So disappointed. I just moved to grapevine and wanted to get my nails done. I specifically asked if they were able to do a certain design and the girl told me yes. Once she started she couldn’t do it, so I asked for a simple marble and she said she was able to do it. Once she started with the marble she wasn’t able to do it!!! I paid $60 and got plain thick bumpy nails. Never going back.

Tammy did a wonderful job on my pedicure.Lian did the dip powder on my nails and the color isn’t even. I wasn’t asked what shape or length I wanted and she did them short and square... Lian asked, after she did half of my nails, if square was ok. I said “rounded please” and she didn’t do that. Some of my nails aren’t covered fully.Was my first experience at this nail salon and I can’t say I’ll visit again.

I get the dip manicure and it lasts a full two weeks with no chips. It probably could go longer, but my nails grow fast so I get them redone. Lots of colors and they also do gel and standard manicures. Very clean shop.

I happened to stumble across this nailshop. At first I was kinda thinking twice because I been to a nail shop before and they messed my nails up, but here I felt comfortable soon as I walked in. I was greeted and asked what I would like to drink. I soon got settled and gotten a Volcano pedicure. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them. It was nice & the place is very very clean so I honestly will be coming back very soon! Im not sure if her name was Katie but she did a GREAT job.

Paid $85 for gel pedicure and dip nails. Thought I was getting a good deal. Though my pedicure came out great, my nails were horrible. Guess it was my fault for trying somthing new. Waste of money sorry. Wish I could say something good but my nail job is why I came and I was so disappointed. Not going back. Just make sure to check the quality of coverage when doing dip. Oh got my nails done at 4pm on a Sunday and the stared breaking on Wednesday morning. Today they all finally came off. Just a week. Geeesh.

Was visiting from out of town and needed a last minute pedicure and dip manicure. Came in about an hour for closing and they were able to accommodate me! Henry did a great pedicure and Nathan gave me the best dip manicure I’ve ever received and was super quick which is a plus because i don’t like being at the salon for hours. My nails look amazing!

My dip nails turned out so beautiful i am in love. My husband and i wanted to go all out and treat ourselves to a pedicure so we got the volcano pedicures. It was so fizzy like soda and felt very nice. They left our legs feeling like heaven. I also treated myself to get dip instead of gel and my nails just look so beautiful.

Loved my experience at Grapevine Nails & Spa. Very relaxing atmosphere, was offered a coke, and made sure my pedicure was perfect. The guy that did my pedicure was good about being 100% the items and water werent too hot. I was extremely appreciative of that. If I still lived in the area this would be my go-to nail salon!

I literally got my nails done less than two weeks ago ... and yes they are friendly but my daughter could have done a better job . It was so bad ! And expensive . The drinks that they serve cover up the horrible service and product . I wanted help matching my toes and nail . They just shrugged and said that’s all we have . lol! I seriously couldn’t believe it . 2 hours later she finished . 😞👎🏾. Never again . I visit a place in garland Texas . Avalon nails .! The best hands down !!!I know is a drive but is worth it !!Look it up :)

I was in the area on business and stumbled o n to this salon looking to get a pedicure. Katie greeted me when I came in and asked how she could help. When I said I was in need of a pedicure, she quickly asked which type I would like and showed me the menu. As I struggled to pick from the many options, she recommended the jelly pedicure if I was looking for a relaxing pedicure.I have had pedicures before but never a jelly one. I cant say enough good things about that pedicure and Katies talents. Top that off with a mimosa as you are sitting there relaxing and what a great way to end the day after work.I would seek this salon out if you are looking for awesome service and a pedicure to die for!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Very horrible customer service. Manager (bald guy) very disrespectful and unprofessional when their at fault. And horrible with peoples time took almost 3 hours for 1 service. Very disgusted

Y’all this place is great!! If you are looking for a nail salon where they make you feel welcome, this is the place. It’s very pretty inside and clean. What stands out the most is their customer service. They treated my daughter (who is 6) like a princess and her nails came out great and have lasted long which doesn’t happen often. They were patient and kind with us and I loved my nails. Needless to say this is my new nail place. 😎

The lady that did my nails was in such a hurry she did a sloppy job. She would leave me to attend to another customer. They were not understaff. My nails are not smooth as the sides of my nails have worn rough ridges. One nail has grainy bumps. The cost was 48.00 because I was charged 5.99 for the mini soda can of sprite. Even though on their beverage sheet state COMPLIMENTARY drinks. Not returning

Service is nothing special and prices are average. The young guy doing nails is nice but dont think he had official training. Nails didnt last as long as I would have expected and my french gel wasnt uniform. Its ok in a hurry but otherwise I would pass

Owner Katie did a 27.00 pedi.She finished in less than 20 min.No 6 min masageNo top coat. Nails still wet after 40 min later.Toe nails are sharp on corners.And she never talked or smiled.She did not intend for me to come back.

I went to this nail salon for a set of dip nails and I was very pleased with the way they came out. The Bloody Mary drink was too good to be complimentary. Staff was very respectful and nice, i will be returning for a pedicure.

This is my favorite nail salon. They are normally busy so it is best to call and schedule an appt. if you dont want to wait. I have either the powder or jell nails done. They normally last me 2-3 weeks. I have tried many other salons and my nails do not even make it a full week. I am not sure why there are so many negative comments because I will not go anywhere else now.

I went to this establishment on yesterday. I brought my 2 daughters along with me. We wanted the 27.00 pedicure. The guy that was doing my pedicure didnt do it as Im normally used to. One of the ladies comes over and proceeds to talk very dis respectful to me because I wasnt pleased with the way my pedicure was being done. She continues to be disrespectful as I was telling her to dont talk to me like that. The manager only said something when my daughters told the young lady to stop popping her knock and stop disrespecting me. This shop is racist and I will never, ever go back. Instead of correcting this young lady. The owner/ manager was defending her and kept saying. She was having a bad day. Really?? You allow this kinda foolishness to your customers. I paid for 3 pedicures and was disrespected and treated unfairly because we were black. Im sure if she did that to the white customers she would have been fired on spot. Never again will we go back to this place nor recommend it to anyone.. Im still disappointed over this...

I had a 9:30 appointment and they didn’t open the store until 30 minutes later. I came back at11 and the lady was so rude. The person who did my nails was nice but late. After I left I realized my nails are mishapen and not what I wanted. Not coming back.

I am new to Grapevine I went here for a pedicure and gel fill, Christina suggested a nail dip instead and we tried it.Within a week my nails were brittle, cracking and 4 nails with my own broke off. I went back Christina not feeling well with cramps replaced 4 tips and did a gel fill. She kept stopping to put her head down on table and stretch her back. There was no charge, I gave her a $10 tip. I said theyre too thick. She said Im doing that so they dont break and Ill have to redo again. Wow there was gel adhered to cuticle where the were hurting now. Dont go here

I will never come back. The 30th I went to get my nails done and exactly one week passed and they are already falling. Not good! Everytime a women does it it comes out excellent but with a guy its horrible. Much Better work on Hurst!!

Experience was less than desirable. After noticing that the nail tech did not bring the paint all the way down to the tips of my nails I asked her to please put more paint on the ends. She replied with you hit the tips on something. I in fact did not hit all ten tips of my fingers on anything. After I replied with that she then blamed its on the Polish its self. Say that its because is a shear color. She finally put more paint and low and behold there was polish on the tips. THEN after that and superglued our fingers together and then ripping them apart pulling skin from my finger then after the finished product was blotchy and uneven and bumby I told her I wanted them fixed she then replied its because of the color I chose....she was a horrible person to do business with blames everything on something else. Never again will I go back.

Went in to get my nails done a few days ago. Was greeted nicely, however, the lady did a horrible job.. She paid no attention when she was sticking on the tips. She did a terrible job at filing the nails, I asked for a round shape and some nails were filed to one side which made them look crooked. When she was using the clippers to cut my cuticles, she took it out of an opened package and didn’t dysinfect it. She also superglued her finger to mine and ripped it off and just laughed with an ‘oops’. Very unprofessional work. Definitely would not come back there... maybe it was just that one lady who didn’t know what she was doing, however, the owner shouldn’t let her do anybpdy’s nails and give the place a bad name.
