Was worst experience ever Ive been coming here a long time never had a problem they have a new system to sign in on a computer pad when you walk in Ive never done it until today I had to figure it out no one greeted me and when I asked for help and explained that Ive never done that before I got a rude reply after I was signed in the next guy had the same problem I helped him than I got a hair cut lady asked what I wanted then didnt say a word rude will not be coming here ever again

Ive loved coming here in the past, however Ive never come on a weekend.I made an appointment, it took over 40minutes to even be acknowledged. Then I was told youre on the list theres an hour waitIf you know a service is going to take a long time, DO NOT schedule other people! You can simply say were not available until x timeI wont be coming back, and I saw 3 other customers get up and leave and ask when the manager will be in. I hate leaving reviews like this, but theyre so incredibly unprofessional. I scheduled somewhere else because I dont have the luxury to wait for them to get their time management together.

Ok place to get a fresh cut but there is no difference in the pricing as a barbershop

I will never get my hair cut there again they didn’t cut my hair the way I wanted it she left my hair very uneven very disappointed.

I have extremely curly hair and have been nursing it back to health from heat damage. It’s doing well but it’s still fragile. I explained this, and my stylist chose to comb my hair out from ROOT TO END. When she made her way to the ends, she had to rip the comb through the knots SHE CREATED. I’m not tender headed but this was a painful experience and I could still feel pain in my scalp hours later. I also said I wanted 2-3 inches max cut, but I think it was more like 4-5 that she actually took. I’m not sure what was worse, the pain, the damage she did by ripping through my hair like she did or the fact that she cut off twice what I asked. I’m heartbroken.

I came in for a haircut 4/27. Teresa attended me she was very nice & asked what i wanted & did just that! I have no complaints with the service.

This location sets appointments and then dont keep them they end up wasting the customers time make you wait and then tell you that they dont have time to do your haircut or style. They are also rude and very unprofessional.

The associates were very professional,polite and very prity.

I have been getting my hair cut in this place for six years prior to Covid. I stopped by there today to see if they would cut my hair without me wearing a mask as I have medical conditions that stop me from wearing one. As I walked through the door both people who work there put on their masks. I told them I would like to get my hair cut but because of medical issues I could not wear a mask. They refused me service even after I explained that Ive had the virus twice so there is no chance of me getting it or giving it. I left and they went back to not wearing their masks. No wonder the place was empty! Wont be going back!

I go here to see Celeste and shes A-mazing! She hears me out about the look I want and she executes it perfectly every time. I wouldnt trust anybody else with my hair, not even for a simple trim. Even while Im in there shes helping others out with their clients. Shes great!

I paid 97 dollars to have a stylist here get hair dye all over the back of my shirt, neck and behind my ears. The stylist, styled my shoulder length hair and should have seen the huge dye mark on my neck and ones behind my ears . Nope she left them there without me knowing, leaving me with a large painful chemical burn on my neck and skin peeling behind my ears. Also no manager would talk to me in person or over the phone. No way will I come back here and I advise readers not to come here either.

I went in for a haircut and only wanted about a 1/2 inch taken off. She took off almost 3 inches... Very disappointed with the haircut, not to mention they are very unfriendly. I walk in and get no greeting, so I say hello and still didnt get one back. Never going here again.

I had a really important reception to attend honoring my husband and had made an appointment 2 days in advance for a specific time. I needed them to honor that appointment time because I had 2 young kids with me and didnt know how long they would be patient for. I was looking forward to getting doll-d up for the event that evening... I arrived and they had me wait over 20+ mins. Only 1 person in the entire store qualified to cut hair extensions. Not wanting to pay for such a horrible wait time I did leave...in tears.I do recommend this place if you dont mind waiting and if appointment times dont bother you. So disappointing!

I recently had surgery for skin cancer on my scalp. When I went I still was hurting, but they treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable.

The worst experience ever, They dont respect peoples time.I scheduled an appointment for my mother 3 days prior to the appointment date.We Showed up couple minutes earlier, one girl said we are sorry Jessica had gone home earlier today, and other girl said from the back yelling, Jessica had gone to help another store. Lies unprofessional disrespectful to people. I wont go there again or give them any kind of business.

Took my daughter there for a color and highlights. Somehow got lost in translation and paid 45 dollars for 7 highlights not the color she wanted and no hair color.

Thought I would send my significant other to get a haircut this morning, we have a wedding we are attending next weekend and his hair is rather grown out. He went in with instructions for a Ceasar cut and came back with a buzz cut. He claims that she used scissors and only shaved the sideburns, back, and neck. The cut is terrible. Fuzzy, no dimension, and definitely not a Ceasar cut. There are also long hairs left on the side of the temple that had not been cut at all. We will certainly not be returning to this establishment, nor recommending.
