We attempted to set up services last month and three years ago. Both times we could not get anyone to call us back and quote us. This time I left a message asking why no one will return our calls and how do you stay in business? No calls back. I left our phone number. I wanted to leave Comcast and was looking for internet and phone services.If you can not provide customer service to set up services, I can only wonder how bad of a service you provide your current customers. I see a 1 star review from Rachel Smith about your bad customer service.Response: As I stated before, I called your office you list as your office phone number. Told someone would call.... nothing came from it.
