Went in for an oil change and the next morning had a puddle of oil under my car. They said to bring it back in and theyd look it, upon inspection they told me it was coming from somewhere else in the engine and not from them doing the oil change, wasnt their problem and I should take it to a better shop to be looked at. The other shop looked and said the oil was coming from the filter, they had put the wrong filter on all together, but couldnt admit to their mistakes and I had to pay for another oil change. Thank you so much Spencer Holland for the lack of help. Will never return and will never recommend your business to anyone.

I brought my car here to have the tires on the vehicle mounted on new wheels. The wheels were in boxes and I should have checked them. The staff here proceeded to mount the tires and put the new wheels on the car. They obviously didn’t check the wheels either and mounted a 255 tire on a 19x10 wheel. Long story short it was the wrong sized wheel and they put it on my car anyway. I didn’t realize it was rubbingThe brake caliper until halfway home. I removed the wheel brought it back and the manager kind of shrugged his shoulders and didn’t accept any responsibility. I would think people who mount tires for a living would verify sizes before mounting tires too small for the wheel and then put them on vehicles but that’s not the case with this location. The damage to the caliper and wheel is in the pictures.

I cant say enough about the folks at this location. Ive only used them for my alignments but Ive visited them multiple times to get air checks and [general tire] questions. Theyre always super friendly. They are honest about the time it will take to do their work and they are definitely very knowledgeable. I guess I could say that the best part of every experience is that they do not pressure me to buy anything. That, to me, says a lot.

Wow, cannot say enough about this place! Walked in 10 min after closing time and after hearing I had a nail in my tire and nearly a flat, they offered to fix it! Took 15 minutes and I was out the door… no charge. This is customer service at its absolute best! Thank you!!

I scheduled an appointment online to have a single tire replaced. The website did not have an issue with this. Got to the shop and was told they can only place 2 or 4 tires. Told them I would take it someplace else. The response was, theyre just going to say the same thing. Told them I would take it someplace else anyway. Went to another shop, they replaced the single tire, no questions asked AND saved me a lot of money.

Had issues with the employees customer service attitudes and explanation of quotes. We were able to work out the confusion with the quote we had, but are disappointed with the treatment we received from the employee who helped us.Update after owner reply:Thank you for responding, but as I said we were able to work out the confusion with the quote which is why I brought my review up from the original rating I had. Our issue was with the way the employee who performed the work treated both of us. He told me when I came in that he didnt want to waste his time with a quote unless we planned to have the work done there. When my wife was confused about the payment on pickup, instead of helping to explain where the confusion came from, he acted like he was annoyed he had to come to the front and she was wasting his time. Again, thank you for responding, I am glad you take these reviews into consideration.

Place is a joke... Second time getting services and ripped off, made to pay for things I didnt need cause thats their policy and they never check or fill tires!!!

I just moved from Loveland to Greeley I told my wife to take her car to get rotated an alignment. The guys in there are extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife just because she had wheel spacers. Told her he can’t touch it in a rude way. I have run wheel spacers for years never had a problem. I wouldn’t take your vehicle to them for anything, they either don’t know what they’re doing or too lazy to do it

Took a trailer tire to be replaced 18.5×8.5-8 (highway safe) was taken off and replaced with a lawn mower tire and they say its the customers fault for the wrong kind of tire being put on.... hmmmm original tire was taken off highway safe but replaced with a lawn mower tire... who knows more about tires, a tire store or the customer. Dont go to these people for car service

Normally I have no issues and great service but seems something has changed. I had an appointment for an oil change on a Honda civic and asked them to fill the tires. Appointment was set at 4 pm and they pulled my car in almost om the dot. Then it got raised in the air and sat for an hour until I went inside and asked about it. I was told 30 more minutes which I said I have to be somewhere it needs done and he said he is dismounting my tire now. At 530 pm I finally watched my oil getting drained! I went and asked again and they told me they found a couple leaks and thats what took so long but I watched them fix one hole and it took 5 minutes. Very frustrated and will not be back i dont have this much time to wait for such a simple job cant imagine anything more serious.

Took it in for alignment and they tried to talk me into spending $400 on repairs I didnt need. Shady practice.If this happens to you, make sure and get a second opinion from a reputable mechanic (like Honda of Greeley).Honda rotated my tires which fixed the alignment issue, along with a full diagnostics and safety inspection, and they did it all FREE OF CHARGE.

Had a fantastic experience today. Was a walk in appointment with a non reparable damaged tire. I opted to get a new set of tires and they had them in stock and put them on for me right away.

Great experience! Alignment was done in less then a hour at the end of the day. Very grateful to keep me on the road. This place really puts the customer first. I would reccomend this location.

If your thinking about going here for tires or service its a mistake. They will nickel and dime every item and process related to your vehicle and still provide a vo-tech level service. Very greedy practices , I whole heartedly do not recommend at all for any service

The price was competitive with other tire shops for the same product and service I purchased and the people I interacted with were fantastic!!! Domitriuz in particular was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional thru out our whole interaction. Took some tires to get mounted on new wheels and they wanted to charge 200$. A job any local tire shop would do for 80$ max. Crazy prices!!

I’ve taken my trucks here multiple times to have them aligned and every time I come in, it’s a fight. They tell me they can’t do it and give me a huge list of parts that need replaced. The irritating part is I drove it from my shop where I replaced everything in the front end. I took it home, brought it back the next day and when they pulled my truck into the shop. They rev’d my truck to redline 3 times in neutral in the shop. Management is no help and they rather try to con people out of money than help people.

Typical fraud shop, went in for an alignment and they tried to get me to pay for 400$ Worth of parts that would not affect their ability to complete the alignment but they claimed they “couldnt do the alignment” unless I paid them to do that. If this happens to you don’t pay for it! Just say that you are good and don’t need anything done today and take it to a real mechanic!!

I appreciate the work ethic of this company and employees so much. They are all knowledgeable and kind. They get their jobs done efficiently and never make their customers sit around waiting longer than necessary. They have always let me know what needs fixed and will need fixed next rather than let me wander away in blissful ignorance or have to pay for things I didn’t ask to be repaired. I appreciate that kind of transparency and honesty in a business.

Inspected everything said we just needed brakes, they ordered them and next day said ow the front rotors are bad. Well why did you say they were fine when you inspected everything. They up charged us from $100-200 to $800. Very poor service, employees obviously not trained right. I SURE DONT TRUST THEM NOW NEITHER SHOULD YOU!

Not only are they fast but theyre also exceptional at providing service. I had never been here before and they patched my tire free of charge. They also only took about 15 minutes to replace a faulty (from the factory) tire pressure sensor and reprogrammed it for less than $100. Awesome place, awesome people, my new tire shop. I dont even live in Greeley but I will go there just for basic car services from now on. Thanks for the awesome service! 👍

I had an incredible experience at Les Schwab. An associate met me at my car to ask what help I needed. He grabbed my flat tire and then opened the door for me to go inside. Once inside, it was a simple process to get everything signed up. The lobby was very nice.Based on this experience I plan on coming back for all of my future tire needs. I highly recommend them. Had a tire fixed in shop. Left with a wobble in the rear of my car & tire sensor light stuck on.. Went back twice to have them check it out & fix the problem to no avail. Went to my regular mechanics where they found that the balancing pin was not put back on the repaired tire & the tire sensor was cracked. Will not recommend! Will not be back!

Stopped in to see if they could take a look st a low tire pressure warning and what appeared to be a tire going flat. They were very nice and got the car in quickly and not only removed a nail from the tire but fixed the tire as well. When I thanked them and asked what I owed them , they said it was no cost to me. I asked for a quote on new tires and they gave me three options. Clean facility, nice staff, and refreshing to meet people that had my concerns over their own. I will go back when its time for tires.

Called in for a Mobil 1 synthetic oil change was quoted $80 since it needed the extra quart , fine Made the appointmentI get there and they claim that was for their oil ( which is bs ) And for Mobil 1 it’s $110Who charges $80 for a basic oil change ??Yuck fou les Schwab

I love Les Schwab Tire Center and they are my first stop for tires, brakes and suspension issues for all three of my vehicles. This time I bought winter tires and rims elsewhere, but they still bolted them on for me free of charge and bagged my summer tires for storage. And theyll do the same next spring. Just go there and observe how they treat people while you wait...true professionalism every time.

This is the best tire shop in the City of Greeley theyre friendly they treat you like family they are just completely amazing theres just no other words to describe how good they are. Travis Miller is a horrible tech. My family and I blew a tire across the street. I brought the tire in with my car and asked to have it put on. They refused to put it on after hearing that I called Big O and asked for a quote. Their excuse was it wasnt the same brand. Even in an emergency they left my family stranded. Horrible customer service.

Every time I go in theyre polite professional and quick, they know how long something will take and dont over promise. Theyve fixed tires for me at no charge before and they know their trade.If they did all the in service for my car, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Ive been going to Les Schwab for about 5 years and I have to say Im impressed. They do good work, theyre thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Half the time they dont end up charging me a dime, even when its been a little outside of the warranty or Ive driven an extra 2000 miles past when I should have gotten a checkup or whatever. I dont often say this (much less see it), but Id say theyre a company with integrity.

Went to have one of my tires checked cause I kept having to put air every other day. Turns out that there was a screw in the tire. They completed the repair in the time given. And at no cost. I was greatly surprised and grateful.

After going to discount tire, a competitor in Greeley, and finding out I needed an alignment along with new tires I was bummed to hear that they couldnt offer me that service of an alignment. I was happy to have someone refer me to Les Schwab tire company who could get me new tires as well as an alignment all in one trip. The people who work there are super friendly and are really honest about getting you a good deal. They definitely have my business now!

Weve been taking our cars to this location for about two years and each time weve dealt with them weve felt they were honest in their diagnosis, fair in their pricing and outstanding in their service. Even after a misunderstanding about the work done the ethical and fair treatment we received have made us customers for life!(Note it truly was a misunderstanding. The team here did their job and did it right!)

Not thrilled with my service at Les Schwab. I went in for an alignment, tire repair (nail in tire) and to have my tire pressure sensors calibrated to my vehicle. When starting to do the alignment, I was told that my front end was loose and needed to replace my pitman and idler arm. They quoted me over $530 for all of the work. Little did they know that I just purchased the truck, with it going through inspection just days before getting the alignment done (I leveled the truck the day before taking it in, so it needed to be realigned). I refused to take the bait and had them fix the tire and calibrate the sensors. I know quite a bit about vehicles so when I got home I checked the front end. I didn’t find anything with play in it. Upon taking the truck back to the dealership to verify the “slop” in the front end, they found nothing. I took my vehicle to get an alignment at a different place of business with NO ISSUES AT ALL. I even mentioned what Les Schwab found, just to get a third opinion on it. Again, everything checked out just fine. It’s hard to find a reputable repair shop anymore, and if I was as naive as they thought me to be, I would have spent over $500 on a repair that wasn’t necessary. Due to my experience I will not return or recommend this place to anyone.

My husband took my 2017 Nissan rouge in today which is 10/09/2020 and the appointment was set in a month in advance !!!!!!! They didn’t have the calipers so they had to send someone to DENVER and set my appointment back to 3:00 pm NOW THEY HAVE HIM WAITING AGAIN AT 5:00 pm because some ordered back break pads INSTEAD OF THE FRONT ONES like they were supposed to !!!!!!!!!!

Did I just have my brakes checked or spend 45 minutes in my new favorite hangout? To start, they have the cleanest show room/lobby Ive ever seen from a mechanic shop. Spencer was great to work with and worked hard to ensure that my car was done with the FREE brake check quickly - even though I just dropped in during a busy lunch time. It sounded like I was in dire need for new brakes and rotors. I was dreading the estimate but just sat back, watched TV, drank my complimentary coffee, and ate my complimentary popcorn while I waited to find out how much the free coffee, free popcorn, and free brake check were going to cost me. Spencer came back in, after only 45 minutes, and said, Good news, you dont need brakes. I then waited for the bad news and traditional mechanic shop upsale. It didnt come. Spencer explained that my passenger side front brake had shifted, my wife was rear ended a few months ago, and it needed to be removed, realigned, and put back together. He also said that they noticed my tires needed to be rotated and so they did that as well. So Spencer fixed my brakes and stopped the grinding and screeching from my brakes, gave me popcorn, coffee, and rotated my tires- I was expecting an insanely inflated bill at this point that I did not approve- but it was all FREE!!! Some places do still believe in customer service. They earned themselves a lifetime customer.

A previous bad patch on this hole at another Les Schwab location failed shortly after it was done and Im glad this location takes such pride in their work. The customer service is above excellent! They had me in and out of there with a brand new tire and balance in under 30 minutes yes. Theyll also come and replace the tire for me while I was at work before. The people who work there are kind, conscientious, trustworthy. I trust them with my car above all others!

Weve been using this location for years and wont let anyone else touch our vehicles. You just cant get better service anywhere. Prices are very readonable and the staff are quick to help; knowledageable; and treat you like family. 10 stars if I could!!

I purchased tires for my 2011 Dodge Nitro for approximately $1,200. Prior to putting the tires on, the technician told me I also needed repairs to the bearings, tie rods, etc for an additional $700. I had the tires put on and then took the car to my mechanic of nearly 14 years, who have always been upfront, ethical and honest. Turns out the repairs, with the exception of an alignment with new tires, wasn’t needed. Talked to the mgr at Schwab who assured me that wasn’t the case and he would personally show me the parts that needed to be replaced. I just told him I didn’t have time, wouldn’t know any better unless my mechanic came with me and didn’t believe him. I had also just put tires on my car at a cost of nearly $700. While waiting for my car, I observed a patron complaining about a problem with the tires on her van and another woman who supposedly needed a lot of work done on her car but couldn’t afford it because of a sick child and poor credit. These conversations took place in the open where everybody could hear. The mgr continued to tell me about the womens’ problems and that they were fixing what other shops had messed up. I told the mgr I wouldn’t be back.

Went in for balance and alignment less than a week ago (its 4.20) they called to say they couldnt find the lug keys, i guess the lugs are locked on (new vehicle to me) i asked the dealer and he said where to find them, i told the techs exactly where and they still couldnt find them, in plain sight, so they couldnt balance. There are toyota trucks EVERYWHERE in colorado and these guys were clueless what to do with factory trd wheels.... I had told them the truck was pulling to the right, it still pulls as much if not more......Actually aside from charging me 90 bucks im not sure what they even did.....?

Took my Company Vehicle in for brakes, They called the office manager and quoted just under 1,000. I immediately called them and said if they are putting new tires on my truck. The man said he needs to change all the rotors and calipers on the truck. Told them are you stating I rode my.brakes metal on metal and burned the o ring around the caliber so the hydraulic pressure will not push the piston back??? He said that how they do there brake changes. Told him dont touch my truck. He then said okay no calipers and only replace 2 rotors said leave it alone. What a scam I paid 50 bucks for materials and did it myself. Will never trust them!!

Pull up in an old beater looking for tire quotes and possibly to buy on spot for a different vehicle. Took too long to get acknowledged, not even a hello until after taking 2 phone calls. Got my quote, prices steep after comparing elsewhere. Hope its not a typical experience to patrons!
