Went in for brake job, and 2 tires said they would have to schedule a time. Came back 5 days later at the scheduled time, was then told you wouldn’t install my brake parts. Which I kinda understand. You wanna be able to charge more for higher profits. But I don’t understand not saying this to me 5 days prior when I asked. And on top you didn’t have my f$&king tires! Wasn’t that the purpose of scheduling an appointment and waiting 5 days? It’s not all bad though. Because of this I was able to find a tire company on the front range that is mobile and will come to me and service my company trucks and trailers

Great customer service did exactly as I asked bought tires and had my own mounted on my vehicle. My tires needed to be stretched a bit and Big O handle it. They do need to invest into a tire machine that does not touch the rims.

Me and my mom had been going here for yearsBut over time the customer service has gone down hill alot! The last straw was when we where being treated like criminals because of a mess up on their end. I have since then stopped recommending this place to everyone I talk with. I cant say anything about other locations for this company but I have no plans to ever return to this location

Not only were they able to fit us right in - they also made sure we knew the vehicle needed another tire and and alignment. After my husband did the front end work on the truck - we brought it back and had another tire mounted and balanced and aligned. They were great and did excellent work. I took my car to get an oil change. From then on my car keeps leaking oil. Had to take it 2 times to get it looked at. My car was fine before taking it in. The two times I took it back was told they they had messed up on doing something. So now I should be set. Well here we are taking it back the 3rd time and now they want to say it something else. They refuse to own up to what was not a problem. Hello my car was fine. I will never recommend this shop to no one. Wow, really my car was fine and you come to me with this reply and want to now charge me $639.96 to fix what was never leaking when I took it in.

These guys were only supposed to be doing an oil change. They proceeded to tell me I needed new back brakes. I had them checked two other places and I was informed this was not the case. I had asked them to check the undercarriage of the car which they didnt do. 2 weeks later had to get new tires Turns out I was missing a bolt above the back rear tire and they told me that my tires were just fine.And theyre supposed to be a tire shop? They were to busy trying to get money milked out of me for pads and rotors They didnt even do their basic Job.definitely look to take advantage of women I will never go back there again

The owner is always super friendly and greets me with a smile. This is consistent with all clients. I do wish the emailed coupons said to print, but I know for my next visit. I normally use Valpak, not the email. I am that client that needs car and bill stuff explained to me and the staff is happy to explain. This is Anne (wife) not Nick so don’t clown on him. What a great experience, will definitely bring my business back to them!As a woman, you never know going in to an auto shop what your experience will be like, will you be over charged, be told you need something you don’t, be gawked at like a piece of meat, etc. I was pleasantly surprised going to Big O. First and foremost, every gentleman there was just that, a gentleman. They were respectful, polite and a young man even held the door for me going in – I didn’t feel uncomfortable there at all.Second, I was very pleased at their honesty and their respect for my time. I knew going in that rear brake pads was all I needed because I had recently purchased the vehicle from a family member who is a mechanic and took meticulous care of this truck. I have all maintenance records and I knew that the front brakes had recently been replaced and I also knew that the back ones would be needing it soon when I purchased it.Unfortunately, I had gone the day before to a shop that was closer to home and after 2 hours (even with an appointment) that shop tried to tell me that I needed both the front and rear brake pads and rotors to be replaced to the tune of $772.I didn’t tell Big O that I knew what I needed, I just asked them to inspect my brakes because they had started to squeal. My truck was in being looked at within 5 minutes of handing the keys over and sure enough, they were honest and told me that all I needed was rear brake pads. I even gave them a chance to overcharge by asking them if the rotors were fine and the front brakes looked good and I was told all was good, I only needed rear pads. They told me it would be about an hour and even offered me a ride home or back to work if I needed it. I decided to stay and within 45 minutes, my brakes were done, I was on my way and I paid what I had been quoted which was very reasonable.Very pleased and I will definitely return when any of my vehicles need anything.

Excellent customer service. These guys went above and beyond to help me and even offered to let me use their work vehicle to get my kids from school if I needed to. I was told from another company that I needed an alternator and serpentine belt but all I needed was a battery. I love that they are honest. The staff is upbeat, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

I WENT TO BIG O TIRES TO GET AN ALIGNMENT DONE ON MY CAR IN THE GREELEY COLORADO LOCATION WHICH I PAID 89.99 PLUS TAX. WHEN THEY RETURNED MY CAR BACK TO ME THE MECHANIC THEY PERFORMED THE ALIGNMENT TELLS ME I NEED TO REPLACE A FRONT END WHEEL BEARING WELL ME BEING A WOMAN AND ALL DIDNT KNOW THAT THEY SHOULD OF WAITED TO DO THE ALIGNMENT TILL I GOT MY CAR FIXED. I CALLED BIG O TIRES AND WAS TOLD THAT THE ONLY WAY THEY WOULD DO MY ALIGNMENT FREE THAT I NEED TO FIX MY CAR THEIR, I WILL NEVER TRUST BIG O TIRES EVER AGAIN. I USE TO GET ALL WORK DONE THEIR BUT NOT ANY MORE. I GUESS THEY JUST WANT MONEY..................

First to start out they never updated my new time we had set for my service to be completed. They still got it in but we explained to them we wanted the best tire out of all the old ones they were taking off and they never did that. They also called to tell me the Truck was complete and then remembered I needed an alignment so after all was said and done $700 later we took the truck home. I woke up to go to work the next day and of course to my surprise the back tire was completely flat. Not only that but it was Sunday and all the ROAD SIDE SERVICE DOES IT SWAP THE TIRE OUT IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OR A DONUT TO PUT ON IT So $700 plus $150 for missing my shift on top of that they incorrectly balanced my tire and did not seal it correctly. Another $12 so total cost is my first NO SHOW IN 3 YEARS and $862.00. This place I will never return to for more services. I would like a full refund and you take back your ties or at the very least my missed shift and extra costs taken care of. Also my check engine light and Road hazard light has come on. How can I let 6 kids and my wife continue to drive something that was in better condition before we came there? The owner Jon Smith is not willing to even admit when his team makes a minor mistake. All I want is my truck correctly fixed how they promised!

Wish I had positive feedback, but I dont. I worked at a Big O for a few years and I know the standards. This location is garbage. First oil change at this location they didnt put enough oil to reach operating level. I was about to put a thousand miles on my motor. Got a well make it right when I talked to them. Went back for another lube service. Motor oil all over my motor and not a single fluid checked on my vehicle. No coolant top off and my windshield wiper fluid light came on the same day. Easiest fluids to check. I was gonna spend a couple grand there on tires, brakes, and alignment. This joke of a shop wont see another penny from me. Not as so much as a sorry for the owner who was supposed to call me back. If you care about your vehicle then go elsewhere. Trust me, they have no respect for you or your vehicle.Going through reading the owners rebuttal on his negative reviews. You sir and your shop is a joke. The Big-O I worked for valued there customers and did like you claimed made it right. You lost my business you joke!

The staff here are all professional, friendly, and go out of their way to be extra-helpful.I even learned a lot about my own car and tires, and the staff made it all very pleasant. The lobby is clean and organized.If you need some tire assistance, theres nowhere thats this good.

Big O fixed his flat, they put away his donut, and his tools. Most importantly these people treated my baby like their baby and took care of him. They were so nice, kind, and respectful to a teenage boy. They have gained a loyal customer in my son too. Go to Big O on 23rd if you want to be treated right. They are amazing!

I no longer care if I can buy tires somewhere else for a couple of dollars cheaper when I know what I get at Big O. The faces have changed some over the past several years but the way you are treated has not, carry on men.

Service was outstanding, did not have an appointment and they got me in and have a superior product and warrant.

Came in for a flat tire (bought our tires here) and an oil change. When the service was done I was asked for payment and didn’t get any explanation of what was done and why. We had to ask what was wrong with the tire, etc... no one said thank you. When we went to leave we turned our vehicle on to find the change oil warning was still coming on. We went back in and they said they needed to reset the code. After starting and immediately turning off our vehicle 8 times in a row. They said it wasn’t responding to the code and it would be a few more minutes. After pushing on the gas several times the warning turned off. Even after all of this there was no apology no explanation and still no thank you for our business. We will definitely not return to this location.

Charged 200 more then the quote. Still had problems a month after. Took it back in and they tried to sell me more things instead of doing their guarentee.I will never go back there again, and I will never recommend them again.

Outstanding customer service by the Big O crew in Greeley! They made me feel welcome and walked me through every step of the process while my car was being serviced and my tires were being switched out. As long as I live in the area, Big O in Greeley will be my choice for tires and service.

I scheduled appointment online with clear instructions of replacing one tire. Took over an hour and all four were replaced which I clearly did not state in online instructions or to the counter personnel so I proceeded to wait yet another hour whilst the shop put all original tires back on except the one I purchased. Your store in Trinidad Colorado also left my lock nut on tire and over inflated one tire which created bubble and caused me to go to NPT to get poor replacement of Big Foot tread. If you partner with them at least have them stock big foot brand.

Wife went in to get tires aligned and rotated came back to us with the CV joint destroyed. The owner offered to let us see the videos but unless he records the underside of every car I dont know what good that would do me. Please take someone who knows something about cars if you decide to go. They will try to scam you.

Ive bought tires and sometimes rims from big o in Greeley now for over 10yrs . The owner John is a great guy! Always fair. John and Dan have always been extremely helpful ! Bought a set of rims and snow tires for my wifes maxima. When I came to pick up the car it look terrible with the rims I picked out . John said pick another set ... I just want you happy . Tell me how many places would do that ! Great guys , great place !

L was there this morning with a low front tire, they said it would be 45 min. I dont think it was a half hour it was done. Thats why I go here, they get the job done and done right the first time. Many many thanks !!! HAPPY THANKSGIVING

The owner of this store is an amazing individual. You will catch him in the lobby and will work with you on big items . However I have spent well into 5 thousand dollars or more on my car here and the my did fix the problems really well the first time through . The more I went the more started seeing so other issues Pop . For example lower control arms went bad they replaced them . Not a big deal . Took in a couple months later else where and some bolts holding something or there down we’re rattleing losse because they hadn’t been torqued down that could have caused me thousands more in damage and hurt people so I didn’t go back . Probably won’t be back as I moved out of the area . If it’s easy basic things that need to be done or even big things that aren’t on a constant basis with a beater such as I have they do do great work but seems if your loyal and keep coming back the craftsmanship gets rushed . Prices are fair and like I said the owner truly is proud of what he does and makes sure your taken care of .

I ve taken my Kia here for tires and other work the past few years. I have to say they do a great job and offer great customer service. I even spoke to the owner and he was able to clear up some questions I had regarding my tire rotation. I appreciate the patience and professionalism theyve shown me. What wonderful people who helped me in an emergency! I had gotten a flat at the hospital after using my spare earlier in the week. When I tried to call shops for help they either did not answer or said they could only help tomorrow. Eventhough it was at the end of a workday, they assured me they could help and they were friendly to boot! They fixed my flat that had been punctured quickly and definitely earned my business and recommendation.

This location has no idea what customer service is. I purchased some 75,000 mile tires for my car and they lasted less then half that. When i went in the sales man tried to tell me that the 75,000 is a rating not a warranty but he would give us a set of tires at cost so i went in to get the price he quoted me more than what i originally paid. I then referred to the paper work and pointed out to him the paper work specifically stated is was a 75,000 warranty. He then proceeded to tell me i had to wait to speak to the someone else about the warranty concern and they wouldnt be there for several hours. I stated that having to wait for this other person was ridiculous he responded well take it or leave it. I then exculated my concern to the owner and explained the situation and the owners response to me was o well. Do not waste your time with this location. I did provide proof of alignment and rotations for these tires. All services were done threw big o

Very helpful and efficient! Took my tire to Wal-Mart and paid them to fix the issue, but it continued to leak. Brought it to Big O Tires not only did they fix it, they let me use a coupon. Thank you again!

Got new rear struts for a 1994 Toyota Celica I was quoted $388.00 plus an oil change. I took three days to get the car back. The bill came to $507.39 no real explanation as to why. And the crankcase was overfilled. One guy doesnt show up for work and your car is delayed for 24 hrs. I do not recommend this store.
