Statewide Remodeling updated my home’s 40 year old kitchen. My goal was for more useable space, especially countertops. The Rep came out and showed me how to achieve that. The estimate was reasonable, so we moved forward. He scheduled the appropriate craftspeople for every aspect of the job, including licensed plumber and electrician. The workers were very nice ppl, very professional, and treated me with courtesy and respect (even my 2 barky dogs!). I felt comfortable having them in my house for the 2 weeks while getting the job done (even missed them when they stopped coming!).Statewide worked with me for my satisfaction. For example, I found tiles I wanted on clearance at Floor & Decor, so I was able to buy them and then use the money they earmarked for tile purchase for something else (under cabinet lighting). In another instance, I requested they move newly installed cabinets over 3” to the left so I could open the refrigerator more fully; the crew cheerfully did so.I am very happy and satisfied with the materials and workmanship that I received from Statewide. It has been 2 years, and I still get compliments on my beautiful kitchen. It has more space, better function, and updating it has increased the value of my home substantially!I am happy to recommend Statewide, and plan to use them again in the future.

Tim came by to help us with a bathroom remodel. We dealt with him previously when we decided to get a screened in porch. Tim had all the answers to our questions and was able to work the numbers to let us get our project done by Christmas. Great sales guy, great products, great company!

Mike Odell came to my house today and we had a wonderful visit he was very nice and helpful loved his attitude and he won us over with his charm and products happy to say we are Statewide customers and can wait to see the finished product. We are so so excited!! 😁

Kevin came to do a design consultation for a tub to shower conversion. Kevin was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and help me pick out fixtures and all. Cant wait for construction to start!

Chris Charles provided design development for 2 of our bathrooms. He spent a great deal of time with my daughter and me. He used our inspirations ideas and made recommendations that made our ideas so much better. The shower tile, floors, and fixtures were excellent. The entire experience was more fun than I expected a design consultation would be. By the time he left, Chris ;left us with a beautiful design to consider for our remodel.

Clint Brown with Statewide Remodeling came to our home to do an estimate on our bathroom remodel and was very professional, helpful, and courteous. He also went the extra mile to provide us with everything we needed from the job. He is awesome and I would recommend Statewide for any home remodel project. :-)

The salesman was very professional on explaining all of the details about our remodeling request, answering all of the questions and looking for the best discounts available at this time of the year for the estimate. I will work with Statewide because I feel confident in their quality of work!

Mitch with Statewide came out to my parents house to give an estimate on a Koehler walk-in tub, he was excellent in presenting the options to them and was honest. Mitch was never pushy and very pleasant to work with. My parents have just began to look into a walk-in tub and are still getting estimates. Clint Brown came in to give us an estimate and he was very thorough and measured all the bathrooms. He explained all the options and was polite and patient. The company also has great phone service, I noticed they were quite friendly and helpful when making the appointment. We ended up using them based on good value, good materials and good service.

Im having a difficult time with Statewide Field Manager Foster McMillan in DFW of being truthful. My shower has been paid. This has been months ago and theyre still giving me the run around about my folding chair that was promised. Ive been going back and forward with customer service and Stephen Curry. I have text messages from Foster promising the folding chair with no results

Chris Black was provisional and easy going, even on the farm with animals around. He was laid back with the kids running around and a parrot screaming. Loved how he broke everything down for me to understand. He answered all my questions and there was a lot. Very knowledgeable about the windows and what they did for me in my home.

Our sales person Chris Black not only shared his windows with us but took the time to explain why we were feeling so much air coming in from our windows now. I appreciate him taking the time to show us different windows and heat that comes through them, I am a little more knowledgeable about windows in general because of Chris.Chris also worked to get us savings on our new windows to be in stalled with discounts and promotions.Will do a review once our windows are installed on our over all experience.Thanks again, ChrisMr and Mrs Pierce

Nina George, Design Consultant, was wonderful and also a lot of fun! She was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the bathtub-to-shower conversion project that we are looking into. She brought design suggestions and samples, and while the quote she provided was outside our budget range, we may come back around after getting two more estimates. I highly recommend her services.

Mitch came out to provide an estimate for a walk in bathtub. He was extremely professional and his presentation was very informative. He was able to put us all at ease with his humor and knowledge. He was prepared for each question and answered most before we even asked them. Great salesman overall.

Robby Hand, drove 2+hours from Dallas to Waco, Texas to give us such a great experience. This is our first time ever doing anything to our home. Were having two bathroom projects with Statewide. One is for replacing our bathtub and the other is for replacing a shower. Our project coordinator Loren has been managing the entire project nicely. She has been diligently updating our project status and setting up an installation schedule to accommodate our needs and timeline. Thanks to Loren, I feel the entire project runs very smoothly. George and his bathtub installation team has done an amazing job as well. They were very professional, efficient and thorough.

Statewide built a 10 x 20 screen room on to our house in Feb 2021. The work by the contractors was timely and professional. Everything turned out awesome! We enjoy our screen room everyday. We even sat in our room during a rainstorm, so cool!

Horrible Experience, the bathroom looks ok, but I ended up canceling parts of the project that were my main reasons for remodeling due to lack of communication, workers failing to show up, and the project taking way longer than what was projected. The communication through out the whole process once work started was spotty. I had to miss work to sit at home for days just for no one to show up at all. Compensation was not made for the experience, missed work (not of my own fault), or anything. Only compensation made was for the walls that they did not remove because I chose to cancel the work because I was not missing anymore work or waiting any longer for a project that was initially projected 3 days, moved to 5-7 days and ended up taking 3 weeks. Not all in all horrible, as I said, the tub/shower area of the bathroom which really all that ended up being done looks nice, but I would neverrrrr reach out to have any more work done. Nothing is ever perfect, but customer service should always remain key.

I called Statewide on Monday and had appointments for a bathroom remodel and replacing an entry door + storm door on Wednesday. They had availability on Tuesday but I wasnt free. The consultation for the entryway door and storm door was in the morning. The consultation for the master bathroom was in the afternoon.Nina worked with me on the master bath project. Its a small bathroom and the previous owner made several.....interesting choices, all of which Ive chosen not to live with much longer. Nina was really clear about what Statewide does do and what they dont do. She put together a detailed plan that makes the most of the space and addresses my current and future needs. I appreciated the frank discussion of costs and project impact for different options. The entire interaction was professional and pleasant.*Bonus points because Ruthie (my dog) liked her.*Lead times are long right now, but Ill update the review after each project is complete. So far so good.

I have never commented on a review but I am so upset right now. I spent time talking to a representative that Home Depot connected me with. I thought I was setting up an appointment for this morning at 10a. I’m still waiting. I called and there was no appointment on the schedule. There was a note about cancelling the appointment but no one told me. Not good!

Statewide is in the process of doing the most amazing face-lift on my home. I reached out to them for a slew of different projects including bathroom, kitchen, windows, sidings, doors and gutters. With their amazing Consulting staff I was able to use 1 company for all my projects. I cant wait to see the revamp my home was in much need of. Their financing was amazing and while I was a little hesitant as to whether or not Id get approved, I couldnt turn down the buy now and save discount. My windows and siding were just installed and I cant be anymore happier than I am right now, not to mention the comfortability I have in the master bedroom now (freaking Texas hot is Hot as hell)and. The installers did an amazing job, the communication was just like Kev said it would be and am so excited about the kitchen and bathroom to be finished. I highly recommend statewide to anyone. In my experience when you look for things dirt cheap you get a dirt cheap experience. If you pay a little bit more you get better warranties and an overall better experience!!!

Statewide Remodeling recently gave my wife and I a quote to renovate our guest bathroom. I was very impressed with the professionalism. Franz Xantus was the rep that came to give us our quote. He was so friendly and kind and in no way gave us that high pressure experience were all so familiar with. I would recommend Statewide Remodeling and especially Franz to anyone needing a bathroom remodel.

We have not but will be soon for our master bath renovation. We met with our designer, Nina, today and are thoroughly enjoying working the process through with her. She was very knowledgeable about what are needing to replace and in a short time had put together beautiful combinations and plans for proceeding. We really appreciated how comfortable and personable Nina was with us as well as very professional. No pressure!!! We can’t wait to start work on it!

I scheduled a time for them to come out on a Tuesday and was told last minute that they double booked that appointment time so I rescheduled for a other day at 6:00pm … the representative did not show up until after 7:00pm. Then, he said he needed to come back to get me an accurate quote. We scheduled for 6:00pm the next week. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment and the representative texted me at 5:03 asking if I was still available. Since I was cooking dinner and watching my kids virtual orientation I didn’t hear or see the text until 40 minutes later. I finally replied said yes at 5:43. Then Robbie told me because I didn’t answer quickly enough he skipped me and went to the next appointment. I am livid because this seems so unprofessional to just assume that I don’t want the consult that I scheduled. I will definitely be finding another company to do my bathroom remodel. This process of just a consult was ridiculous.UPDATE: Tammy did give me a call to figure out the situation so she could make sure it never happens again. The fact that my 1 star review did not change their overall score and she still took time to call was nice.

The remodel for our master bath was done by Statewide & it looks amazing. The only problem we had was with the communication with the salesman who did a professional job setting this up but never got back to us or answered his text from us. His supervisor, Stephen, did communicate with us & fixed the problems & was very helpful in getting our questions answered. Tyler the project manager did an excellent job communicating daily with us & when one of his workers out the wrong tile on the floor, he compensated us for the difference & it still turned out beautiful, thanks Statewide for a job well done!

I am remodeling the shower in my master bathroom and I am as pleased as can be with the service provided by Statewide sales agent Christine Boemer.She took her time, answered all my questions, did the measurements and provided my quote instantly on site! She even patiently showed me all of the options for fixtures, grout, handheld sprayers, etc.i found her to be very knowledgeable about the quality of materials used and how they would meet my longterm needs!Christine was also punctual and friendly. I am especially impressed that she respected my stated budget and did not resort to any obvious hard-sell tactics which are a turn-off to me. Looking forward to my installation! Kevin taught me so much about windows, although I didnt pull the trigger immediately, I have to get approval from my financial advisor before moving forward. I was happy State wide remodeled my kitchen in my previous house 3 years ago. Why in the heck are the bombarding me with texts about rating the service now, after I rated the service at the time of service? To me it is a reason to find another contractor.

John Miller with Statewide was a phenomenal design consultant to work with! He helped us create a detailed vision for our master bathroom and choose materials that we love. He created multiple budget options and didn’t pressure us to choose anything we weren’t comfortable with. He was professional, courteous and helpful. We are so pleased with his service.

Ordered a sunroom in March. After weeks of calls with multiple contacts at the Company...Unit just arrived last week. Now getting told that it could be 2-3 weeks before they will even know when they can install the unit. No matter who you talk to there you never get a straight answer (Believe this is by design) only the run around. Frustrating! Heard good things about the Company prior to my experience but can tell you I would not use them again! Maybe some day in the near future (2021-2022) my unit will be installed. Can only imagine how the follow up service will be if issues with the unit. Buyer Beware!

Justin Shelton has now designed 2 bathrooms for us. One has been completed, and the other will be soon. The install crew and management is phenomenal. We we’re clueless when it came to bathrooms, but statewide had a solution. They sent Justin out and the amount knowledge and design savviness he had is impeccable. If you do call Statewide and get Justin sent to your home, just know you are in good hands and he’ll give you a solution. Thanks Justin for all your help. Natalie and I are grateful.

Because we were just in the preliminary stage of remodeling plans we didn’t purchase. The pricing and the product were very agreeable. Additionally, the warranty and 24months no interest made their plan the first contenders so far as we are shopping and comparing companies.Christine’s presentation style was warm/friendly and very informative.

He told me about all options financial and model possibilities. I do love the main window they offer that will reduce the cost of utilities. Since I have not seen how well they do a completed job this grade is for the representative.

We had Statewide Remodeling come out and look at our bathroom to do a new shower. Stephen did a really great job explaining their company, the different materials and helped us pick out the perfect color. He was very professional and really listened to our needs. Was very knowledgeable about company and how they construct the tub to walk in shower.. he was gracious when I mentioned I have another estimate before I can make a decision. Statewide will definitely be a consideration in my decision on who to use simply by Austen’s visit.

I had no idea where to begin my bathroom renovation. Shower, tub, Vanity, tile and on and on. I was in Home Depot looking at tile when an employee asked if she could help. We were in desperate need of repairing our builder grade walk in shower. The floor was cracked, the install shoddy, and the grout was poorly done. We reached out for a consultation and a quote having no idea what to expect.Jay came on time and was so pleasant to work with. Statewide is exactly what you would expect from a corporate contractor. There were multiple project coordinators and a project manager which all provided little value to our bathroom remodel except for frustration as they excelled at vague updates and unresponsiveness. It would have been helpful for scheduling to be home if we would have known there was a team for demo, a team for construction and a team for finishing touches. And, each team is scheduled separately and not on the same days. Our sales coordinator who wrote up the original work conveniently stepped out of the project after the 3 day contract grace period and 1st payment cleared and without clearly explaining scope to the project manager, project coordinators or contractor laborers. Surprising that Home Depot partners with this company. One exception to the lack luster experience is the contractor laborers hired by Statewide to do the actual work. The contractor laborers were top quality, took pride in their work and delivered a good result.

Clint Brown came to complete estimate and was very calm and nice. He got me the price that was affordable to me. I will be getting my shower replaced and ill update

The hiring manager Matthew Hoffman was very rude and unprofessional during the interview process. When you are in a position of power. Your post is to be humble and to have a better attitude when it comes to talking to people rather you are interested in the person or not. You should treat people with respect like how you wanna be treated. I would never work for a company that doesnt respect people as people.

We just had THE most amazing consultation with Nina! She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the companys products and services. Nina explained the options to us thoroughly and helped us decide which ones worked best for our bathroom remodel.

Jerry came by today and quoted us out on bathrooms. Unfortunately, I cant do it right yet as I need to get some ducks in a row life-wise, but I have stored the info he gave me for a later date to save up for. Jerry was extremely professional and answered every oddball question I had, discussing every strange idea to make our bathrooms more functional. Looking forward to working with this company (and Jerry) for some future work.

This company has issued a contract which i signed but then they came back and said they couldnt complete the work as stated. I asked for termination, left numerous messages etc..I originally contracted with them despite the fact that they are more expensive than other bid i received. But at the end of the day, they wasted more than a month going back and forth, not returning phone calls and requiring my continuous reach out.They have yet to forward termination and they have no idea of who the lender is that they contracted with.horrible company

I had a sunroom added. There were a few problems but the company was quick to response and resolve the situation.Naomi is a fantastic employee. She is funny , always upbeat, keeps on top of your order and responds promptly. A great asset to the company.

Randy Reid with Statewide Remodling is AMAZING! He has superior knowledge of his windows and explains things in an easy to understand manner. We have had several companies come out to give bids on windows and Statewide has the best product for the best value! Randy is kind, professional and courteous! I would HIGHLY recommend Statewide for ANY home improvement projects! And ask for Randy if you are doing windows!!!

We used Statewide Remodeling back when we first moved into our new neighborhood in February. Eric Nelson was the first one to get in contact with us amidst the pandemic. Of all companies that we were reaching out to, Eric and Statewide were the only ones that took us seriously. I highly recommend them if you need anything done to your home. All we had done was window installation, but we still plan on using Eric and Statewide for future business.

I had a sunroom installed in 2016 and a window replacement bid today. Dana Nelson came today. I think of him of my hard sell experience with n the past. He was thorough, polite and listened to me. I appreciated his process and as this is my go st bid, I will consider my options. I as soon leaded with his style and delivery.
