Honest, reliable. Was able to give me a honest answer on my Dads laptop that sadly died and offered us another that he had that would fit our needs at a very fair price. I needed some upgrades and repair to my aged HP laptop and Jeromy did all that and then some!! He installed other upgrades at no extra charge, and I was surprised to say the least.Considering I am not tech savvy, he was patient, yet professional, and explained what to expect and what to do when getting my laptop back. Today I walked into this computer repair store and became completely convinced.One gentleman who assisted me was very nice. My laptop would not do a system restore. I updated the laptop online a month ago. Much to my surprise shortly after the update was complete the laptop would not function. In fact I received an error message from the laptop that stated that I needed to install the reset disc.Thank God that this gentleman corrected the makers of this laptop and told me that I needed a brand new Hard driveHe was so amazing because all that he had to do to come to that conclusion was to listen to the bottom of my laptop and within 1 minute was able to tell me that my information was all wrong and that he would only charge me $200 to fix my laptop.Of course I told him that I did not have the money until next month so he offered me $40 for my laptop. What a sweet man!

I am late posting this review but wanted to tell everyone about the wonderful service I got here. 2 weeks ago I brought 2 laptops in. 1 was old and had the black screen of death. The other was fairly newer but I had forgotten the password. Long story short, they were able to transfer the info from the computer to the newer one..bring the newer one up to snuff..wipe clean the older computer and recycle it for free. The kicker is that it took about 1/2 day to complete.. EXCELLANT SERVICE

I had a very good experience recently at this shop. Due to a bug in Windows 10, my HP Pavilions keyboard stopped working after logging in. John took the time to look at it, work on the problem, and resolve related issues very quickly. Because it turned out to not be time-consuming, he didnt charge me a cent. I brought a late 2013 iMac to the greenfield store to have the hdd sword for a ssd. To do this requires removing the screen. They did a great job. Kind of a hole in the wall but they know what theyre doing. Thanks Paul!

These people are about as big of scammers as youll find online from India. My Grampa got a pop-up in his internet browser that claimed he got a virus and he couldnt close out so he went straight there. They closed the browser and ran a simple virus scan and charged $80 for less than 5 minutes of easy work. Sad to see a local business pray on older people.

Dell said it was cheaper to just buy a new laptop rather than fix mine. I brought it to L&C Repair and it was fixed in just a few hours for a fraction of the price :)
