I had a great experience they took their time while still being pretty fast and they were very gentle with my hair. I really appreciated my stylist(s) today! I wish I caught their names.I got my hair cut, the back of my head shaved and french braids done and I love the results!

Teri cut and styling my hair. It is the best hair style I have ever had in my life. I will not go anywhere else again. I have paid way more at other salons and did not receive this quality of service. Teri is outstanding in this field.

I went in for a simple trim. I asked for the stylist to get rid of the dead ends. My hair looks like she was blind folded using kitchen scissors. Some sections are shoulder length, some are longer, and none of them are even. My left side is well past my shoulder and the right side is at my shoulder. I asked her to blow dry it, and she turned the blow dryer on for maybe one minute. I left with wet hair that looked like it got stuck in a blender! So now Ill be going somewhere else to have it fixed and will end up with MUCH shorter hair than I wanted. Thank goodness it grows back.

This place is absolutely amazing. I got my hair dyed there today and these people are some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. They made sure that I liked everything they did, and that they were making sure that I got what I paid for. They made me feel welcomed like family into thier store. I have really dark hair so I was there for at least a few hours and I never once felt rushed or inconvenienced.I am definitely coming back to this place for my future hair care needs. My hair is amazing because of them and I am thankful.

Used the book online yesterday at 6:55 am - driving to the appointment today, the app says our booking was unsuccessful. I call and the girl says their system has been having issues and that they already have an appointment. I asked if it could be mine and she says no, that person booked by phone yesterday at 9:30. She asked when I booked and I told her, she asked what for (boys cut), she gathers our info and says she will call back - never received a sorry for the inconvenience. I called a different place, they could get us in within a few hours, still waiting for this girl to call back. Update the app to not accept online bookings or fix it. Could it be human error? Train your staff on it as well as customer service.

Tina at this Supercuts has Benn coloring and cutting my hairs for years. She is very professional, helpful, and considerate. She listens to me and helps me know what is best for my hair. The salon is very clean and set up for Covid19. Everyone wears a mask and they only allow you to be there when youre being serviced. They also are taking temperatures. I highly recommend this salon and Tina as a stylist.

Well I went here to get a haircut and it turned out patchy and I still have long hairs everywhere. And its uneven in the back. They will not give a refund and this Talia women had a terrible attitude arguing with my wife. She wouldnt even give us information on her managers contact information. Very rude and extremely immature and unprofessional

I have had my own hair as well as my son’s hair cut at this location multiple times. Always pleased with the service and cuts. My most recent cut was less than satisfactory, and I decided to call and have it fixed. Irritating, but not the worst thing in life. I was treated respectfully over the phone as I explained the problem and was easily scheduled an appt for the day I called. When I arrived at the salon, I was helped immediately. Lupe was the stylist I saw to correct my hair. Lupe spent about 40 minutes carefully checking the layers and cut of my hair to make sure I was happy with and confident in my haircut. I am so pleased she was able to help me. Thank you again Lupe!

Ive been going here for 2+ years. I feel like Ive never had the same stylist, always get a different haircut, and can never time it right to where I dont have to wait. Theyve changed their hours multiple times and dont advertise or post that and Google hasnt accepted my changes yet. Yesterday I went and they had 1 person working the entire day. That poor woman! I checked in for a 3PM appointment and arrived at 2:40. She said that she needed a break so I went to grab lunch and told her Id be back right at 3. I was there at 2:59 and she had already lined up 2 people ahead of me. Today, I went to check in and had a 90 minute wait. Since I cant rely on coming back, theres no way Im waiting in the shop for 90 minutes. I will no longer visit this Supercuts. I dont blame the stylists...I blame management. Whoever is the GM needs to figure it out.

After trying to grow my hair out for two years, I had a ragged, dead, mess. I asked stylist Tina to take me back to the 80s where I was happy! She did and I am ecstatic! Thank you Tina! I will see you in 6 to 8 weeks!

Accommodating and welcoming environment. Skilled stylists. Got a great haircut with little direction on my part (impressive for having no idea how to explain what I really wanted).

Staff is always friendly. However we have had some pretty bad cuts from some newer stylists. Mary is amazing though and does a great job.

I feel like every time I go to get a haircut at this location I leave disappointed. Today was no exception. I requested a pretty simple haircut and the stylist clearly could not handle it. I advised “nothing off the top but a thinning” and left with an inch less. I have very simple instructions and the stylist did what she wanted and when I stopped her it was already too late. I know hair grows back but my money does not. I do not recommend getting a hair cut at this place. VERY disappointed.

While I was getting a haircut one of the ladies managed to rip out my cartilage earring out with the hair clippers, she picked up my earring from the floor gave it to me and then apologized and continued to cut my hair while my ear was bleeding, she then stopped for a little and wiped off the blood with a paper towel and continued to cut my hair, I was not mad because I was expecting a free haircut but when she finished they still charged me for the haircut even after they ripped my earring out. I was truly disappointed in how they stylist reacted when she ripped out my earring and even more disappointed after seeing how my haircut turned out. I decided to inform supercuts management the day after and when I received an apology email by the General Manager all he had to say was sorry and that they could redo my hair by another stylist, without even offering me a refund.

Highly recommend this location. I am SO picky with who touches my hair, but no matter who did my hair here, it was always done the way I asked for. I highly recommend Bratina, love talking to her, and she always does an amazing job.

Got both my sons haircuts here and she butchered my older sons hair, asked for high skin fade didnt fade it at all gave him a high and tight ruined his bangs and left a crooked line on the backside. Dont go here

Me and husband went to get haircut at this place .WORST HAIRCUT EVER . if i could give them ZERO or MINUS star ,I willI didnt say anything because i was shocked .

Every time I go to this place they always mess up my haircut. They either cut it too short or make my hairlin uneven. Even if I went to a different location they’d still mess up my hair. If you’re a teenage male, I suggest to go to a barbershop

Good experience with men and kids cuts. Not so much for womens styles.

I have been to this location two times and both times have received awful customer service. Workers, including mangament, are rude and have no skills with children or adults alike. My son got a haircut recently and his whole neck was cut from the clippers used to trim his neckline. I will not return to this location after multiple visits with the same results.
