I was needing a haircut for my son and I walked in, they had an hour and twenty minute wait time. We waited only 20 minutes because several appointments were not there and we got in early! We went to 2 other locations that wouldnt even put us on the wait list, even though they had no one in there lobby and they had several stylists standing around with no clients. The ladies were great, welcoming, very friendly and did an amazing job with my sons hair. Definitely coming back next time I need a haircut.

The staff here are super friendly and attentive. The whole experience is worth the trip. I highly recommend stopping in when you want to feel fresh with an amazing haircut. Its priced right and you really feel like an MVP

This was my first time at this Sport Clips. They are quite busy but if you use the app, you can get a great hair cut in a reasonable time. I will update with future pictures and add experiences.

Michala did an excellent job on my haircut. I also enjoyed that she didnt feel the need to fill any silence with constant chatter. While some may consider that less than typical social behavior, I was very pleased with the experience.

Jess did a wonderful job. Asked me what haircut I wanted, and informed me that the texture of my hair was different in the photo I brought in so the cut would look a little different. However I am very happy with my haircut and she provided excellent customer service.

I used to go to Floyds, but they have lost my business after numerous bad experiences. Sports Clips is everything Floyds used to be, highly recommend!

Jess cut my hair very well, had great attention to detail, and is very friendly. I normally just get a cut but the light massage was a nice touch. First timers get a boosted mvp massage so you should try it.

Arrived 20 minutes before closing time. Stylist Michaela got me cleaned up and ready to go in no time at all. Parking can be a challenge with a big truck so park closer to Buffalo Wild Wings to make things easier.

My ears were in desperate need of lowering, so after weighing the options of all my choices I decided to go to Sports Clips since they specifically do mens hair cuts. They cost about the same as anywhere else. Michala did a fantastic job. I will definitely go back. Remember Hanibal Lecter wore a mask for your protection not his. Be nice to the ladies they take as much of a chance as doctors without near the pay, and they cant do there job over the phone.

Polite staff, clean establishment, and they never mess up a haircut.

Checked in online for my 6 year old on Saturday. It is his birthday in a few days and we wanted him to look nice for his big day. My husband took him in and explained to the stylist (Ashley) what he wanted. He also pointed to another little boy who was just finishing up his cut with another stylist and said that was exactly what he wanted. Ashley continued to cut my sons hair completely different from requested. The fade is absolutely terrible. He asked for a zero fade, but maybe I should have just done it myself. It looks very choppy and now there is nothing we can do about it except write this review and never bring him back.

Checked in online (because they are always pushing for that) and it said no wait for this specific stylist, arrived two minutes after that, they gave my appointment to someone else. Always rushing their haircuts and pushing products. Most of the time I have to go home and fix my sideburns because they never make them even. Pleasant staff.Update: tried to give them another chance and scheduled an appointment today online. I show up at the specified time according to their website and Crystal, the manager, says someone called in and canceled my appointment. She is now moved on to another customer and Im expected to wait. I dont even know how this could happen or be allowed. I am beyond frustrated and they clearly dont care. This place has done nothing but disappoint me with haircuts and appointments.

Tried to set up an appointment online. That was the only way you would take one. Appointments were booked past 120 minutes so,it would not let me set one up for a later time or date (I was willing to wait) I found another shop that WANTS my business Cant spend all day logging on and hoping I get an appointment within that time frame. Cant walk in, but wont make appointments?

Ive user this location for my last two haircuts. U was a little hesitant because I had tried them several times a couple a years ago and was not happy with the service or the cut. I took the risk and have been completely satisfied with the service both times. The women are very welcoming and polite. Insured I got exactly what I wanted, and have had quick service. I really recommend checking in online ahead of time though.

Very friendly employees. Crystal is Awesome!!! She takes very good care of my boys. My youngest boy who is 4 loves seeing her and has been going to her since 1 yr old. My oldest is very comfortable with Crystal being that he hates getting haircuts. My boys love it here!

I have always loved the services and execution of this facility until recently. I am not sure who to blame, but I have checked in on line, came to the facility and see that I am on the board but never get called. I am not one to create a scene at the facility, but I did want you to know that I certainly have more important things to do with my day than watch ESPN. To me, this on-line check in is a detriment rather than a plus.

My sons haircut was okay at best. Its very hit or miss and it would have probably been a better hair cut if the lady who I assume was the manager paid more attention to cutting my sons hair then talking to the other stylist about someone who had an interview that they werent going to hire. I found it very unprofessional and will be taking him somewhere else from now on.

Got in really fast but very disappointed in my sons cut. She cut it too short in the back (even after he said he didnt want any off the top) it sticks straight up. His cut is the line off to the side part and the line isnt straight or parted correct.We will be going back to the barber in the mall, long wait there but rather wait for a good cut and theyre cheaper. Also no prices marked on any of the merchandise.

This was my first time ever going to a Sports Clips and it happened simply because every barbershop closer to me are closed on Sundays lolGuess it was for the best, the lady who cut my hair, Shiela I think, did a very satisfying job. It didnt take her long to figure out what I wanted despite me not being used to using numbers to identify how low of a cut I want.A low fade with a dope edge up, if thats what you like, I recommend her. She seems very genuine as well. She will definitely be my barber for now on... I hate barber hopping lol

My hairstylist was not friendly. She did not talk back to me. She had too many tattoos. It was like she was too cool for me. I regret giving her a $5 tip.

Ive never left a review before but i felt compelled after this visit. Never been at this location before and never will again now. Waited a little while, not long, and got an older lady with tattoos that seemed truly inconvenienced she had to cut my hair. She was curt, short with me and after asking her to correct a part of my haircut slammed her locker closed and was just flat out rude. It was obvious she didnt want to be there and had to suffer through cutting my hair. Its too bad she seems to dislike her job so much because shes good at it. She did a great job on my haircut though.

Management is great. Staff is friendly. The manager helped me out when one of the Friday girls was stressed and answered my question in a unreasonable way. Always great service otherwise.

I just left and I was very unpleased with the service. I was greater upon entering, as always when I come in. I waited 30 minutes, which was no problem what so ever. When it was my turn to go back I was asked if I wanted the VIP, I said no. Usually I get the VIP its the reason I come in. The reason I didnt this time was because the woman, I dont remember her name but she had curly hair, she was very rude and I could tell she didnt want to be there. I didnt want to spend anymore time there than I had to. She kept complaining about previous guests and about how she didnt want to be there or she was ready to go home. She cut my hair in under five minutes and my beard too. Every time I looked in the mirror she wasnt even looking at my head rather she was looking at the front door waiting for corporate to walk in the front door as she stated the were supposed to be coming in.I wont be back unfortunately because I usually love this place.

The staff is friendly and they provide good cuts at reasonable prices... The company is a tad sexist though... All the staff are females and all the pictures of staff are females serving males... The slogan is something along the lines of about men... for men.. I think this sends several very questionable messages, the most obvious being that men are somehow above woman (that woman should serve men) and it also sends the message that sports are also for men... If not for the companies sexism I would give them a good review...

Tried to up sell me to the MVP multiple times before she cut my hair the way she wanted instead how I wanted it. The best compliment I got about my hair was, it doesnt look horrible. Went in for a refund and manager was extremely rude and did nothing for me

I have taken my son here several times with no issues, but his haircut looks terrible. It is uneven and you can clearly see the lines from the clippers. My husband has stray hairs sticking up with a poor fade. To pay such a heafty price ($82) I would expect to have at least a decent cut. Super disappointed. I could have done this at home for free.

Somethings changed there. Iv taken my son ti this same store for the last 4 years. Always happy customers. Even sent people there in the past & bragged on them. Staff isnt friendly or personable. Today we were not greeted. Had to figure the new check in kiosk ourselves. Over an hour wait with 5 other people in front of us.. We waited for 15 minutes...thinking maybe that was wrong because the waiting room was empty. 2 stylist working. I think online check ins take priority....in which case they shouldnt take walk ins. Wont be back. Super Cuts saved the day.

I always come here and I love it but I have say their new kiosk check in, is horrible. It takes longer and if you want to request a stylist it gives you no notification that you have requested one. So you think you requested one but you never actually did. Just for the kiosk is why Im only giving 4 stars.

I signed in online and went in. They just expect you to know that there is a sign that says you have to sign in there as well. No one said anything. The online sign in says to show up at 4:30 and then Im sitting there waiting for another half hour. When I then tell the employees they didnt care what so ever. Worst customer service I have ever had at this place or any place. I guess the customer doesnt matter anymore.
