They never even showed up to fix what they did wrong the first time. My truck isnt straight. I came back twice to find no one in the shop. I called and was sent to voice mail. I just bought tires and I just want my truck straight. No help for them. I would not recommend this shop.

Took my truck here for a 3 axle alignment after purchasing it it from dealer. I was only interested in the md alignment procedure so I came here as it was in town. Keep in mind, if i could do the alignment myself i would, very hard for me to let anyone else work on anything of mine. Spent 250$, watched as he moved my front drive axle forward on the pass side. Drove truck out, back into shop and he rechecked his work. Took about 1.5 hrs or so, said he was done, and I paid and left. I drove the truck for 6 months, went thru 3 tires on inside pass side from tire scrub. I knew something was wrong, but i dont own the tools to check. I also had called md office to verify this guys shop was ok, I was assured he was ok and he had over 20 years experience so i was convinced. Well after going through the 3 tires, i found a second md shop in denver. This shop also did md alignments. I spoke with the owner, told him what was going on, and i had already had an md alignment done. He asked me if the previous person had checked for loose bearings, and what i observed being done on to my truck during the alignment process. I explained to him as I wrote earlier about the front drive axle ajustment but no bearing checking or anything else. He then said he would put the best tech he has on my truck. Heres what happend. Tech took measurements on all my axles , checks components for wear such as torque arms etc then stopped (these steps done to ensure your truck can in fact be aligned) Owner called me over n showed me my adjusted axle from previous alignment was way forward and noticable to the eye. They concluded that my front steer axle was not true to the frame and my torque arms worn (3/8 shifted on driver side). So i needed to fix, or get those things fixed before they can do a proper alignment. Took me a couple weeks but i did exactly as instructed, came back, alignment done and could not be any happier. Thank you je-co alignment for properly doing what you said youd do. As for this other fellow that took my money, as far as i can tell, youve been doing alignments so long, you can rig a truck to drive straight. In doing so you dont bother fixing the original issue (us owners dont expect anything free, we will pay you) or letting your customer know the issue because you saw the payday youd make on my inexperience in the matter. Well you got my money that day, but my business belongs to je-co and and the excelent service, honesty, and just plain good practice of ethics. People beware.
