I’ve given this place more than a few chances because it’s close to my house. I always hope it will be better, but never is. It was hard to tell through the plexi glass how my gel manicure was looking but when I got to my car I was very unhappy with the result. Over painted on some nails, missing polish in other spots. Nail tech was so rushed he didn’t let my left hand have a second round under the light, and when he wiped them the top coat smeared. They look horrible.

Worst mani and pedi I ever received in my life or should I say worst $97 I spend in my life. Never even asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted and I was in and out of that chair in 15 mins and a very brief is that is what you would call it foot massage . The pink on my toes isn’t even the same pink on my fingers which was in the same box and my gel polish is cracked and chipped and it has only been a week. It happened before like this a long time ago and I thought I would give this place another try and it’s the same.

Wish I could give zero stars. My nails PEELED off after less than 24 hrs. Super think and ugly, do not come here.

Most expensive and WORST mani-pedi I have ever had! The gel polish is so cheap that it started chipping the minute I left. They actually charge extra to remove gel polish but dont tell you until you check out! My pedicure looked like a 2nd grader did it. I took it off as soon as I got home. I will never go back to this place. I dont know how they stay in business!!!

Service was not enjoyable and over priced for the 15min fast pedicure they offer!! 36$ For a simple pedi with no message.... I’m pretty sure they add in the top already then ask for a tip when you pay again!!!! Plus it was not clean at all

Horrible service. Ive been here prior to todays visit and things were great todays service was horrible, he rushed through so quick, did not do a good job at all. I complained to the manager and she acted like she could not understand me. Save your money, do not go here!

Worst pedicure Ive ever gotten in my life. If I wanted my nails filed too short and uneven I would have done my toes myself. Im extremely disappointed. I will not be going back. On top of my manicure looking horrible it was 35$ Im beyond angry the service was horrible I recommend picking a different nail salon.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. They are not professional and overcharge for everything and don’t tell you before they charge for it. The lady kept hurting me while cleaning under my toenails and I told her and she just kept doing it until I jerked away. Zero stars and will never return!

I understand having to up charge the services due to the pandemic but to also loose the quality of the job is unacceptable. My luxury pedicure was no more than 20 min. I never recieved the leg scrub, foot massage,hot towels or wax. The whole experience was so fast that it wasnt even enjoyable and the worst part was they werent even busy. Will not be returning and insist that you spend your time and money elsewhere!

I had set appointments for my daughter and I. As soon as we walked in several walk-ins followed behind us. They were treated better the the customers who had appointments. Also I asked for a full mani/pedi for my daughter and they only did the pedi and just painted her nails. They were just in a rush to take care of walk-ins. Ill never return and if anyone asks me Ill be sure to let them know what poor service I received.

This is the fill job they did for my acrylics. Very poor quality, can absolutely still see where the old gel grew out. They argued with me over my dissatisfaction and I am NEVER going back.

I called and asked the prices of a pedicure and a full set acrylic and was quoted 32.00 for a pedicure and 35.00 for a full set. My pedicure only lasted maybe 20 minutes. Enough to take my feet right out of the water the second I put them in, change my polish and put a little lotion on my legs. That was it. Then when I explained I wanted a French tip with a flower, I clearly did not get that. I asked a couple times for the flower and was ignored. My nails came out wide and thick. Definitely not feminine. And I ended up being charge 79.00 for both not including tip!! This was my first time there and it will most certainly be my last!

Nails polish was peeling in a week. Paid 48 dollars will not return.

This is hands down one of the best salons in northern Colorado. They are so kind and attentive. My nails are always perfect when I leave here. Lily and Sonny are true artists who have mastered their craft. I am comfortable with every technician in the salon. Very consistent work. I would highly recommend this salon.

Took my daughter and granddaughter for pedicures, rebase and manicures as a treat for granddaughters birthday. It was awful. Pedicures were maybe 10 minutes didn’t ask us what we wanted. When we tried to tell them they didn’t understand English so did what they wanted. No callous removal, terrible pedicures. Rebase and manicures even worse! Staff was rude, stations were dirty, they did terrible jobs on all of us. Henry was the worst, acted like he was angry we were there. They should step it up considering we were the only people in their large salon and it was $250.00 they will never get from me again. Will never go back.

Got introduced to the dipping powder for the first time. The nail technician named Toby did a phenomenal job. My nails look so real & neat, way more natural than acrylic. Toby attended to every detail and listened to every concern of mine. Yes, I’m a picky customer:). He even went 45 mins over after the salon had closed! I didn’t mind tipping him 40%. So if you plan to visit this place definitely make an appointment with Toby!

Worst pedicure I have ever had. They didnt get any dead skin or calluses removed. The polish is bubbled and overall looks terrible. I ask for a French manicure on my hands and they painted the whole nail. Not that it is a huge deal, but I certainly didnt get what i asked for. And I asked about 5 different times and got moved to at least 4 people because they couldnt figure out what to do. I will not return and highly recommend you dont go.

I went in for a french manicure. The tech didnt ask me how I wanted my nails filed or clipped. She didnt do a good job at filing or trimming my cuticles. She buffed my nails and painted over the residue left on the nails. Another man took over. He tried to continue where she left off but ended up taking off the white nail polish to correct what she had done. told him I want happy with the job she had done and explained why. He never looked at me as I was explaining the problems. At this point, I had been there almost an hour and didnt want to stay any longer. He offered me a 10% discount on what had already been done. If he would have just taken care of the poor work the first tech had done, I would have been satisfied.

Scheduled an appointment that was started 15 minutes late. Toby was the young mans name that started my nails. I did not allow him to finish because he was so unbelievably rude and did not do what I asked him to do. I wanted to try this salon out because it was a more convenient location. I Will never ever go back.

I got my nails done at this establishment on the 22nd of this month. 4 days later the nails started popping off. Ridiculous!! I will never use this nail spa again!! I will wait for the reopening of Happy Feet And Nails. This has never happened when I have used their services.

If youre looking for an express pedicure then this is your place! I was in the chair for 15 min. from start to finish. The foot/leg massage lasted less than 60 seconds. My toenails were cut unevenly and the paint job looked like something a child would have done. I also had a manicure and it was even worse! The staff seemed stressed and hurried, no joy, and a total lack of friendliness. This was my second time to Kims Nails and definitely my last! The only reason I returned was to join 4 other friends - who all had the same bad experience. Cant believe this place is still in business

My husband and myself went in for pedicures. We were not asked which level of pedicure we wanted. Then when it was time to sit in the chair my husband was gonna sit in the mans chair and myself in the woman’s chair but the woman insisted he sit in her chair..the pedicure itself lasted like 5 minutes..they did not offer to cut or even ask how short or long I liked my toenails..they did not clean in between the nail beds and barely scraped the dead skin off the bottoms and sides of our feet. Then when it was Time for top coats or polish that was even worse...the lady did not even offer to put a top coat on my husbands toes until I said something and then she wanted to have a attitude about having to put a top coat on his nails. The man that was doing mine, I had picked out a purple glitter that I wanted on my toes..he took it upon himself to go and get a solid purple to go underneath the purple glitter without asking me if it was okay. Then I asked for a flower in my big toes and the design was not worth the $5 they charged me..it looks like my 1 & 1/2 year old grandson painted the flowers in my toes..I will never go back to this salon. Def was not worth the $61 i was charged.

Im new to the Greeley area! Ive tried many nail shops in the area. MAIN ST. NAILS is the classiest, cleanest shop here! They know styles and do excellent work! I got the coffin style nails, beautiful and stylish!!!!! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS SHOP!

I have been seeing Sonny and Lily in Longmont for 10 years before they opened this new shop. They are AMAZING. I have never once left an appointment disappointed. They have treated me and anyone I bring in with such respect and make the experience fun! Their shops are immaculately clean and go out of the way to make sure you get the best treatment. I dont recommend going anywhere else!

It was not clean, pens not cleaned after use, arms of the Medicare chairs not cleaned after we sat in them.

Do NOT ever get acrylics done here. I was in town visiting family and had them done and I told the guy I want them thin and I got the exact opposite. They were so thick it was ridiculous and unfortunately I didnt speak up and make him fix it. I finally went to go get them re-done back where I live and I took over an hour to try and get these off. My nail girl told me that they arent dissolving normally like acrylics should and the way the scrape off, stringy, that is was more than likely an MMA acrylic which is illegal! It took over an hour to get these things off. Never again.

LOVE them! Ive been using another nail salon in Loveland and was really unhappy with how fast my shellac was chipping or my acrylics would crack. Started using Main Street. Sonny is amazing, he educates you on the best thing to get for your nail shape and style youre wanting. If youre thinking about switching, DO IT!

We were the first appointment of the day, the staff was not friendly or conversational at all. There is a charge for everything. Did not get offered any art for our toes. Got my finger nails done as well and they are uneven, the clear coat that I had put on looks grainy or bubbly. Was basically charge $50 for toe nail polish. I will definitely not be returning as I can buy the stuff to do a pedicure at home for less than that.

I had a rebase done on a mediocre set of acrylics I had done at another salon in Greeley and Nam did an amazing job. Not only did he take his time on fixing my set but mine and my friend’s appointments were 30 minuets before closing and she ended up being late and arrived when they closed and he still did her nails no questions asked or any attitude and he didn’t rush her nails even though we were in there an hour after closing. He constantly made sure I was doing okay with the pressure he was using and that I wasn’t in any pain. I showed him a picture of an ombré I was wanting and he told me he didn’t have the exact color and showed me the closest he had to it and even tested it out to make sure it would work and look nice. Amazing salon and service and I will being going back to him here on out!

RUDE. I took my daughter for a treat after the last day of school. The nail techs were almost mean and very pushy. The pedi was extremely rushed, even though they weren’t busy; 15 minutes tops, in and out of the chair. My nail tech asked if I wanted to add glitter and, when I declined, rolled her eyes and me and muttered under her breath. I had to hunt down someone to pay as everyone was eating lunch and, when pulled away to take care of my bill, the person charging my card acted extremely annoyed. Definitely not returning! I gave it two stars for a nice looking salon, but the people bring it down.

This was probably the worst pedicure I ever had. 15 mins we were in and done. 2 young guys who preferred to talk to each other rather than us. I got the distinct feeling they were talking about us in theyre home language. My nails werent painted around the edge so I looked almost as bad when I left as when I came in. On their behalf, we did choose the regular rather than Deluxe but the 15 minute express certainly wasnt worth $28. Especially when I told my guy about the unpolished edges on 6 of my 10 toes and he only fixed 3 and told me to wait (while he worked on another customer). His tip reflected my dissatisfaction. No plans to return!

Great staff, very friendly. This establishment is very clean and they use plastic coverings in their pedicure tubs. Worth the price to come herer -rewards card available for discounts.

Worst manicure ever! My nails are too short, jagged and rough. The polish has bumps all thru it, this place has really gone down hill. The quality of work is unacceptable.

I was so disappointed in my pedi. The design work was awful and they actually left random colors on my toes from the design test color. I realized the design color I wanted was too dark to show up and suggested white instead. They ignored that. When I saw the awful smears they did I was glad it didn’t show up. Super sad because I was getting it done for my wedding. They cared more about food and socializing. I even made a comment when I was paying that it didn’t look good and they still charged me and walked off.

I did a gel french tip manicure, he did a wonderful job and will be going back there again! They are stunning!

Im not sure what to make of this place! The work they do is usually fine, but the owner REALLY needs to work with the staff on basic customer service and manners! Went in for a rebase yesterday and the young guy who worked on my nails was disconnected and rude....talked in his primary language to another young man, CLEARLY talking about me and the condition of my nails. He would barely acknowledge me and when he was done with the rebase, got up without saying a thing and let the young guy put the polish on. I felt uncomfortable being there....rude, rude treatment but quick service and my nails look just fine....I cant believe I actually left a tip.

This was the worst pedicure I have ever received. I went home still having to trim my toe nails after asking him to go shorter several times. I also had to exfoliate my own heels because they did such a horrible job. There is only one person there that understands any English so communication was terrible. I will not be going back.

I am perfectly happy with the work done on my nails, but very unsatisified with the customer service and attitude of the owner, and or staff! I felt attacked as soon as I walked in, and being criticized for the work previously done on my nails at a different salon! I found that to be very unprofessional, and there was no need to keep interrogating me! I felt like they were more interested in criticizing the previous place I had been, and thats not how to run a business! The uneasy feeling I had while being there was so much that I wouldnt go back if they paid me!!!

So many bad things to list from rude service, to lack of ability to do nails, many over worked young (look to be too young) technicians, fungus under nails a week later when removing them. This place is disgusting.

I was very dissatisfactied the services provided, I stopped in as it was close to my home but I wish I hadnt. I was there almost 3 hours, the gentlemen doing my pedicure used his nails to take my nail polish off which I though it was unsanitary as well as he did not polish my nails very well. He did leave blank spots, bumps and bubbles. The women who did my nails was really busy bashing customers as well as myself for not giving the correct name for my nail shape, she also did a poor job polishing my nails. There was workers walking around with no shoes on and they are not very friendly at all. Would not recommend this place at all.

This is the worst Nail salon I have ever been to. Will never go back.The younger guys are great!! But the 2 older guys are soooo Rude!!! They are constantly micro managing the younger ones and arguing with customers. The older guy that did my nails has clammy hands. it was gross. And the blue light needs cleaned it was all crusty.Not a good experience!!!

Nail tech was very rude made me feel very unwelcome and uneducated on my own nail care, I got a full set of acrylics that were poorly shaped they were huge and very long. Not what I wanted. I went back the next day with my kids to have them fixed my tech was rude and gave me every excuse possible as to why my nails look to awful he fixed them kept complaning about my kids everything they did was just the worst thing imaginable in his eyes. He treated other customers with respect but was very rude to me and my young children. I will never go back! Ill stick to five star in Loveland!!! Very friendly and kind to my children and give you what you want the first time around!

I have been a customer since this business opened as Main Street Nails. Several months ago I witnessed a customer complain about her pedicure. With her toes still with wet polish, she showed the manager, Sonny, that her feet were never scrubbed--and her black flip flop marks were still visible on the bottom of her feet. They required her to pay full price and offer ZERO apology or resolution. The woman said she was going to post a negative review on Facebook. Out of curiosity, I checked the Main Street Nails website and saw her review--a 1 star--with a long explanation that was in-line with what I had witnessed.I continued to go back for acrylic nails and had a terrible experience with the mother-in-law of Sonny. In an attempt to remove a broken portion of my acrylic nail, she used a plastic fingernail tip to wedge under the piece and pry it up. It hurt immediately and I asked her to stop. Throughout the rest of the appointment, she was rude and deliberately rough with the buffer--leaving my cuticle sore and scratch marks on my knuckle. After paying, I asked to speak with Sonny and told him I was upset about the quality of service I received. No offer of customer service was offered and I didnt ask for compensation or refund. I went to a different nail salon for the duration of the summer and had recently decided to forego acrylics in favor of Shellac on my natural nails, so I returned to Kims Nails on 10/28/16 (the salon changed their name and owner--although Sonny still manaqes the business). The young man who did my manicure did not speak to me. After appropriately soaking the gel polish with acetone wraps, he proceeded to use his long thumbnail to scratch off the gel polish from my nails. I asked him to stop and use an orange stick or cuticle pusher--and he did quickly spoke to another nail technician who came by to assess my request. That nail technician explained that he was doing the safest and most natural treatment to my nails. Since my technician had not washed his hands and under his nails before beginning my service--and was not using latex gloves--I felt uneasy. After multiple minutes of negotiation, they showed me multiple tools--cuticle nippers, nail file, buffer, and a plastic cuticle tool--and asked me to choose which I wanted. I chose the plastic cuticle tool. He was rougher than necessary, but I desperately needed a polish change, so I stayed. Over the weekend, the shellac on one nail began to peel--something that should NOT happen. So, I went in today, 10-31-16 at 3:30 to get it re-polished. I had already soaked off the remaining shellac and they merely needed to clean and lightly prep the nail and re-polish. However, the same young man that I had on Friday, began to use a buffer. I allowed this for a moment, but he persisted buffing my nail with a course block. I asked that he stop--since my nail is sensitive and thin from the recent removal of my acrylic nails. He continued to buff. I asked him to PLEASE stop and explained by pointing to the issue. The manager, Sonny was applying acrylic nails at the table behind me--and well within earshot of the issue. He did nothing. A young woman who is new--and was training with Sonny, came to my table and asked to see my nail. She said that he was attempting to file out a split in my natural nail. I asked her to show me the area of concern--she pointed vaguely to the side of my nail. I closely inspected the nail and saw no evidence of a split. I inquired AGAIN--about the location of the split. She told me, nevermind. The nail technician completed the 2 coats of shellac and a top coat. As I was paying, I asked Sonny if he was still the manager--his response was, sort of...not really...its complicated. I had two frequent customer cards filled from my previous visits. I put them in front of Sonny--along with my $5 for a single shellac nail polish fix. I will not be back. The salon is pretty and new--but after 3 strikes--youre OUT!

I called in earlier this morning and asked for prices for a Rebase and when I got my nails done they asked for a price that was twice as much. Please don’t fall for their tricks if you are looking for a good salon you must go to vv nail spa! DONT TRUST THIS PLACE!! They rip you off and they didn’t even do a acceptable job!

Ask for gel nail got acrylic the finishing gloss is very thin and wobbly the staff is very cold almost unfriendly the prices are low so i guess this is a case of you get what you pay for i always use happy feet and nails but got a gift certificate for kims will not use again will be return to my usual place thanks i hope this is helpfulVickie

Rushed and hurried - what should be a 45 min pedicure was approximately 15 minutes. No massage, no attention to heels and very poor paint job. So very disappointed - and a huge waste of money. Will not be back - will travel past this business to the next one.
