Been with Gary and Farmers for over a decade. With our small ranch operation not a lot of other large carriers wanted our business - Standard wouldnt touch us because of the value involved - had absolutely no problems and work with him every year to hold our rates to the lowest possible - but they still increase - like they do with everyone. I like his can-do attitude and helpful office staff. Always calls back within the hour - great to do business with the same person every time - a lot better from my perspective than an 800 number in Phoenix!

Mr Kuketz told me he wouldnt accept me as a customer since I was disappointed in my current Farmers agent that was his friend.I was just wanting to change agents and keep my policy. I found Mrs. Linda Yarborough at 400 north Main in Grapevine to be very helpful. She seemed to be more concerned about customers service and less about office politics.I am happy with Farmers but think they might want to take a look at who they are employing!
