My husband had been a customer for 15 years. I ended up getting added to his policy cause it was cheaper for me.We recently moved less than a mile from our previous address. Our premiums shot up $70 a month. Plus you have to pay a ridiculous membership fee of $50 a year.They lost a LONG customer.Definitely search around for the best rate. State Farm was able to save us $90 (month)for the same policy.

ANY time ive called i have received excellent service, Rachel is always quick to respond and resolves any issues efficiently. Ive spoke with Marcia as well and she was extremely helpful and professional. great team

Extremely rude staff even before the false charges. I traded in a vehicle and found a new insurance company at the same time and they still tried to charge me for another month even though the policy was canceled. I had to jump through all kinds of hoops just for them to correct the issue. Would not recommend.

Being in the customer service, Ive never experienced the blatant rudeness of the staff like I did this morning. Rachel is combative and instead of trying to patiently work through the miscommunication with clients becomes frustrated and abruptly ended our conversation by saying I guess Ill have Marcia call you back because clearly Im not helping then abruptly hung up in the most disrespectful tone. My parents have been long term clients and Ive been a policy holder for about 2 years but if after this interaction we are seriously rethinking of taking our business elsewhere.
