The only reason I left one star is cause I couldnt leave a review without it, my experience here was not gd at all, I had my Toyota RAV4 worked on by Patrick Reeder, he did some rear end work, my shocks were both fine when I went in, I was driving back home and one of the shocks broke off, also the stabilizer link was installed and the boot blew out on it because he over greased it, I took it back and he lied and said he told me about the shock, which he did not, the Toyota dealership told me the boot was blown. I am not happy at all. Do not take your car to get repairs here, very shady people.

Very integral, family owned and operated outfit. Truly represent what a used vehicle and service shop should be.We were hesitant to purchase a company work vehicle from another town (came up from Kalamazoo) but the price was perfect. Staff was honest and transparent with everything. Brought the vehicle to our local mechanic after purchase to verify everything was in good working condition as well as the repairs that B&D performed. He reported it was in great operating order and everything the service shop stated was serviced/replaced had indeed been done and done well with quality parts. Strongly recommend if you need either service work done or looking for a new to you vehicle.

I can’t speak for their service department but sales was a delight to work with. I just bought a Subaru Legacy here and Dave was extremely knowledgeable, answered every little question and concern I had, I never felt pressured and he was up front about all costs, and even stayed 2 hours after closing to get loan approval and finish paperwork. I am very happy and will definitely go back to them for service but I feel confident my new vehicle won’t need anything done for a while. Dave was professional, courteous, and respectful every step of the way and I would absolutely come back here again.

Had a great experience with these guys. They have a smaller lot with quality vehicles. Their value was spot on (if not a little better) and we couldnt be happier with our vehicle from them. There were no pressure tactics from Mark or JR, which is refreshing. Easy going, laid back, and upfront on any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend them.

Walked around the lot for 20 minutes and then finally went inside to find the owner playing on his phone. Owner was extremely friendly saying how well they are doing on business and how quickly they sell cars. We took the car for a test drive and found things that we did not like about it. Upon return the owner asked how things went and when I listed the things we found he completely changed his attitude and made us feel like none of that was possible. He also low balled our trade in offer assuming that we would not do the research ourselves. Yesterday he said our trade in car would normally sell for 6-7,000. Today when I debated with him it magically came up to 11,000. Sleazy tactics trying to buy the car for as cheap as possible. I would not recommend this car lot to anyone.Edit:Never once did I swear during our conversation our “get irate”. Nice try at slander. Just more verification that I would not recommend buying from this car lot.

We were looking for a car within a tight time crunch, due to totaling our car. We found B & D online and the cars looked decent. When we visited the lot, we were impressed with the customer service and value of the cars. The office is clean and the staff is friendly. Our own mechanic checked out the car before we purchased it, but was very impressed with the car overall. We will be telling friends to shop here and will check it out again when the need arises.

Very good customer service.1) Wasnt overtly pushy like you run into at most auto lots.2) Gave us a thirty day warrantee, since my mechanics is in a different town. And couldnt inspect the car for me.3) Offered to replace out battery; without being asked, when ours need a jump before we could test drive it. The battery did start having problems after we bought it and Dave replaced/installed a new battery at no cost to us.

This is a good place, just not in a popular location! Hard to pull in and check things out, if you do come across it you will be delighted.

One of the most unprofessional experiences Ive ever had. Things were going well until I said I wanted to have the car inspected and the salesmans demeanor changed entirely. In essence he became completely uncooperative and said he would not hold the car as he previously said he would, even though I had the money for him. He slammed the car fax into his desk in front of my girlfriend and said that if I didnt trust him at face value I could leave.

Do not buy a car from these men. I bought a car and 4 days after it was in the shop for a bad CV axle. Ok, no problem, Ill call them, they didnt know. I called them and e mailed and they totally ignored me. No phone call, no e mail. Also, the warranty they give with the car is a joke. My mechanic had to fight with the warranty company to get them to cover what the warranty says they will cover. At the end of the day, the money is coming out of my pocket. I have made 1 car payment on my car and I just received a bill for $500 for my $15,000 car I have had for just over a month. Save your time and money and go to a more reputable dealer. Yeah you heard me, David, I gave you my hard earned money and you screwed me over. Thanks buddy!BTW, Im sure you will respond with some long winded NON appology or willingness to take responsibility so let me save you the trouble. Your full of it.
