Showed up for an appointment I scheduled through Samsung Premium Care to have my screen replaced (appt time was 10am) only to see the store has modified their hours. Called the other local stores and they were unable to get me in for my repair. When I called Samsung customer support, they said that UBreakiFix failed go update their hours with Samsung Care. You can see by the small sign in the window that they modified their own hours to be closed on Saturday and Sunday. Only reason why this isnt a 1 star review is because I was required to book through Samsung for my warranty.

Awesome service! Kylie was great. She picked up my phone from me at work so that they could work on it and it would be ready for me at the end of the day when I was available to pick it up. The gentleman (dont recall his name) was great too. He figured out my phone was still under warranty when I thought it wasnt. I was willing to pay $100 to have it fixed but it ended up being free because of their honesty. Couldnt be more happy with how it turned out. A new part was installed and phone is working perfectly.

I had an appointment scheduled online for today through their online website and when I arrived for my appointment I found the store to be closed for the day via a hand written note taped to the door. I never received an email or text message stating that they had wanted to close early for the day, nor was my appointment canceled via messaging me. this is extremely unprofessional and truly shocking coming from a business such as this one.

Best UBREAKIFIX hands down. The manager Kylie proves she will go above and beyond for every customer, as I watched her work and handle a lobby filled with customers she made sure every customer was acknowledged, while also taking her time to make sure each customer was helped to the fullest. Its so nice to see an employee care that much about the service her customers are receiving, too many people are unwilling to show that type of genuine kindness these days. Every company deserves to have an employee/manager who cares as much as Kylie does about her company and her clientele

I brought a three year old iPad in with a bad battery and a cracked screen. They supposedly replaced the battery and they did replace the screen. The battery that was used is complete junk. It will not charge to 100% and discharges very quickly. If I leave the iPad unplugged for 24 hours it is totally dead. If I use it and it’s not plugged in I can literally watch the battery counter wind down.The screen material they installed is much thinner than the stock Apple screen. It is cracked again.I spent nearly $600 for this “service“ and it was completely and utterly worthless. I was basically ripped off.

Took a PlayStation 4 in that got zapped by lightning. They couldn’t fix it as it was too far gone, but they were expedient and very professional. Did not charge anything either because they could not fix it. Very kind of them. I’ll go back when something else breaks

Used an Insurance claim on a phone and was directed to us this location for repair service. They did a wonderful job and got my wifes phone done in a few hours. I have my Iphone XS screen fix quickly and now my front facing camera is detecting my face for face recognition which apple quoted me before needing fixing aside from the screen. Dropped off an iPad for repair. Told me it’d be ready the next day and it’s not ready until MAYBE the next day. They can’t give me a definitive answer on when it will be ready. It hasn’t even been touched. Highly disappointed and very unprofessional. When I called, their response is basically “too bad”. Unless you’re dropping off a simple cracked screen, don’t bother going here because you’ll be in limbo for days.

Att sent me here to get my battery replaced on my Samsung S8+.First and last time here. Brought it there at 2pm. Said it be ready by 430pm. Finally called at 630pm said they were almost done and to head over. I get there at 645. There were 6 other customers in there also waiting. No one coming out to say what was up for over 15 minutes and everyone frustrated. Finally came out to basically give us empty excuses and how this wasnt their fault. Long story short, I wont speak about the other locations, but this location in Greenfield Wisconsin is terrible and would not do one single thing to rectify the situation. Will never go back!

I used my insurance to make a claim on my phone and they used ubreakifx to come by my work place and fix my phone. To make a small story short the individual that came by and try to fix my phone truly messed up my phone so I went back to you break it I fix and they told me that a different location was responsible, so zach fix my phone without me going out of my way to go to a different location. The people that represent you on 76st are outstanding. The manager has gone over the line of duty, twice for me. All of the staff are great they offer a no jive mentality, I have heard them say to a costumer we won’t know how damaged the phone is, we will call you as soon as possible with a quote. Sometimes it is the service that is lacking from other phone retailers but not you. Thanks 76 st .

Spent nearly $300 on a an iPad repair that still had multi touch issues on surface after it was fixed. Was told I had a 90 day warranty to get it fixed at no charged, I brung it in again. No problem. To pick it up 2 days later it looked like nothing was even done, when I used it again same thing issues didn’t even change. Will not come back

I went to your store to get my cell phone camra fixed. Kylie took care of me. She was very professional and helpful through the whole process. She walked me through what had to be repaired, how much it would cost, and when she could fix it. She also so how dirty my phone was and offered to clean it up for me. I loved what she did. My phone looks as good as the first day I got it. I now can charge my phone again with phone charger. First time in over a year. She also cleaned out the ear bud jack and I can use my earbuds again for the first time in 8 months. Kylie rocks and Ubreakifix should give her a $10,000 dollar bonus on her next check. If that is impossible she should at be given a raise of $30 per hour. I will recommend to all my family and friends to use ubreskifix if they need any cell phone or electronics repaired. Kylie was the greatest employee I have ever had the pleasure to interact with at your store.

They served me well. My Pixel 4a wouldnt take a charge anymore. They put in a new charging port and a new battery. The time that I was without a phone was approximately 48 hours. It was also under warranty. So there was no charge for the repair.Some smartphone users may say, you had to wait 48 hours. Well you cant rush quality and thoroughness and I like that.

Update: I appreciate the response that was written so I am updating to 3 stars from 1. Although I will not use this location again, I hope that they follow through with their words and continue to protect their community. Please make sure the individual is held accountable and receives some type of mask training, Im sure a video showing him how to use it will suffice lol.I went in there the day before Easter at 330 pm to pick up an order and the guy working wasnt wearing a mask and was really close to two other individuals wearing their masks improperly. I was not greeted - he didnt even look at me or acknowledge me for the five minutes I spent standing in there waiting. Completely unprofessional and rude - no mask during a mask mandate for the county - cool. I just walked out and waited until someone else working was wearing a fricken mask.They also took several days longer than what was originally told to us. Overall, just due to the lack of basic human decency, I would not recommend this place. I felt extremely uncomfortable going in there being surrounded by a rude maskless employee and customers.

Took phone in to get the front camera and screen replaced. Was told numerous times it would work. Before hand the front camera was shattered and pretty blurry. Picked up my phone after the “repair” and now my phone doesn’t even have a front camera. Was told that there’s nothing they can do. Even though it was working before I dropped it off. Reason I wanted it fixed was to improve the quality. Luckily they didn’t charge me for the camera but they still got me for $200 for screen. If you have camera problems I don’t recommend this place whatsoever. Awful.

I had my phone in at another Ubreak store to replace the battery. After a few weeks, the back was coming off. I stopped in here. Turns out, they didnt put it on correctly. There was a piece of dirt under it, and the adhesive wasnt applied correct. Kylie, the manager fixed it for me within an hour. Thank you.

Got off to a rough start. I made the appointment online for 27th Street store. When I arrived there was a sign saying they were still closed for Covid.I quickly called the Holmes Avenue location & they said they could fit me in.They are professional & knowledgeable. I got my sons screen on his tablet fixed at the Brookfield location about a week ago. The home button on his iPad stopped working. I called the Brookfield location to see if they had time to fix this issue, they referred me to the greenfield location which I live closer to. I walked into this location and I explained the problem and the man took the tablet in back and I hear swearing, aggressive talking about how it’s Brookfield’s problem and we’re not fixing this tablet. I told them the guy I talked to from the Brookfield location said that all the locations work together and would be able to see my information on their computer. I never even got that far because the women that I heard in back said that she would not help me in anyway started laughing at me for the information the Brookfield location had told me over the phone that they all work together. I held my composure and didn’t cause a scene after feeling humiliated. I asked the first person who I spoke with what the women’s name was which turns out to be Kiley “the store manager.” If I could give this location 0 stars by all means I would! Beware I wouldn’t let these people handle your expensive electronics if I were you!I then got in my car and called the brookfield location and spoke with the store manager and let him know what all took place in greenfield and he is now in the process of fixing the tablet.

I honestly have always had an excellent experience with this location. While there was a small concern in my most previous visit, the employees were quick to address the concern and very helpful in providing information that resolved the issue. While I have not used any of their other services, I have had this location put on many screen protectors on manydifferent devices. I would totally recommend this location and its employees! I called worried that I would need to stand in line to have my cracked screen replaced. I was assured they could take my phone in and and turn it around within 3hrs. I drove 45 minutes, there was no line, no waiting, they placed my work order, I did a little shopping and returned within the 3 hr window and my phone had been fixed and tested. So, I spent a lot of time at this store today and I just wanted to post a review because when I came to pick up my phone there was a gentleman there who was being very rude to one of the employees and it wasnt fair at all. I wanted to post my review because should they get a bad review from him I dont want people thinking this isnt a good location.My experience was long but, the staff is amazing. Kylie went above and beyond to work with me all while taking care of customers as well. Mychel is also super amazing. He knows a lot about what hes doing and takes the time to explain everything to you even if your not very tech savvy. lol. I witnessed him work with an older gentleman and it was adorable. I talked with them both while I waited. Hell also give u suggestions to help aid in whatever problem you have.I know this is getting long, but heres what happened...So, this morning I was scrolling on my phone when it suddenly froze then shut off. It wouldnt hold a charge and i couldnt get it to turn on. I called samsung and I could have sent the phone in with a quoted repair price. For some reason samsungs automated system wouldnt take my card so I asked if i could take it to a store and use it physically. They referred me to this location. The price wasnt the same at the store as what samsung told me, but kylie suggested I call samsung and see if we could come to an agreement. I was on hold with samsung for 30 mins and she let me use the store phone to call since mine wasnt working all while continuing to help customers. we came to an agreement about price and proceeded with the repair. Mychel took over for my repair and was very helpful. They even had a kit brought from another location to do my repair. Though it didnt work and my phone no longer works Im happy they tried and I appreciate all the effort they gave to help me.When I came to pick up my phone however. There was a very rude man there. complaining simply because his screen protector wasnt put on fast enough. Its a busy store and the staff is wonderful. The things he said were rude and condescending. Its a busy store for sure, but they make sure youre happy with the service they provide and they do a wonderful job. Idk, but im pretty sure he doesnt understand that repairing a screen takes time especially when its busy. Ive done home repair before on a cell phone and its not easy and to treat someone so rudely because it was a bit longer of a wait is ridiculous.in conclusion I just want to say I really enjoyed the service and the other customers as I had been there so long, but it was definitely worth the wait even if my phone wasnt fixed. It was just time for it to go. ALSO; they promised me the work would be done by 6:30 but I got the call at 5ish so they were still very fast at getting the parts they needed and trying to save my phone. They did everything they could and I really appreciate that. They care about their customers.

Although friendly. The employees have zero sense of urgency, time management, or consideration of other peoples time. If you want to wait for hours to days, then be questioned on why you are having a bad experience... this is the store for you! I would strongly suggest finding another store or servicer. Be warned!

I’ll preface this with “I should have known better”. Seriously, I know better and still did it in an effort to save a few days and some money. My son with special needs uses his iPad mini for virtual school. With Apple being closed and turnaround times extremely long (10-14 days), I chose the route of uBreakiFix because they said it’d most likely be a same-day repair.Dropped off on a Tuesday. They didn’t have the part so it’d be 3-5 business days. Alright. Still shorter than the Apple wait time. I asked if they had the part at any of their locations because I really needed it ASAP. They called and said no, none of the other locations nearby had the part. Oh well. They called Saturday and said it was in. I couldn’t make it there this weekend so I said I’d be in Monday.Went this morning (Monday) to pick it up and they handed me a dead device. Really? I said I wanted to check it and the guy behind the counter said they didn’t charge it since “they have so many devices coming in”. Okay, a bit weird but I’ll accept that. I signed for it and took it out to the car with my son in tow. I sat and charged it a bit in the car to make sure it worked before driving all the way back home. It finally turned on and the home button felt funny and wasn’t clicking properly. Plus, it made the screen flicker every time I pushed it now.I’m going to jump to the logical guess they knew this and let the battery drain so I wouldn’t notice and wouldn’t feel like driving all the way back out there to get it fixed. Seriously? That’s some shady business right there. And not giving the customer the chance to test their device before pickup? Yikes. But that’s on me, not them.I walked back in and showed them (again... with my child with special needs in-tow). No apology. Just a “Yup, we’re going to have to open it back up. That’s what the 90 day warranty is for.” What? So now a same-day repair has turned into a week long (maybe more?) repair. I could’ve just gone to Apple at this point. After this is completed, I’m never going back. I’m disgusted at their customer service. I just don’t know if I’m going to be on the hook for the money since I already signed for a dead device (very, very stupid of me).Yeah, this is going on every review site I can think of since I don’t want anyone to deal with this level of absolute stupidness.
