Kudos to Shane Moore for working hard to restore the positive reputation of his company, Executive Window Cleaning Services. After not hearing from anyone for a while, he personally contacted us to remedy a negative situation created by one of his employees in March of 2018. Last week, he fully reimbursed the money we were owed.Yesterday, Shane came out in very cold weather and thoroughly cleaned the exterior of our home windows. We are very pleased with the work that he did. He has restored our faith in the quality of his work and his commitment to customer service.

Worst experience. We called several times to replace our windows under warranty. Less than 3 years after installation, windows went bad. He doesn’t answer phone and I must have called him 20 times. Purposely avoids and very unprofessional. Now I have to pay for the windows again. Do not use him!!!!

We have used this company in the past and had gladly recommended them to friends until now. This company has proven to be unreliable, dishonest and with downright strange behavior. We paid a down payment for window replacement and never heard back from them. When calling Shane’s cell the voicemail was full and they would not respond to my emails either. Shane finally responded to my husband and told us the glass has been in the shop, but they didn’t know who it belonged to. He showed up to replace it, but the glass was the wrong size.He calls again a separate time saying there’s glass in the shop and that could belong to us. I said, Shane, You have already said that once before. Don’t you remember that you were just here with the wrong glass? He scheduled to come out, but no-showed.Needless to say, we still do not have the replacement and haven’t heard back from them once again.

First, let me start by saying I have recommended Executive Window Services over the years. They have always done a great job. However, my most recent experience has prompted me to write this review. I contacted Shane, the owner, to schedule window cleaning at our new residence. We had an appointment for that following Monday between 12-1. On Monday, around 1:45 and no word from the company I called and left a voicemail and then I sent a text. Within 15 minutes I received a response that they were running behind. At 3:00 I received a phone call from the tech that he was at my door and no one was home. Well, they had gone to the previous residence and not our new residence. Finally, at 3:40 one guy showed up. He told me it was only him because his helper had a family emergency, so the job would take longer than normal. He started cleaning the inside windows and removed all the screens. After about ¾ of the way done, he came to me and said he wouldn’t be able to complete the job today. I asked him if he would be here first thing in the morning, and he said he would check. When he finished the inside, he told me he couldn’t come back tomorrow because they already had appointments. I told him that was not acceptable since my house was torn apart with screens off, furniture moved away from windows, and that they needed to be back here first thing in the morning. He told me he was calling Shane to see what he could do. He went out the front door. I thought he had just stepped out to make the call, but then he left! I called Shane. His voicemail box was full. I text Shane and no reply. First thing the next morning when nobody showed up by 9 a.m., I called Shane again only to find out his voicemail box was still full. We text him asking for a call before 9:30 a.m. before we file a complaint and hire someone else. He finally called at 9:50. Shane said, “I heard they weren’t able to finish the job last night.” I then went through the detailed explanation above, and told him since we didn’t hear from him by 9:30 we hired someone else to finish the job. He replied, “Well, I hope they do a good job for you.” Click. He hung up on me. Totally unprofessional and no customer service towards loyal clients for several years. I have never written a negative review about a company until now. When the next company came out and they were putting the screens back on, they showed me how the Executive tech had ruined several of our screens when he had pulled them out by bending the frames!!! So now my brand new house has to bent frames due to the lack of professionalism by this company. I am so sorry to all who I recommended this company to in the past.

EDIT: they contacted me February 2019 (2.5 years later) after they read this review, mostly to get me to raise the stars. I told them of some of the problems we still have with a window, and that fixing that would go a long way. No further contact since then.Nice people, but not professional with their work. They gave us a quote in April 16 after the devastating Wylie storm shattered windows all over town. They had constant issues with their window and screen providers, which caused them to push back delivery and installation dates. The 1-day job took over 3 weeks. They installed broken windows and blamed the supplier. The windows were covered in caulk and sealant, and they blamed the supplier. They ordered the wrong-sized screens, and they blamed the supplier. They never hung our blinds back and had to be reminded each time not to leave broken glass behind when they finished. We finally paid them so as to be done with them.I understand that major catastrophes like those that hit our community require flexibility and patience. It should never, however, come at the cost of professionalism.

We had three windows installed by Executive and one patio door glass replaced. All three windows leaked. When I pointed out that window trim was sticking out and was concerned about leaking, the installer argued that it was fine. Sure enough after first rain I saw leaks on the inside. One patio door glass had to replaced twice and is still not right - it is bowed out in the middle. When I asked for another installer, they said they only had this one. Save your money and pick another company in Southlake or Grapevine.

Absolutely AWFUL experience. Tried calling SHANE multiple times on his cellphone and on the main business number and it keeps getting declined. He keeps canceling appointments and won’t show up.Go with ANY other business. Shane is the worst and is extremely rude and unprofessional.
