I needed serious help with my hair. My last few experiences with hair cuts/color were a disaster. Casey was recommended to me by a co-worker and I am extremely grateful! Casey was beyond amazing! She took her time and answered my many questions to ensure I would get hair that I loved! The final product was perfect!!! I would recommend Casey to anyone and everyone!

I went to have my haircut and it has to be one of the worst cuts I’ve ever had in my life. My hairstylist asked if I wanted a slight beveled edge and I thought okay, it will give it a little texture… oh no, she cuts so many deep uneven layers in the bottom of my hair! She never even let me see the back of my hair before I left that day. When I got home I realized the extent of how uneven she left my hair. It was a full inch and a half shorter on one side. I had to go to Great clips and have someone cut off even more hair to try to straighten this out. If I were to have cut out all the deep layers I would’ve had to cut it up to my chin. When she started my hair was down the middle of my back. It’s going to take me at least a year to grow out what she messed up! I highly recommend not requesting Jennifer as a stylist

I am very familiar with this salon and their stylists. This is my go to salon! i will not go to another as long as this one is around. Every employee is so kind and puts their heart into their job. It is extremely surprising to see any negative reviews as i know that any stylist at this salon will go above and beyond to make sure that the client is satisfied which leads me to strongly believe it was a communication issue on the clients behalf. please make this your trusted salon if you are in the area! i promise you won’t regret it !

Melisa is the most wonderful hair stylist I have ever met in my life. When I first started going to her I was very hesitant about anything more than a trim. She worked with me and never made me feel like I had to rush into anything and I ended up with the most amazing hair color after having the privilege of being her client. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and really knows what style and color will suit someone. She will be greatly missed in our small town in California but I am so happy she is back doing what she loves.

The salon is clean and stylish but the overall experience is average. As a person with really thick hair it has been hard to find someone who knows how to work with it. My hair cut is okay it feels a bit bulky in some areas. The layers dont seem well blended, there is a section that is long and the top looks like a layered bob. I did wanted my layers shorter because I was tired of the long layers. The salon isnt well lit and my hair is super dark so it hard to see clearly what the stylist did. I am not super hyped but I guess Ill have to go somewhere else.As far of the length of my cut it was for about an hour. I arrived and waited for the previous client to finish. So basically started my appointment after 1 pm and left the salon at 2:09 pm according to my receipt.

I was really scared to try a new salon, but wow am I glad I did! Every time I go I feel like a new woman! All of the staff I have had the pleasure of working with are amazing, especially Gennae. Every time I get my hair done by Gennae it turns out better than I imagined it would, with gorgeous vivid colors, that last longer than anywhere else I have gone. Her attitude is so sweet and she always makes me feel so comfortable and pampered! (What more could a girl ask for at a trip to her favorite salon!). I highly recommend Brick House Salon for all your beauty needs and dreams!

I recently just moved here and I was terrified because I had to find a new salon to go to. Brick house salon is amazing. I love going to this salon. All the girls are super nice and it’s a good environment. Melisa butterick does amazing hair and Gennae does amazing eyelash extensions! They are both super easy to talk too and they make you feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend both of them.

My friend went to Brick house salon and seen melisa. She did what she thought would look good and not what her client had asked for. Very unprofessional, would not recommend. Not to mention they implied she did not have the money to pay for the hair coloring so they would not help her any further.(Btw this is Melisa SECOND time trying to fix her hair, the first time she went in to ask Melissa to fix what she messed up, Melisa told her should would not fix it without being tipped for it. Very unprofessional.)

I booked an appointment with Alex at Brick house and not only did she do a fabulous job on my hair she was the sweetest! She worked around my schedule and was so friendly and really listened to what I wanted done to my hair. I won’t be going to anyone else but Alex from now on!

Melisa Butterick is starting at Brick House. The Salon and her future clients are so lucky to have her there. She’s been our stylist for several years and we love her dearly, not just as an awesome stylist, but as a wonderful person and dear friend. It was very hard to see her move away, but wish her everything good in her future. We miss you Melisa.

I have not been to this particular salon but one of the new stylists Melissa Butterick did my families hair where we live prior to her moving there and I cannot express how amazing she is. Not o my in skill but the way she takes care of her clients. I have a daughter who is very hyper and handled all situations with patients and care. Another plus is that she can work with all hair types. If you get the chance to book with her jump on it.

I haven’t been to this salon (YET) but, I will travel there one day to be reunited with Melisa Butterwick! She’s done my hair plenty of times and she kills it. She’s the BEST at fun pixies and a master colorist. I miss her and my hair hasn’t been the same since she moved away.

Probably because i pointed out the managers Faults Claim of having kicking me and my cousin out for being rude.Long story short...So i went there to get my hair dyed all pink. I was told Melissa said she can do it. She made it a low ombré. I told her about it. I came back to get it done again and all she did was raise the ombré. I explained that once again i wanted it all pink she said she just didn’t want to do it going so i walked out looking like a mess(see the pictures on my page). I came back later that day to talk to her and the manager. I tried explaining what happened, she made changes with out talking to about it first & id want at Least half a refund and kept getting talked over from Melissa and the manager. Melissa stated that the reason why she didn’t do the bold pink is because she Personally doesn’t like how it looks when it grows out and that i looked like i couldn’t afford the whole head bleach and dye. The manager agreed! The manager didn’t care that it wasn’t what i asked for simply because she thought it looked nice. That’s not the point, it is that it’s not what i wanted. She didn’t like that i kept pointing that out and cut the conversation short saying I’ll get my refund.I left. I’d like to state that Melissa LITERALLY told me the look wanted was so simple to do i could have done it myself at home!They let their personal opinion affect their professional actions.

First experience with Brickhouse based on such good reviews from friends. Not impressed. I showed up 10 min early (per usual for appointments) and waited an extra 15 min bc my stylist was coloring another client. So i knew I was being “squeezed in”. When I was describing my cut she kept talking over me yet insisted she knew how to cut curly hair. I had to wait again for a wash as both sinks were being used. It was not a bad cut, just not what I asked for, much shorter. Advice, if the salon or stylist feels rushed reschedule or WALK OUT. Also, PRINT a picture if you want something specific so you get what you ask for.

There is no hair stylist I trust more that Melissa Butterick! Whether I want bright colors, black or blonde she always delivers perfectly and effortlessly. I take my boys to her too. She is great with kids! Friendly and fun environment.. definitely recommend!

You DID NOT ask us to leave we left on our own after you and Melissa didn’t want to fix Letishas hair after melisa ruined her hair. Not to mention that our HONEST reviews on your Facebook page were removed because you can’t handle the truth and admit to your faults. Tisha has a horrible birthday hair experience due the lack of communication from the very negative owner and “stylist”. It’s honestly kind of sad to see a business owner act the way she does. After leaving the reviews on the Fb page she had her other clients attack me saying I was ghetto and uneducated not to mention implying we had no money for good service. If you look at the other bad reviews on google the way she responds says all you have to know about the brick house salon and how it’s managed. They act like children, can’t take criticism, and are extremely defensive when people point out their messy work. Do better Jenni not just for the sake of your business but your stylist, please be the change!

I went there for a haircut and now i look like carol brady from the brady bunch i totally did not get the cut i wanted and i was not listened to. If they could not do the cut they should have said so. Worst hair cut ever. Who cuts layers from the bottom up? Obviously no one in greeley can give me the cut i want. What a shame.

This salon is wonderful! I accidentally showed up right after theyd closed and one of the girls came and unlocked the door. She asked what I needed and when I told her it just a brow waxing she was happy to do it even though theyre closed. She was really nice and she did a great job! One of the best salon experiences ever, I live in Denver but the drive to Greeley is worth it, 100 times over!I went in looking like a maniac, due to the COVID-19 virus I attempted to color my hair and it was a mad disaster. I called this salon on a whim while I was out running errands in greeley and spoke with Casey who was able to squeeze me for a cut. She did a great job and was so sweet! I highly recommend the new stylist Monica, shes amazing!! I had very specific parameters for what I wanted done with my hair(baby fine and prone to greasy looking with product) and she so sweetly did exactly that! It looks SO GOOD and I cant wait to go back!!! Seriously, the salon is a perfect mix of fancy and comfortable, the girls are super friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and the skill of the stylist is undeniable!!

Jenni did a great job! She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and honest about my hair. I will definitely be going back, The only reason I rated it a 4 and not a 5 is I felt a bit rushed with Jenni. This could be because I was a little early to the appointment, she was running a little behind, and more clients came in when I was in the chair (the salon is somewhat on the smaller side so just a handful of people makes it feel cramped). But like I said, I will go back and would recommend this place to others.

I love brick house! Ive been going there for months now and every time Im there I get excellent service. Loana has been my stylist since I started going there and she is amazing. She is always very personable and very flexible. I live about an hour away and she is always very accommodating to make sure she can get me in on the days that work best for me. I moved just over a week ago. Went to Brick House Salon and spoke with Alisha. She managed to get me an appointment for the next day in the morning.I am a natural auburn with natural curly hair.She cut and colored my hair and we did a facial wax.My cut was wonderful and styled to perfection. This from having long hair to shoulder length .The color was above and beyond what I could of imagine. I went to Casey religiously for the year I lived there and I plan to travel back to have her do my hair, I miss her skill and personality, she not only is an amazing hair stylist but so fun to spend that time with. I had previously posted a negative review after receiving a bad haircut from a new stylist-in-training at Brick House Salon, but I have to change this review after the phenomenal customer service I have received. The owner of the salon, Jenni, heard about my experience and immediately contacted me, apologizing for my experience and setting me up the next day with a veteran stylist, Bonnie, who has more experience cutting thicker, wavier hair. My new haircut is amazing, and I get compliments on it regularly. I would absolutely return to Brick House Salon, not only because of Bonnies excellent styling skills, but also because the customer service here is second to none.

Jenni has been doing my hair for over 6 years now...she is amazing! Great with color and thinning my hair out when I need it (I have VERY thick hair). I cant imagine ever going anywhere else. My daughters also go to Jenni and she does a great job every time. Great atmosphere too!

Really bad experience. Could not complete my haircut, stylist could not speak English or communicate. Very poor service. Would not recommend to anyone. Run away...before half of your hair is cut and not done the right way. I left in tears, literally. I was asked to leave by an owner. How rude !!!! She said me and my stylist dont click so they will terminate my appointment. Crazy treatment... Really......

I recently moved to the area and had to find a new stylist. I felt that it would be a trial and error process until Id find the perfect one. That was not the case since I was so lucky to have found Ashlee. She has cut and colored my hair twice now and has done a great job both times! It was so nice to find a great stylist on my first search.

I had the most amazing blonde transformation by Kayla. She is a master of her craft and my hair turned out absolute perfection! Ive had so many complements on my hair! She also gives THE best shampoo and blowouts. I would recommend her to everyone. Her prices are so reasonable too. I would have gladly paid over $300 for the superstar hair color I walked out with. Jenni has been doing my hair for 12 years. I appreciate the way she stays educated on current trends and helps me look my best. She is the color master. I recently had a lady ask me if I had just gotten my hair done because the color was so fresh looking. It truly had been 4 weeks since my last visit to Brick House Salon and Spa.

If I can give 0 stars I hands down would. I never leave reviews but I want to give a heads up to anyone thinking about going to this salon, they do not hold there word nor will they do what you want done to your hair! I went in and got extensions at the end of August and received nothing what I asked for. The hairs stylist was nice and took them out and said she would dye my hair again back to the way I wanted it and never returned my message. Its been over 2 months. What a waste of time and money!

Went in today to go from very long hair to pretty short... have not cut my hair besides trims for 4 years. I went in so nervous, and came out feeling beautiful. Cassie was so so awesome, I showed her a picture and she went for it!! She also took her time to show me how to style it, all for a great low price! So glad I picked this salon, theyve gained a costumer for life!!

My stylist was Jessica and let me tell you she is amazing! She is friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. I got a balayage done by her and have never received so many compliments on my hair. It looks and feels great. I will defiantly be returning to see her!

I was not completely satisfied with my hair the first time I went into the salon. The owner had me come back and fixed it exactly the way I wanted and it is the best my hair has ever looked! I am so happy with it and even more happy with the service.

I love the haircuts Ive gotten from this place and in person they are always so friendly, however their call lines are always backed up and terribly managed, every time I try to book an appointment its a combination of dropped calls and frustrating interactions on the phone for about an hour. I dont want to leave a poor rating though because the people there are very nice they just need to get their phone situation handled better.

I called and talked to Jenny and needed a color repair- Jenny was super nice and helpful and put me in touch with Casey who worked me into her schedule and was very accommodating! And I LOVE my color!! This place is darling and wonderful and I will go back for sure! Casey is awesome!

Everyone was super friendly and pleasant and I was so excited to find a salon in Greeley that (I thought) could cut my curly hair. The stylist immediately put me at ease, saying that she has a lot of curly haired clients and they were always nervous the first time but that it would all turn out fine. I just wanted a simple cut that would take about 5 inches off the bottom of my hair. She cut it dry which is great because that way you can see the natural curl pattern, but after she trimmed the bottom, she held her scissors vertically pointed downward and just kinda randomly cut off parts of my hair to layer it. I didnt know any better at the time but it was super poofy until it grew out a bit and one side of my hair somehow came out way shorter than the other. Im sure they would have tried to fix it if I had gone back in but I was scared it would just get worse.

I had a great experience at the Brick House Salon. I went there based on the other reviews. For years, Ive had a hard time finding hair stylists in Greeley that can handle my coarse hair (my stylist was Casey). They got me in right away, provided friendly service and did a great job with the cut. Im happy with my results and I would highly recommend.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Brickhouse and it’s staff! Every one of the stylists are so sweet and kind. I have been going to Jenni for a year now and will not go anywhere else. I would 1,000,000% recommend coming here! You will not leave disappointed ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This salon has everything Ive been looking for. Very welcoming and professional hair stylist. She listened to exactly what I was wanting and my cut was amazing. Ive struggled finding a stylist who can get my color just right. I have dark brown hair and going from that to blonde highlights is tough. Heather nailed it! I highly recommend this salon and will be a returning.
