There are several people living in these apartments and they are complaining about the illegal actions by the maintenance people. Their testimonies are the maintenance people are coming into their apartments after they leave and without a 24-hour notice of purpose, which is required by law unless its an emergency. Their claim is there is no emergency and some of the residents suspect the maintenance people/person of perverse actions and theft. However, they are not banding together to fight this horribly, personally invasive and illegal behavior. I strongly suggest interviewing the residence prior to making a commitment and signing a lease at these apartments. This is what I was informed of from the residence upon inquiring as to their opinions about the apartments. I will never rent from this management company unless there is a complete overhaul of their managers.
