First visit here was great. Estavan took his time, asked questions, did a great cut. Exactly what I wanted. BUT today I came in for my appointment which I scheduled online for 11:15. Arrived at 11:15 and the guy up front said we will be right with you. He had just put someone else in my time slot. I aksed if they just started and he said yes. I asked him what is the point of scheduling an appointment if you put someone else in my time slot. He said its no big deal he just switched our appointment. No big deal for him, now I have to shuffle the rest of my day around because its no big deal for him how he performs the one job that he is being paid for. Happens again and there are plenty more places to get a haircut.

It was first time getting my haircut in Greeley as I moved up from Denver a few years ago. Needless to say down south I had access to so many great barbershops I was nervous to get a fade up here. By word of mouth I heard about Adan decided to give him a shot. My appointment was today on July 28th at 9 when it opened so it took a little time for him to get his area ready but once he did he came over to greet me, asked me how I wanted my haircut and got to work. Line up was crisp, fade was clean, and the conversation was good to. I can’t speak for the place as a whole, or on any other barber there but if I want to get cleaned up from now on Adan is my guy. Took good care of me. I’ll be back, and ain’t nobody else touching my hair haha.

They do not staff barbers for haircuts. Barbers only show up for their scheduled appointments and then they leave immediately after. They are not advertised as appointment only. I was told by the girl in there that when I come in for a walk in appointment I should prepare to be there for at least two hours for a haircut. I said OK. She then tells me the barber there is about to leave and then the next one that comes in later he’s booked till four and then he is leaving too. So I ask what about to be here for two hours and get a haircut thing that you just mentioned and I get a shoulder shrug

Very solid hair cut. The barber I liked no longer works there, but they are all pretty consistent. Definitely suggest booking appointments a few days in advance because they rarely have walk ins available. One of the female barbers didnt like constructive criticism about how she was cutting my sons hair but I just stay clear of her. Otherwise. One of the best barbers in greeley.

I’ve been going here for years and I won’t go anywhere else unless I move away. I’ve had some bad haircuts here and there but 9/10 times I’ve been satisfied with my hair and love the culture that is set! Adan is the man!

This place gives outstanding haircuts, however, management doesnt seem to care much about staffing as it is just about impossible to get in for a cut, even by appointment, theyre usually booked. Its ridiculous. This has been a problem a long time now too, management needs to hire more staff so that they can take in more business. They would make more money, so its really hard to understand why they arent getting on it. Maybe its time to find another barber.

Adan is incredibly good at cutting hair. Levi Trevino looks like a model. He has booked several castings after his haircut with Adan. He is truly incredible and deserves a raise. You should feel honored if you are able to book an appointment with him. He will change your life..... no joke.

Bro told me a hour wait time, waited 2 wanted to push it to another 40 minutes smh if you say you can do a hour wait do a hour wait.

I am super upset with the customer service that my husband received at the Hugos on Centerplace tonight. We scheduled a 5pm appointment for both our sons. One of our sons was seen right away and my other son sat and waited for 40 minutes. The lady proceeded to take other people back and when my husband confronted her, she told him that their appointments were made with specific barbers and ours was not so we needed to wait for the next available barber. I scheduled them online at 5pm with Saul and JP so I’m unsure how my kids’ appointments were made with the next available barber. We’ve had many issues in the past with Hugos and have tried multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt because their barbers do a great job but unfortunately, we will never be back. If they don’t like cutting kids’ hair then take it off their price list.

Jovani is the Pablo Picasso of cutting hair. His clippers are the paint brush and my head is the canvas. Every time after I get a cut from him, I walk out of that shop with a whole new level of confidence. If you’re having a long day i suggest stopping by for a cold beer and the best cut in town and leave a whole new person

I had recently left a bad review but came to a realization that what was wrong wasn’t the barbers fault but mine 😅😅, anyway this place is a solid place to get a cut, the only problem I had was that my cut didn’t end up how I wanted but it’s good enough, really good place and would recommend it.

Told me my appointment was cancelled because one of their barbers was out, and couldn’t accommodate me for later in the day on my only day off I have for over a week. Was going to be my first time in but they’ve lost a potential customer, terrible customer service.

Hugos Barbershop looks great and their craftsmanship is superior! I had a great experience and the best haircut and grooming that I have ever had.

Finally had my last straw. First it was waiting over 2 hours for a 45 minute wait at the 11th ave location. Today I went to the centerplace location to get my hair cut by Ricky. I told him I wanted a 7 up top and a 2 on the sides and the back. Then he cut my hair and didnt do either of those things. I asked him to cut it down more and he told me it wouldnt look good and I may think it looks good but from a barbers standpoint it doesnt look good. Ive had the same haircut for 3 years, a long term barber in my hometown came up with the cut and many barbers across the country including 5 at hugos have cut it flawlessly with zero issues. So then he cuts my hair again really fast and shoves me out the door. My hair looks horrible, the top of my head has patches that are a 7 and some that are over 2 1/2 long. Sadly I will never be returning to hugos.

Guys... they have a bar! Ladies... they have a bar! Have a drink, either while youre waiting for your barber, or youre waiting for your significant other to get done. Its a win/win haircutting situation at Hugos.
