The Alan Tapley agency has held my insurance for many years. We filed a claim in November and still to date 02/09/2018 we are still waiting on vehicle repairs. We took our vehicle to the suggested Allstate repair facility. When our vehicle was returned the repair had clear coat runs and there was dirt in the paint. On a secondary note when we bought our vehicle brand new and started coverage on it we decided to purchase custom equipment coverage up to $5000.00 we were told that if there was an accident or damage to the custom equipment that our additional coverage would cover any necessary repairs. THIS WAS A LIE!!! I fell the need to inform everyone not to do business with this agency. Our vehicle still sits un-repaired and the horrible paint job still needs to be fixed. I have made multiple attempts to have the agency correct the mis handling of my claim and our current claim status is still open. The question i ask myself everyday is would an insurance company return an unsafe vehicle to there customer knowing that vehicle is used to transport a wife and 3 year old child In the case of the Alan Tapley agency it appears this is business as usual. I will update my post once a resolution has been reached until that day Alan Tapley and the Allstate insurance company have put my wife and child in danger. This should never be the case for any family and i urge everyone to avoid doing business with this agent.

I had a pleasant time switching from Geico to Allstate. Mr.Tapley was of great help.
