I called for a quote when I moved to Greenfield. The pricing is competetive and the operator was helpful. The company even left a brochure at my mailbox for further consoderation. Installation procedures do require drilling into a wall from outside of the home. As Im renting, I unfortunately took up the services of a competor provider able to run off the existing co-ax. I appreciate their time, and Id probably work with them if I were a home-owner in the area.

We have this WiFi and its AWESOME!! We have the package that is good enough if you have 1 to 2 people who can share it. We get 5G speed with our phones and 2G on our older laptops. So as long as you are around your house or working in your yard or garden with wireless headphones. So then you can walk around with no problems and listen to your music etc. ❤💗❤🥇

Wonderful company. Ive had nothing but good experiences with customer support. Their prices are awesome. You actually get the internet speeds you pay for, which is a sad rarity. I would definitely recommend GCET if its available in your area.

I was having trouble setting up my Roku for TV service on a Sunday and I called them and someone responded very quickly. Very impressed with their response on a Sunday. I was up and running quickly it was able to watch the Patriots Sunday night! Thank you!

Update: We now have GCET TV and its great! We get all the locals, one low price, with no hidden fees or price increases.We love our GCET Internet and phone service. We are saving money and keeping it local. Its a win/win in Greenfield!

We have GCET in two of our locations for our agency, and their service has been an absolute improvement over Comcast. Their price is lower, their speeds are similar / faster (particularly upload speeds) and their techs are friendly and professional.So glad we went with GCET, its great to get to support our town AND get superior service. Its a win win!

Amazing speeds, low cost, and incredible customer service!

GCET cancelled installation of my service and then proceeded to charge my bank account. Not professional in resolving customer issues. They would rather lose service to Comcast.

Great service, cheaper than Comcast and faster! Theres been a few bugs, but thats understandable for such a new system.

I have the second tier residential package with GCET and regularly get the advertised speeds of 75mbps down, and up for $49 a month.Unlike Comcast the bill is consistently the same price, they don’t pull any tricks and are helpful and consistent.GCET is great if you live within range of their services, and it supports the town.Update: They now offer VOIP phone and have TV packages with access to local, and premium channels. I have had them for over 6 months now and they have been consistent and wonderful!

Since changing over from Comcast to GCET my internet and service experience has been superb, from initial contact through home connection I have been thoroughly satisfied at half the cost of Comcast.

When we first got was working but a few weeks after starting to give problems.we are paying $69 a mont bit the service is no good it comes and goes and we have talked to them but nothing the other day one of the technical team got mouthy with me and i hung the ☎ on him im so upset.
