Randy and his team are the absolute best. Ball Auto is one of the few places you can go to get your car fixed and feel confident that they will not try to up charge you on unnecessary parts or labor, and they will fix the problem right the first time.

The mechanic at Ball Ave is highly skilled. Randy is very knowledgeable on what needs repair when we show up and ask, what does that noise mean? Is it bad? Their reputation is so good that its normal to have to make an appointment a week or two ahead of time.

I went to Ball Avenue Service on the referral I received from my daughter and from an auto parts manager I was speaking with. I’ve also had several friends who told me about Ball Ave Service. I’m so happy I took their advice and brought my car to Randy, the owner, for his advice! I was having some intermittent issues with my car stalling. He hooked it up to his diagnostic meter to confirm what he thought might be causing the problem. There were three things that were detected and instead of taking advantage of my lack of knowledge, he said the part he was going to install was, more than likely, going to take care of the other 2 things that showed up on the diagnosis. He was correct and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate being treated fairly and without having to worry about getting ripped off!!! He was very fairly priced and explained everything to me and was so nice and professional. I felt like I was doing business with someone I’ve known for years! There’s a reason everyone recommends this shop! I will continue to do business with them and you should too!By the way, there’s another service repair shop across the street so don’t confuse the two places. I’m sure some of the negative reviews were meant for them instead of Ball Avenue Service. Other auto supply locations said Randy is one of the best mechanics in the city and they highly recommend him. I do too now!

Honest and clean job.

Great auto shop. Made room for me when there was none. Fixed the problem a full week ahead of estimate. Cant say enough about how great these guys are. Highly, highly recommended. Pass the word.

Very honest and knowledgeable in the services they perform. Saved me tons of money $$$$$ on repairs another shop said I needed, when all I needed was an adjustment. I will always bring my vehicles to Ball Avenue Service for repairs!

Friendly & helpful; while not the cleanest place, or the most organized, it is run by staff who know cars and are honest above everything else; Randy the owner can give you an idea of what might be wrong with the vehicle based on your descriotion of the issue, and his prices are beyond fair- the last bill I had repaired several things that were wrong with my 16 year old car, and the total was the same as I had paid at a different service shop for just one of the things Randy fixed! The station does have a waiting room if necessary, but its best if you can leave the car- Ball Ave services a LOT of cars, and it generally takes the entire day for your car to be repaired, BUT its done right- Ive never had to bring the car back for the same issue! Often takes a week or 10 days for an appointment, but if its an emergency they will try and fit you in.

I do not recommend as I paid them 500 dollars to do my shocks. When getting the van back i discovered that they screwed up the alignment really bad. They told us that they would not fix it unless we paid 60 dollars. We had just had the vehicle realigned a week before when we purchased new tires. Unless you want to hand over your life savings to con artists and thieves I would go anywhere else then Ball Ave.

Randy is the best, we take all of our cars there, he is reasonable priced and doesnt do any work that doesnt need to be done!
