, its amazing, and my neighbors have always been considerate. There seems to be a good mix of older and younger generations here, so Ive never gotten a frat vibe like another reviewer suggested. Sure, depending on your perspective, there are some things you might consider drawbacks, like parking or street noise or rudimentary pet amenities, but if youre accustomed to urban living, youll love the location and the downtown vibe. If you work from home, youll rarely need to drive because everything you need is within walking distance. It all depends on whats important to you, but I think its a great spot!

Location, location, location! Right in the middle of it!

I did work here for 1 year in 2018. PRG was the best management company, hands down. I went back for a tour and visit, Rebecca was the absolute best. The location meets anyones needs for downtown living. The units and front office are exceptionally maintained.

Incredibly overpriced. The staff is nice, the leasing agent and maintenance at least, but the management above them doesn’t care. Parking is $100 a month and not attached to the building. The building has only 1 true amenity, and that is the fitness center. Walls are thin so you hear people in the hallway and the people above you as they walk around in their apartments. Plenty of cheaper options within the same area. Not sure why they consider this place “luxury” when there isn’t anything luxurious about it.

98 E McBee is a wonderful apartment building. The building is beautiful and the apartments are centrally located to everything in downtown Greenville. The building is maintained and clean at all times. Having an apartment in this building is perfect for downtown living !

Employee inflated reviews. You couldnt pay me to live here again. The worst management Ive ever experienced. They dont do anything about violations and the residents lose insane amounts of sleep over it. If you want a Frat House this is the place for you.They partake in illegal limitations of service providers determined by the FCC youll pay $80 for standard definition TV maybe 40 channels and 10mb internet. At that cost you could get fiber anywhere else.Theyll also charge you double for parking in the city garages. Spring street garage and the parking is not assigned. The advertised garage parking only applies to the four two bedroom apartments.The ceilings leak and theres nothing refined about the place, the kitchen appliances are current and thats a stretch, they dont bother to replace the filters even though they say they do.But the kicker is the management, maintenance issues happen with apartments and should be expected. The management just couldnt care less about your enjoyment of the property. Be as kind and as mean as you want neither tactic will get you anywhere. So please do yourself a favour and stay as far away from this place as possible.But really, avoid PRG properties like the plague, they dont care about anything but the money. And you are absolutely not getting what youre paying forAnd finally if youre dumb enough to still want to be here (it was WAS our dream home too) the sales that include utilities are the same price as the regular lease. Youre not getting a deal.But do what you want, just know someone told you so.
