I had Allied scheduled to work on removal and replacement of my siding. Great experience and couldnt be happier. They came out for a free estimate when scheduled, worked with me on answering questions and the type of service I was needing, and were quick and efficient when working on my house. They followed up a few days later to make sure everything went smooth and see if I had any questions. 10/10 would gladly recommend to others!

When I purchased the windows the salesman said they had a lifetime warranty and accidental breakage coverage. When one of the windows was broke by a rock they would not stand behind their warranty.

From our sales person Jay who made himself available to me all the way through installation to the guys who came out to install, we had a great experience! We had windows put in to replace our old single pane aluminum windows. The level of installation is incredible. No damage to the brick exterior or interior windowsill. The team that came out was quick and to the point. About 5 hours or so and they had all 13 windows removed and all 13 new windows installed. The supervisor on site walked me through the house to see each window. Answered my questions. We have already noticed an incredible difference with respect to how well our home holds its temperature. Typically in the heat our AC can’t keep the house temp below 76 after 12pm. Now, with the new windows, it is able to hold a 74 degree temp all day. It’s already paying off. Plus, Allied has the most competitive pricing I’ve ever found through having many quotes from other companies through the years. Give them a call. You won’t regret it.

I do not recommend Allied Siding. We had this company install 11 Simonton Windows it was a mess. Some of the big issues were, 1) They only had one contractor installing all the windows, including the ones on seconds story 2) Installer broke one window when taking it out of package, 3) One window had a crack in the glass and installer tried to pass it off as dirt on the outside of the glass, 4) caulk installation on all the windows is poor and already cracking, 5) Follow-up to schedule to fix all the open items was like talking to a black hole. 6) Clean-up was poor and broken glass left on driveway, 7) Dents in the some of the frames during the install, 8) No stickers for replacement windows which cause a bit of an issue with the inspector. Allied was our second round of window installation and was by far the worse. We used Home Depot prior and had schedule delays. Our third round, we used Legacy Windows and they were amazing. I recommend you try out Legacy instead.

We have used this company to replace our original windows with a double paned Simonton Window product. We were quite happy with installation and energy savings.When beginning to consider up grading from wood to siding it made sense to ask them for a bid. We shall see how their bid compares with other companies we have bid on our project.Allied sent Warren, to give use an estimate this week. He was very professional and very clear when identifying the specific needs our home might require. I appreciated the time that Warren took to explain the possible choices we had that would retain look and character of our home.

James came and provided a quote for replacing all the siding for our house. We also discussed options for replacement windows and doors. He was extremely knowledgeable, listened to all of our concerns, and provided a range of options for how to proceed. I was expecting to have to wait a while for the final quote, but James wrote one up during the visit. This wasn’t your typical pushy sales job; just a relaxed conversation about our needs. Highly recommend calling Allied out for your project.

So far so good!!! I had completely forgot I was doing a walk through this morning to get a quote and Jim was right on time to remind me lol. He was courteous and professional and took the time to explain things to me in layman’s terms. He was even willing to work around my roofers replacing my old roof and dodging the random shingles falling from my eve. I’d definitely recommend this company so far. I’ll leave another review after work is completed to let you know how that went but I am sure it will be a great experience.

I hired this company to do the work because of their endorsements and reputation provided by the salesperson that came to my home. I realized the price was much higher than other companies and I was OK with that because I thought I would be getting a much better service for the money (The Nolan Ryan type service) Wow, what a surprise when it took almost 2 weeks for one subcontractor/installer (not employees) and one helper to do a job that should have taken a week or less. On top of that, a few days into the job, the installer/subcontractor, started complaning (and even cried one time) that he was broke and thats why he only had one helper with him and would I sign off on the job so he could get paid early (at this stage he was not even a 1/4 of the way done with the job) I told him no way I would do that. Obviously, the tension was very weird after that ( he was at my house a whole week after that and I tried to avoid him at all costs) The siding is a little wavy in some areas and is definitely NOT an almost 9K job. My advice, keep looking, you can do MUCH BETTER.

Darren was very knowledgeable about the products. He was thorough and up front about what we were paying for. He bestowed confidence in the quality of the workmanship of his team as well as the leadership of the company.

Wow, what else can I say? Allied has done an amazing job on my house. And beyond that their customer service is second to none. A small hiccup in communication gave them the opportunity to demonstrate how awesome they are. They take responsibility and do a great job. I would hire them back in a heartbeat! I cannot recommend them enough for siding.

Allied Siding did a great job on our house. They did such a great job that we called them back to change out our windows.When the windows get done (and payed for) we are going to get them back to do our roof.Easy financing and they take care of everything.

I have been waiting for 15 months for Allied to deal with two warranty issues. They have sent 4 separate people/crews to my home in the last year and only after 13 months and a Better Business Bureau complaint did they contact the manufacturer on my behalf to get the ball rolling on fixing one of the two issues. Now they have sent a work crew to match paint colors (for one of the issues - faded caulk and touch-up paint on our siding) but for two weeks have not replied via voicemail, text, or email to tell me what the work crew will be doing, and the poor work crew is not at liberty to give me that information. I am not comfortable with a crew working on my home when no one will reply to my calls, texts, or emails to tell me what they are going to do! Unless you plan to spend more than a year trying to get them to honor their warranty or even reply to a call or email, I would advise that you find another company. Once the Better Business Bureau complaint with all the details has been posted publicly I will link it here for you to see.

A very nice and honest person came out to look at what we needed and what could be done. Ultimately, they dont offer what we were looking for which was rock siding, but I appreciate the honesty of the representative and his positive attitude.

Cannot recommend Allied Windows and Siding. Facts: Siding discussed with and demoed by sales rep not the siding that showed up & installed on house, took 3 weeks to get a second measurement and they did not bring ladder so they never measured upstairs windows causing some custom fitting during install, two month delay on starting with excuse of short staffed only to be called to confirm window color a month after windows were supposed to be ordered, installer left 2 55 gallon trash containers full of glass on site for a month before retrieval, paint splattered on brick all around causing return visit and even more cleanup time. Requested a cost reduction due to all these issues and chased final decision for a month because warranty were being withheld pending final payment only to receive a demand for final payment within 48 hours with property lien threats and account status set to delinquent even though we were waiting on final decision and 90+% of job already paid. Called later by a staff of Allied headcount after posting experience to social media to make this right but nothing different was offered and was subjected to them telling me how I am mistaken and they stand by their companys work. We can certainly agree to disagree on that one. I should note I have written, recorded, and documented evidence of all I have stated here and am consulting legal professionals on the best course of action if any.

All went well. All details were explained so both me and my wife could understand the scope of the complete project.

Allied Siding and windows replaced the siding on my rental property 3 weeks ago. The installation of the siding went well but a few hours after the crew completed the job my home was robbed of $3,500 worth of tools and lawn equipment.I contacted the management team at Allied siding and asked if their crews were background checked and bonded. My project manager Bill told me that this 4 member crew was sub contracted to perform my installation and they were all background checked. This statement was not true since I had six sometimes seven contractors working on my home. I can’t prove that this crew robbed my home, but I know I had 3 or 4 individuals working on my property and Allied had no idea who these people were. Be careful and make sure to secure you property after working with this company.

My Hubbard and I were very pleased with the meeting. He was on time and professional. He really took his time to explain about the product, quality, benefits, installation, payment options, warranties, etc.

If you want to save time and money, go to Allied Siding and Windows first! We worked with a big box company for 5 months and they were never able to deliver and install the product we had requested. Allied had it done in two weeks, at a cheaper price and the house looks great!

We asked to see a specific Vendors windows (Simonton). Allied Siding and Windows sent a very knowledgeable sales rep. We were shown the differences in each product line, features, warranties, and maintenance. The sales rep was courteous, shpwed up on time, prepared, and we had a great overall sales experience.

What a Joke! Purchased a whole house window replacement in June 2016, the manufacture is Simonton with a 20 year replacement warranty. I live in the DFW area. Immediately had to have 2 of the 40+ windows replaced and it goes down hill from there. Allied and Simonton obviously do not have a good working relationship, and they can not communicate. 3 different times they sent the wrong size windows, installer blames the manufacturer and vise versa. 1 year to the day later, numerous, texts, emails, phone calls and unreturned messages, an extra $150, I finally had the windows replaced. The local office is in Grapevine and corporate in the Houston area. You can never get a manager to return a call, the staff can not communicate with each other the Houston office blames the DFW office and so on. I would pay double the price of our windows to avoid this Allied Windows and Siding.

This is the email I sent to company. They acknowledged it. Sent a supervisor out to take a look. He agreed with every statement below. 6 weeks later I am still awaiting a resolution.>>>The kitchen window above the sink where they pulled out the old window a patch of sheet rock ripped off and the solution was to use some of the caulking to glue it back in place to try making it unnoticeable. (I noticed it instantly) could anything else have been done? Probably not considering it was a finished window but I will had to re-skimcoat it and paint.The boys room on the front of the house I watched them put a trim extension piece on top of the window. Asked about it and he said it was a little short. This was one of the bricked in windows so it should have been right. Am I terribly concerned? Depends on my mood and how picky you want me to be.The new bathroom window. I put a lot of work into the framing and even the exterior siding of it to make it to the size of what Juan had stated 36x 54-1/2. My final rough size was 36x 54x3/8. Then the window comes in at 35-1/2x 54. The solution was to put one of those famous trim pieces at the top of the window. The lead installer suggested I re-side the window and bring the trim down to fit the window. Also when I asked about the dragging of the window just before the window started to seal he said “it’s the vinyl frame is all””Now for the cream of the crop. The three piece bay window feature in the kitchen. There is no other way to say it than the left window trim and replacement paneling are not a mirror reflection of the one on the right. The fit tuck or reveal of one window just is not the same as the other one. I was given a couple excuses which sound great but not as a guy that actually knows what he wants and is prepared to do it himself if need be. Then there is the paneling that was removed around the bay window. I was told by the helper to get two pieces from Home Depot. A 1x4x12’ and a 1x6x12’ so they could recut the paneling as the old was rotted upon removal. The way the material was used has confused me but I was trying not to be one of those hovering customers questioning their every step. I regret that at this point. The pictures don’t do this justice. The worse part of it is that the bay window is directly next to the back deck that I just finished building this summer and now that I know the firmament issue I may never be happy with it until it looks like it should have.I’m guessing it comes down to what I expected from hiring a very well established and reputable Texas based company. I was surprised that your guys did not bring an oscillating multitool to cut out the old windows. Instead they heated up the glass from the old frames removed glass then pried the frames out in pieces. Sure it worked but they dimpled the sheet rock in some places and other places it was gouged so they tried to run an oversized bead of caulk to cover up the gouges.Lastly it took me almost an hour to scrape the windows clean of smudged caulk and fingerprints after the install the next morning. I had family friends over to go out for brunch and would be damned if I was going to show off the windows the way they had looked. Again just not my way of doing things. My issue is as a customer that is capable of doing the work himself I am hiring people to do the work like I would if I had the time.>>>>Long story short. Shop elsewhere and save yourself from the headache.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I hired them to replace all my siding and install some doors on my home at the beginning of last summer. They finally started in October. After replacing the siding, the workmanship was so poor, reps from Hardy and Tyvek had to come train them how to do it right. After tearing off all the siding to start over, they were still cutting corners. I was pressured and harassed to make the final payment, which I did before thanksgiving under the promise they would return after the holiday to finish the job. I have been dealing with them for 9 months with countless emails and phone calls and have been met with nothing but empty promises to finish. Not a single person has done any work since before thanksgiving when I gave them the check. They damaged property, covered up mistakes, covered up shoddy work, and wont come back to complete anything. Do not hire this company if you want a quality job.

Andy was our salesman, he was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy and gave up a couple of options. He provided us with 2 different finance options which was helpful.

Me and my husband just recently got a patio cover, (July 2018) the cover looks great however, we almost had to reschedule because the workers were 30 min late and when they finally showed up I almost didnt talk to them because they didnt not look like they were from allied, no uniform they wore muscle shirts and when they left there were nails in my drive way and pieces of wood, installation, all in my yard. I tried to reach out to the office about my free tv and she stated once the job is completed and paid she will follow up. I left a messge on the office voicemail and emailed them.Needless to say still havent heard any thing back and its been 2 weeks.
