Amazing place. We had over 800 photo slides we needed processed before our grandfathers funeral and they rushed the order to get it done way ahead of time. Very friendly people as well. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been to this location on two different occasions. Once to diagnose and fix overheating, $40 to diagnose and test, and then only the price of the new part. Back to me up and running in 3 days, very easy.Second time I had them practically build me a new computer, including some parts from my previous computer. Given all the work that was put into it, $140 was extremely reasonable. Taking care of moving, installing, optimizing, and cable managing while getting it done in 3 days? That’s as good as it gets.Staff are understanding, knowledgeable and friendly.I highly recommended this place.

I brought in my custom build for diagnosis and repair, got it back 8 hours later! Jake was super friendly and helped me find the right products. He even recommended a different fan layout to make the case LEDs look cooler :)

Ordered battery for laptop but received the wrong battery. Many attempts to find a place that might have access to this type of battery. After a referral from another battery store I finally achieved success at Milwaukee PC. Price is 2X what I paid previously and the charge to put it in is a bit high as well. Im grateful to find what I needed.

May - 2021, I had problems with a virus on my DELL computer. Like just about everyone else, you become attached to your computer. It is a part of your daily routine. Technician Ken serviced my computer. What I have come to know about Ken is that he explains computer problems easily and without all of the complex Jargon. This is in my opinion very important. In regards to Kens servicing talents, I find him very professional and extremely competent. Due to my personal satisfaction with Kens work, I highly recommend Milwaukee PC on Hwy 100, Greenfield, for any computer issues.

#1 Rule: Have patience with Milwaukee PC for they are eternally understaffed. This is an issue, hence why I docked a star otherwise theyd get FIVE STARS.Long wait times aside, Milwaukee PC does solid work. Bought a custom power PC rig everyone else said was impossible to get within 6 weeks; picked it up one month before I posted this review. You get what you pay for, no issues with the PC (Thx guys).I 100% recommend this business.BUT remember to be patient. If some staffer that will remain unnamed tells you theyll get a custom PC build to you in 3 to 7 days he means to say 3 to 7 weeks...ok?....ok...lol

Ive been having trouble with my gaming pc for over two weeks. Its my only real outlet to connect with friends in the pandemic, and Ive been really depressed while I had to diagnose the issue. I finally ended up replacing the motherboard and processor, only to find it wouldnt boot up. I called the Greenfield store late on a Sunday and they told me to stop on by. I showed up, and not fifteen minutes later, Rick had my simple problem solved. Im not going to go anywhere else for parts or advice from now on. These employees are real, good people.

A friend had all their home movies lost in the mail when they mailed them into a national conversion place. After seeing an ad for Milwaukee PC film to DVD conversion, I called to inquire and found out they do the conversion right here in Greenfield. The whole experience was fantastic. I received my films and DVDs back in about a week. I even got extra copies for my family.

Love this place. They custom built one of my computers and worked on my laptop most recently. Theyre very courteous and will tell you how long the repair will take. Theyll also tell you upfront if the computer is not worth repairing.

Milwaukee PC was great. I had an issue with my computer being hacked. Andy was awesome and talking me through how to get things fixed, passwords changed and the whole nine yards. He even called me the next day to follow up on things. Andy really helped put my mind at ease when it was all said and done. Highly recommended.

These guys saved my life by getting me the correct laptop charger (that I forgot at home before I flew in). Apparently Dell laptops only takes dell chargers and nothing else. No universals will fit it. These guys were able to step up and help me last minute! And even though I was in a very vulnerable position these guys only charged me 20 bucks!

Not much for used parts anymore

I had taken a laptop here because it was running really slow and I asked them to take a look at it. They had informed me that the hard drive needed to be replaced and it was done in a timely manner and wasnt too expensive at all. They replaced the hard drive with an SSD making the laptop run a bit smoother.I would recommend!

I had one of those computers; it was beyond a lemon, having issues finding the hard drive, downloading programs, turning on, etc. etc. etc. Milwaukee P.C., especially Ben Willis and Tom Canzoneri, exhausted all efforts to fix this mystery wrapped in an enigma. Since several problems occurred while the computer was in their care, they took full responsibility and made every attempt to resolve the situation to my satisfaction, eventually going above and beyond to make things right. This place is the best PC repair in the city. I had a loose cord on my laptop. The screen kept flickering. They took it apart and fixed it. When I asked them how much the bill was the guy told me no charge. I would recommend going here to anyone.

The staff here is great, they are so helpful and they take their time to meet your needs, they care about their customers more than the cash, which is rare in todays world. They will give you honest answers and solutions to any of your of questions and will recommend the best products, not the most expensive. I love coming here, definetly recommended.

I was referred to them by my local EAA Chapter to help repair a hardware flaw for the flight simulator. If the FAA and EAA can trust in them, so can I. They are about a week out for repairs (understandable), willing to make house calls. My flight sim is commercially rated, not cheap so I want it done right the first time. Ill return to give them a 5 star once the task is complete and everything is up and running again.

Went in to browse the selection of parts to see about a pc build. They have very few selection of parts to choose from. Which most items in store seemed to be outdated. The entire hour I was in the store, not a single employee offered any help. We need at least one good pc part store around the Milwaukee area.

I have always gotten excellent service, and fair prices from here. There is one guy here in particular that is very knowledgeable and very good at diagnosing what is wrong with your computer. His name is Tom.

Today I messed up my computer. I couldnt even read what was on the screen.Kent greeted me when I walked into the store and patiently listened while I explained my problem. He fixed it for me in just a couple minutes and I couldnt be happier.

I bought my laptop at Milwaukee PC two 2.5 years ago. The harddrive malfunctioned and I brought it for repair. I said I needed it done quickly and they wanted to charge $80 expedite fee without even doing any repair. Plus an extra $40 to look at it. So that would have been over $120 just to look at it. The Geek Squad can turn it around in 24 hours and they do everything anything for one flat fee. I wont be back to purchase or for repairs.

Tom and his crew are the most patient and helpful staff. The customer service is amazing....I wont go anywhere else for my purchases and repairs!

I took in a old cassette tape to be transferred to cd and they had some problems getting it transferred correctly but stayed with it until it was done correctly for what I needed. Very honest and I will take any computer problems I have to them to work on. They make sure they get it right.

Ken did an outstanding job of cleaning up a mess in the computer, which we feel was done when seeking a solution to a contamination problem with Emails, from GMAIL. Further, he was very helpful by answering several questions I had after starting the computer, following its being serviced.

Should of done there own diagnosis not just changed what I thought it could be then say that wasnt the problem its just a a piece they had sitting in a pile of old parts that I can have. Guess it was kinda my fault too for saying what I thought the problem was.

I called them about 2 issues with my intent to bring the computer in to have it looked at. One was with the computer saying there was no internet access. But certain things could connect to the internet like Google chrome and games but not other web browsers and Microsoft apps. All the guy said was since they dont provide my internet that they cannot help me without even looking at my computer or listening to what my problem was. Second was that since I have upgraded a few components of my computer. Every time I restart the computer boots into BIOS. AGAIN he said since they didnt sell me that parts they couldnt help me. I made it clear I wanted to bring the computer in when I first called. And I said again what if I bring it in. And the response I got seems like they just really did not care. Not someone I want to leave my computer with for 5-7 day for 40$ not knowing if they are going to even seriously look at my problems. I know others have had good experiences here but I have not. It seems like they are only loyal to customers who regularly buy products from their store. Not a place I want to take my PC to be repaired or serviced. And Im probably not going to shop at this store anymore, since I do occasionally stop in to grab a few things. Ill just buy my stuff online from now on.

Great place to get service. Required a new HD so decided to get a SSD , went in at noon picked out size of drive and came back at 5PM to pickup PC with the drive installed . How good is that?

There is something comforting about being called by name like Norm in Cheers when you walk in... since I am typically walking in because something bad happened with an old PC at the worst time possible. We began converting our satellite offices’ PCs over to CUSTOM BUILDS primarily because of how helpful they were in taking care of me in crisis, and everything I learned was lacking in cheap big box PCs at time of repair. Pricing is competitive and service is EXCEPTIONAL. Tom and his team have built a relationship with our company by treating me with respect and patience. Bottom line from Andy who has built many of our PCs to all the guys who have dealt with my stress at the service counter… these guys are GOOD PEOPLE and worthy of our business.

Despite Lenovo’s refusal to accept responsibility for the product, Tom at Milwaukee PC repaired the computer multiple times without charge, standing by his promise to a customer. I have purchased 4 Computers in the last 3 years from Milwaukee PC for my business, and I can’t say enough about my satisfaction with Toms approach through this whole experience. This company definitely lacks in customer service. My parents bought a custome built computer with an extended warranty 4 months ago and ran into some issues last week with it shutting down and restarting continuously. My mom took time off from work to take it in and hopefully get it repaired before Christmas. She explained everything she tried and what was going on and the man (using that term loosely) told her it sounded like a software issue and wrote on the work form wont boot up, call customer What a shame my mom wasted so much explanation, to just have to explain it all again when they call.Then my mom was told to sign 2 forms that were hard to read on the pinpad and the kid (a much better term) just told her to hit agree. She asked what she just agreed to now twice and his comment back was You just gave us your first born, although you are pretty old to just be having kids. So maybe you have a son that is looking for a job here? My mom stared at the kid and wondered if that really just happened. She let the kid know that her son is a mechanical engineer with better manners. He didnt have anything to say back. (To clarify, my mom is in her early 50s and works with computers everyday as she runs the computers in the middle school at the school she teaches at. So we arent talking about someone that just came in and said it doesnt work - fix it)So an entire week went by with no call about the computer and my mom finally pushed them yesterday to get something going on it. They said it was a software issue that isnt covered under the warranty and they would get it done but my mom would have to reload all her software herself then. She spoke to managers and supervisors and explained again that she came to them to purchase a computer because of the customization etc. She said that she didnt want to get back less of a computer than she started with and told them they can spend the time reinstalling all the programs that were removed seeing as she is already paying them to fix it.So they now will have the computer through Monday and she prays that the computer is going to function normally again. After talking to numerous managers about the kids attitude with her, she was informed that they were all reprimanded for their customer service and in a mumbled sentence it shouldnt ever happen again.Definitely not getting what my mom paid for for her computer and because of their lack of customer service skills when someone is spending over a grand at the store, I would not recommend anyone using them.

Terrible customer service. I went in with laptop in hand needing repair. First I wandered around the store for 5 minutes, while the 2 techs were assisting customers. When the one customer left...so did the employee. Left me standing there. I wandered for a couple more minutes, hoping someone would notice I was there. As I approached the front door on my way out, the tech at the front desk looked at me for a glance, and looked the other way!I guess they must be rich and dont want my $$, or a business.Geek Squad works.

Horrible experience. Took my pc in because it was overheating. Didnt get any calls or updates except one to ask what my password was. When I got my computer home and turned it on it is now making a really loud noise as if they damaged one of the fans. Wouldnt recommend to anyone...

This is ridiculous. I paid around $1,300 dollars for a gaming PC and after I told them I need built in WiFi, It doesnt at all. Also since its the holidays they are closed so now Im stuck with a $1,300 dollar gaming PC that is completely useless for the next 3 days.
