I can only give my highest regards to this Agency. My daughter had a very serious car accident which totaled her car and they were with me every step of the way. They took care of everything so I could concentrate on the health of my daughter. I have used many insurance companies in my lifetime but, I can say with all honesty that this one has outperformed all other by leaps and bounds. Thank you Blake Allen (Allstate) and all of your staff for your commitment to excellence.

WARNING! USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. CJ promised lower rates for same coverage but gave us the skimpiest home policy that covered next to nothing! After having signed the documents, miraculously, our 12-month auto policy became a 6-month term. All is documented via email for proof. If you want good customer service, a quality plan and knowledgeable agents, keep looking.

Ive received excellent customer service from Blake and his team. All of my questions have been answered quickly and they went out of their way to find price reductions I didnt realize were available. I highly recommend them!

Worst experience I have ever had with switching insurance policies. They practice horrible customer service and Blake Allen condones it. They poorly communicate and will tell you it is your fault they are not responding in a reasonable amount of time. They gave us 6 month policies and didnt bother to tell us this fact until it was already input, we told them we wanted 12 month policies, see communication and customer issue above. The home owners insurance covered virtually nothing, no flooding, no expenses, just what the house was worth, so yes they were cheaper but it was supposed to match our previous coverage,it clearly did not.Allstate is a great company, just get your insurance from them at a different location and dont waste your time with Blake Allen.
