You need better employee s in your store ones that know what they are doing

Terrible terrible service . I do not recommend. Especially if you have or are getting a Samsung galaxy 8. EVERY TIME I go out of service ( I live in a rural area and travel into the mountains a lot ) I come back into service, have full bars but cant text or call anyone . I get disconnected with the cell tower somehow and have to go through waiting to chat to customer service, go through all these steps have each and every representative tell me they guarentee my problem will be fixed if I just do all these same steps i have to keep doing every time i leave a service area. HIGHLY INCONVIENIENT AND FRUSTRATING!!! Never once was I offered any incentive to actually stick with them . Come to find out im not the only one thats had this problem and from what I can tell its not getting fixed .

I called multiple times during business hours and no one would pick up the phone, so I called customer care. 1. Getting to be able to actually speak to someone was a nightmare! 2. When I finally got a lady on the phone I think her headset was not working correctly because she couldnt hear me and for the most part I just heard static. 3. When I could hear her I needed her to repeat everything 5 or 6 times because her English was so bad and her Indian accent was so thick! 4. After explaining my issue multiple times she asked put me on hold for a minute (it was 10) and all she did without even picking up the phone again was to transfer me to LG (my phones brand) customer support. My previous carrier virgin transferred all accounts to Boost Mobile this was not my choice to go to them. I would recommend shopping for a different carrier!

Store has a brand new sign saying Now Open Sundays, and the great thing is they dont even bother to open the store. This store is a disaster. Dont go here the owners are to stupid to know when they are open.

Very sweet young lady who works there never had a problem with a boost phone

Excellent customer service hooked up my phone runaway was able to switch my number over I am loving the service and Im getting from them everything is so much better and for my other carrier I think I will stay with Boost for a very long time

I get my phone service and there very good and helpful and they let you know when your ready for an upgrade.

Sign o n door says open.doors locked.no one answers phone.will probly go to new carrier.

Quick and efficien

These catty bats working here are a major joke. Their customer service is so poor, my dog could sell me a new device better than the current staff. What Id like to see change within their store is a diverse range of employees who arent all female. It seems to me that the management could be letting her bias opinions affect her job disproportionately. Im almost willing to call Boost Mobile corporate and send in my complaint as to how I was treated. And also submit a claim with the Department of Regulatory Affairs for possibly many violations which could stack up against them!

This place is pathetic. Ive had better customer service at Walmart-- and thats saying A LOT! Plus, they seem a tad bit racist against the white majority population and give better service to Hispanics and those where English isnt their primary language. Perhaps id be compelled to leave ZERO stars if that were only a possibility.

They were not up front with phone charges. How do you pay $80+ on 3 free phones?Manager was rude. They transfered our phone information before they told us the charges, so we couldnt go back to our old phones and stop the process. Questionable legal use of charges. Were going to the Better Business Bureau.

Went to pay my phone bill today and the girl took my husband off my account! Sooooooo furious rn he had to pay a completely new bill to keep his phone on

Horrible attitude worse customer service the lady was very rude

Its been 2 months sense i asked when the orders for the phones are coming in and never received a call. Then i go in about 2 weeks ago now and asked when there shipment comes in they said friday and still no phone! I would like to know how in the world it takes this long to get the phone i wanted!

So i came in to the store excited about getting a phone man they were the most nastiest pure scum employees when i asked about i6 they said they were out and magically 2 minutes later had like 15 of them i mean what ever happened to customer service especially the ugly mexican girl who had the most pampas attitude ugly and nasty i will never shop here again im also going to corporate to complain about diana shes better off working in the greyhound station as a baggage girl!! Even greyhound station has better customer service i highly recommend to take your business else were!!!!!!

Pulled up to the front of the building to go inside to set up a new phone plan after driving from montrose. The man inside pointed to a sign hanging in their door that states customers only all others will be towed, we hadnt even had a chance to unload from our van......he was very rude and pointed again. .......we are now going somewhere else for phone service!
