I was way across town when i called to get my truck washed, the lady(jaime) put me on hold for a minute then said yes come in no prob. aroind $45. great i get there and the wash bay guy was spending more time walking around. after 25 minutes he said he was too busy to wash my truck today. ironic his tee shirt says small town friendly or something haha right

Very friendly and worked very quickly explained things well and made me definitely feel appreciated.

Very unproffesional perry in used truck sales did not make our experice nice at all he didnt take us seriously judged us before we came in defffinetly taking my buissness to penske dont reccomend working with perry

Badly Used Trucks for Rent .

I was in my automobile stopped in parking lot so that I could respond to a text.!!!!!! I only stopped so that I could respond to a text. Texting and driving is not safe.....

This place is a joke. Highly would not recommend. Go to Hertz, penske! Star will rip you off. way over-priced.The branch manager “shane” is clueless. Has no idea what hes doing. Their service is over-priced aswell might as well take it to a professional shop-peterbilt/kenworth/freightliner they are all local.Just call and see the price difference between star and penske! it will leave you laughing haha!

Excellent company! As a current employee, I can testify to a few things. We are treated like family, and coached to treat our customers as family as well. There are a few negative reviews from 1 former adult employee....it is important to note the effort that was put into creating different profiles to post reviews....

The guys there are friendly and the trucks are pretty good if ya get a stick shift (mans truck). They would of gotten 5 stars but their policy is if you have an out of state license you cant drive their truck off the lot. I work for a local company but came from another state. Im not changing my license just to pick up trucks from them, that my company does every week.

CDL TESTING IS A JOKE. DONT DO IT YOULL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

Our company rented box trucks from Star for a number of years during our busy season. Last year when the truck was returned there was slight damage to the edge of drivers door from one of our crew opening it into something during the summer. At return we pointed the damage out and expected to pay for repair. Over 4 weeks after we returned the truck to Star the repairs had not been completed. Star continued to charge us rent while they took weeks to make a 2-3 day repair. During this time one of our employees spotted the truck on the road being used. When questioned about this Star refused to tell us whether they were renting the truck while claiming it was in line to be repaired. This is not how we treat our customers.

Be carful when renting a trailer with them ,they are tricky and liers ..if u rent make sure trailers have good tires if not so .then what they do is set u in a trap ,as the use bad tires and tires like that blow out rightaway what happen next ..dont worry they say we cover it .but at the end of the rent they will charge you all tires using the excuse of driver fail to drive safely thats why tires blew ..so i highly recommend to look for another company to rent instead of thisone ..check prime leasing grand rapids they have way better prices and new equipments.
