This is my most favorite nail spa so far. They do everything clean and professional. I think they use good brand of polishes so my nails color can stay good for a long time. The pedicures massage chair is very comfortable. It massages my whole back, neck, shoulders, and lower waist. Before polishing my toe nails, they gave me a sugar scrub followed with a hot towel. Very satisfied about their services and will come again.

I went in today for the first time during a busy period. I noticed each technician getting people taken care of in a timely manner. Friendly, Quiet and positive environment. I chose the natural powder option and an truly satisified. I have never had a technician do as good of a job as Ivy did today. I found my new nail salon!

I went in for a full set. The gentleman drew blood from two nails ripping the previous set. I tipped well because the staff were truly nice overall. Things happen? 🤷‍♀️And the end result was to my satisfaction. But, within a week the nails began to lift and I had to get an entirely new set at my regular salon in The Springs.

Got my nails done today and was so pleased by how friendly and helpful the staff was. Everyone was nice and took pride in their work. I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. Both look fabulous and were very affordable!

I come to this nail salon every time I come I to tow to visit family and it is by far the best service and experience. The pedicures are done well and they last so much longer than anywhere else Ive gone. I would highly recommend this salon to even my most critical friends.

Natural nails is my favorite place and you should give it a try because Its amazing!!! This is the gem nail spa in this area! I don’t know how the other nail salons quality is but I ensure you Natural Nails has high quality. I love going to get my nails done every 2-3 weeks and on Mondays (less crowded). The staffs are so friendly and make you feel so relaxed. They are both incredibly skillful at what they do and have helped me grow out my NATURAL nails. I have never left their shop unsatisfied.They have great selection of gel polishes and wonderful, friendly service.  This shop is absolutely excellent!

Was not pleased with this place at all!!!

Had an appointment Saturday morning for a full set of nails. I was supposed to be booked with their top nail technician. My nails look terrible. The light wasnt coming on. I told the technician and she said yes it was. I was there for over an hour and my nails look terrible! For the amount of money I paid I expect them to at least look like I went to a salon. I will never return to this business. Additionally , my son got his brows waxed and they are incredibly uneven now. This is the worst nail salon ive ever been to.

Had a Mani & Pedi today and it was great. They took their time, had attention to detail and were very pleasant. Reasonably priced, clean shop. I left relaxed and happy. I will definitely be back when I am in town.

My wife had gel on her nails and wanted to have it professionally removed so as not to damage her nails. The gentleman who removed the gel scrape down too far and took off layers of her fingernails. She could have damaged her nails less by just picking the gel off. The point of coming here was to avoid damage to the nails by having them professionally removed. Apparently professional should not be associated with this place as they still charged even after damaging her nails. Very poor service.

I really liked it. They didnt hurt me and it was a peaceful atmosphere and the technicians didnt constantly talk with one another. I will be back.

My daughter and I went in for 2 simple pedicures and we left with not much more than painted toe nails. When I brought to their attention the ways in which our pedicures were not well done, (polish slipped on the skin around the nails, and pumicing only really done on center of bottom of feet) they didn’t even offer to correct their mistakes. The very worst place that I’ve ever had a pedicure.

Best nail salon by far! They are so sweet funny and kind! I love my nails and my pedicure I got! I highly recommend them! Thank you so much!

We made appointment for 9:30 the night before, when we got in we had to wait which was fine, but by 9:45 another woman walked in and got seated immediately.

One of the cleanest nail salons Ive been to! Staff is very friendly and they take pride in their work. On my last trip there I took my 4 yesr old daughter for a pedi and Ivy was so patient and gentle with her skin and nails. I wont go anywhere else!

Took my 2 daughters in a few weeks ago and I got my nails done. They were so good with my little girls and did a great job. Great price. Comming in tomorrow and will b a forever costumer

I love this nail salon and , particularly, Ivy , the owner. She goes above and beyond in caring for her clientelle . In my case, she noticed my painful and enlarging knuckles from a recent flair up of Rheumatoid Arthritis . She massaged my hands , and feet with tiger balm and herbal oils . Truly , she has a healing touch and I love her for it !!! I pray for her prosperity in this business ... she so deserves it !!!

Very clean, very friendly a definitely a nail spot worth returning to. I was overall very impressed with the whole manicure and pedicure experience.

If I could give this place no stars at all I would........ by far the worst place that I have ever gone to I love getting my nails done and I try several different places and I could honestly say the WORST place ever! Ivy I think was the one who did my nails and instead of focusing on me as the client! she spent the whole time yelling at the staff very unprofessional I asked for a disighn after messing it up completely she still tried charging me full price!!ugh very unsatisfied!

Terrible service I spent 45$ on a set of nails that are lumpy with acrylic all over the bed as well. Not worth it.

Nice salon! I love the chairs that they give you a pedicure in. I am sooo loving my mani/pedi. The pedi you receive here is the best pedi you will ever have! I am amazed...I will be returning again very soon!

Worst service ever ! Never again will I go there! All they did was re-polish my nails and they charged me 30$. All she spent was 5 minutes on my nails literally!

If I could give this place a 0 a definitely would most disgusting service and manger still had the nerve to cuss at me when I complained the first of course I’m going to complain when it looks like a 5 year old did my nails than still messed it up the second time manager treats client very poorly especially when you’re not happy
