I asked for a trim, to shape up the back of my hair. I didnt want to lose the overall length. To my surprise, I had over 4 inches cut off, texurizing done (that I didnt ask for) which I now have spikes of hair all over my head that are less than an inch tall and stick up everywhere! My hair was parted wrong and given bangs. My bangs were cut when I asked for them not to be shortened I was trying to grow them out... over all the hair cut is cute if you can use alot of stying product and curl it to hide the spikes...

I cant stop crying... this is the worst cut and dye I have ever had.... I went in for a trim and some low lights in super white blonde hair I know have the back cut all the way to my crown, and my hair is more damaged then I went in and is total salt and pepper more on the pepper.... in what hair world do u put bleach on for lowlights I wish I had the guts to of just gotten up and walked out....but no Im too nice and just die and the inside and nod and smile. my hair is so so so fried now I have to go the store find color remover and deep conditioners. I wish so badly I would have just done it my self.... Im so heart broken. I wont get my hair done again by anyone ever again. And this place dont let the website fool you.... it did me now I have a long road of everyday hair treatment to get awesome blonde back.......

Worst place I have ever been yesterday I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady took off almost all my eyebrows my eyebrows have always been so perfect and now they have to be drawn on till they grow back them to top it off she put wax on my mustache when I told her I wasnt going to do it as soon as I walked out I cried very disappointed

Absolutely horrible!!! Avoid this place at all costs! Dye jobs are tacky, stylists do not listen to what you want.

Why does it say that they are open at 8 on Saturday if they dont answer the phone.

Asked for a trim, got at least 3 inches chopped off then layers after I said I never have layers and bangs that I didnt ask for that dont even blend well with the hair. Wouldnt reccomend them.
