Everyone has been so helpful. I totaled my car a week after I transferred to AllState and I received superior service

After signing up I received a cancellation letter for my home insurance for roof damage, no one bothered to reach out to be before hand. I ultimately decided to cancel as it was around the holidays and to obtain repairs would be difficult. The agent cancelled my auto policy on the incorrect date after I provided him documents and then pushed me off to customer service which took a month to get both plans cancelled on the correct date.
