Clean, friendly, easy to schedule and get in and did a great job on my brows.Only thing that would be better is a maskI was a little uncomfortable being in close contact that is required for facial waxing without masking.Otherwise perfect.

First time getting waxed, hadn’t been off accutane for long enough. I didn’t know that but I wrote it down, the paperwork wasn’t read before I went into the waxing room so there were bruises left on my face. Hair has grown back completely after a week and a half. I did get my money back, which was a plus. Starving students can’t afford to throw $40 into the bad beauty job abyss. ✌️ Please do your research before trusting a stranger with your face.

Ive never had a bad experience there! This last time was especially enjoyable, however (well as enjoyable as it can be having body hair ripped off by the root). Victoria was quick, gentle, and effective. She also has an awesome personality, which help ease any awkwardness of exposing my lady bits. Ive tried other waxing places, but I always come back to West Side. Reasonable prices and an amazing staff-what else could a girl ask for??

Recently moved here from Colorado Springs where I had a GREAT Brazilian “waxer “ .. tried another place that was terrible so needless to say I was nervous. Victoria M at Westside Wax was amazing! I’ve had this service done for years and she is at the top of my experiences! I would highly recommend her if you’re a first timer or experienced with getting Brazilians! Her technique was great! I can not speak highly enough of Shelly. Shelly is always kind and professional she takes the time to find out where the problems areas are . She really does a wonderful job making sure I am comfortable, she is very knowledgeable about the right pressure and the exact spot where the pain is, I always come away feeling like a new person.

Darrian was very good with making me feel comfortable, she did a great job with applying pressure after pulling a strip to help with pain, communicating what she was doing and how much was left to do, she did a great job with the overall wax and it looked great and was probably one of the best jobs Ive had done. She didnt leave any wax on me after she was done and applied some oil afterward to help soothe my skin after she was done. By far she went above and beyond and I would highly recommend her to any of my friends interested in getting a brazilian!

I dont remember the name of the awesome girl who helped me out but she had a good attitude and explained things out thoroughly which I really appreciated.

I was at least 15 minutes late, they were so understanding. My technician was Darianne, she was very good at her job. Took extra time with me, making sure I was happy with the outcome. I will always go to this business for their professional work and their friendly attitudes.I was curious about the bad review from Pamela Hughs, but after reading the other places she had reviewed. Heck, she doesnt care much about any business. Some cannot be happy, no matter what they review. Apparently she is one in that category 🙄🤐. Westside wax is top notch.

The appointment was actually for my 14 year old daughter. Shes always happy with the way her eyebrows look after coming here. This time though, she said they looked the best. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Thank you ladies!

I went in for my armpits and a bikini wax and it was a good experience but its barely been three days and my left armpit already has so many hairs, clearly my waxer didnt clean it up all the way. For 50 dollars I expected better service. I couldve just shaved if I wanted spots missed. My right armpit has significantly less stray hairs and they look incredibly uneven. The bikini wax was good tho

I get weekly massage from my therapist, Sara. She is amazing, has been great at helping me deal with numerous injuries and getting me back to work. I dont know what Id do without them.

Got an under arm wax. She did a good job and was friendly. Although they have an aftercare cream/ gel it was admitted they hadnt unpacked it from the mail, so none was used on me. The after care cream/ gel is what helps avoid irritations afterwards. If you dont unpack it dont bother mentioning it. Or go get it. Prices comparable to other places.

My therapist was amazing with great massage therapist skills and techniques. This coming from a LMT.

My last visit to Westside Wax was very disappointing. The girl who assisted seemed as if she was sick and it definitely showed in my results. My Brazilian was unfinished. When she was waxing my legs, it seemed as if she was pulling the strips off too slowly which might explain why I have stubbles after only two weeks. To top it off, there was wax left on my legs that stuck to my clothing. I had to wash my legs down when I got home. My first experience with Westside Wax was great but the woman who took care of me on my first visit is no longer there. Unfortunately this last visit seems like it was a waste of my money.
