It was easy to file a claim for an accident my wife had but the cost of repairs was almost what the vehicle was worth. I would have sooner have had it deemed demolished since my insurance was going to go up anyway. I also wanted to insure a vehicle with a rebuilt title and they wouldnt do it. The agency does respond and take care of changes to your policy in a timely manner and answers questions quickly. I cant sight the agency for Allstates policies on those things but it would have been nice for an explanation on some of them that I didnt get.

Our agent, Valerie, is amazing! Not only is she responsive, she’s proactive. She’s able to predict our needs, provide information and guidance, and answer questions, often before we even ask. With our recent relocation, she’s been super helpful getting set up here and she’s been patient and understanding with all the chaos we’ve been navigating through the whole process. I have been with Allstate for nearly 35 years. I own a business and I am struggling due to Covid. I asked for assistance (merely asked to delay my payments until my suppliers paid me). I missed my payment by 1 day and they cancelled my policy. They took my money and said they will credit it back to me later but during the 10 days this happened I was uninsured. They did tell me to be careful!! What a joke. Since 2013 I have paid Allstate a total of $87,000 in premiums for my vehicles not including any home insurance I have carried with them through the years. I have never caused an accident in my 40 years of driving but there were a total of 3 non traffic related incidents totaling est. $10,000 for all three!!! You would think they would be appreciative but instead they are being the most difficult company I have dealt with since the Covid 19 Pandemic started last Spring.So today they tell me they are looking for me a new policy and until then I am not insured.... 10 days later and still no insurance, but they did take the payment!!!Update: 9.22.2020It is 3 weeks later and I still dont have insurance coverage even though I paid my premium and they took the money!!!I called my personal agent Rebekah Smith and she said they quit working on my policy because I told them I wasnt happy with them and I was looking for another company!!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND STILL HAVENT RETURNED IT!!!! Why am I not covered and why do I not have my money back! They should have never stopped trying to reinstate my insurance, I never told them to stop trying to reinstate it!I have contacted an attorney and he said I have a solid case.I will keep this post updated!

I had a hard time to find a reasonable price for my big family fleet of 5 cars. But the agent Valerie Simpson gave me a good price and worked hard to explain to me every details and to lower the price as much as possible. I am satisfied.

This Agency sent a homeowners rate to my mother, but for my home. Not sure why they sent it to my mother, but whatever, because the rate was great. Once I reached out to confirm, they got my info and told me the quote was actually 50% higher. $1287 was the original quote, $1817 was the new quote. I asked for the reasons why, and was told “there are many factors outside our control and your control. Factors that are impossible to explain.”So in essence, I received a teaser rate, then was told it didn’t exist, and that I would have to pay a much higher premium. A company sending out teaser rates and then increasing by 50% percent during the COVID-19 pandemic is downright shameful. Again, when I asked for an explanation, I was told by one of their agents that it was impossible to explain.If you would to contact me and confirm any of this, I have kept all texts and email correspondence from this agency. Personal service is outstanding. Recent claim was done in timely fashion and had great results. Cant get 5 stars because there needs to be room for improvement. This local office is the best. All states rates are pretty good, but is anyone would tell you they could always be lower. On another note, I havent found a cheaper premium elsewhere.

They had me with a $1000 deductible!!!!Funny how he told me he was able to increase my bodily insurance. But mentioned nothing about my $1000 deductible!!!Just becareful they are sneaky!!!
