I didnt realize that Enterprise truck rentals have the better deals compared to its competitors.Easy and straightforward.

Despite making a confirmed reservation online, when I arrived to pick my vehicle up they had none available. I understand that we have shortages of vehicles but it seems like the website could be kept more up-to-date with the current inventory.

I cant praise our Grand Rapids outlet enough. They have always been professional, efficient and detailed. And this last rental, the 26 trucks lift gate blew its hydraulics 60 miles from home. After a phone call, a service truck appeared in short order and we were on our way in less than 2 hours. They were fair in compensation, too. I dont normally go out of my way to submit a Google review, but this company deserves it.

Great service, friendly staff and clean, well maintained vehicles. Ive rented a Ford Transit van twice for a few days each recently and was very happy with the vehicle and the service.

There was some issues but they took care of things in a professional manner. I would go there again.
