I was traveling and went into this salon for a dip powder manicure, which I regularly get at my home salon. I have never had such a bad experience with ANY type of manicure. The very next day my thumbnail broke on my right hand and the top coat was peeling off the nails on my other hand. After a couple more days, more of my nails chipped and then the top coat was peeling off ALL of my nails. Clearly the wrong product was used on my nails.Dip powder is a durable and long-lasting alternative to regular polish, but obviously not at this salon. I was so angry that I essentially threw away $38 since I was unable to return and request they redo my nails. If you go here, beware, and verify the correct products and procedures are being applied.

They nailed my wife and daughters nails after Savvy Nails wouldn’t do it. Highly recommended.

Having just moved completely up here from Denver I have been on the search for a good nail salon since the summer have been to a couple up here on the mountain and it has been quite expensive. When in as a walk in the other day was greeted with a smile and exceptional service. My nails look wonderful I will be returning often as I am a nail junkie.

I love this place! The technicians are professional and thorough. Make sure you allow enough time for a GREAT pedicure because they will not rush through the process. This place is cozy and they treat you like they really appreciate your business.

I would not give a start if I didn’t have to. My sister in law and I went there for a girls day and wanted to enjoy ourselves. The lady that did my nails was very rough and made me bleed on all of my fingers. She did not ask if I was okay or apologize, instead just continued being rough. The lady that did my sister in laws nails was swearing as she told stories about her exes and the bars. I do not recommend this place!!

Avoid this place. The shop itself is outdated and ghetto. I stopped in for a fill and wish I had gone elsewhere. The owners daughter who works here is a condescending little *you know what*. She is more attentive to playing video games with her young son who is often stuck in this shop, unfortunately. My gel nails turned out just okay and the sides are already starting to chip. Quality customer service can go a long way..

They were nice,but that’s the only positive thing about it. the lady that did my nails was very rough and it hurt. she made me bleed. but the nails she did for me didn’t turn out good. they’re not straight and not the color the nail polish turned out to be. then after she told me my nails were dry. they weren’t and when i got home, 2 nails smudged. i do not recommend if you want perfect nails. and it’s an exta $6 of you want your nails long.

Service is good, nails are good but shes rough. My only issue is with the prices, they have a price list on the wall that clearly reads 20$ for gel Fill but she always charges me $35, the full set price. if their prices went up they need to have it posted otherwise it feels discriminating to list one price and charge another.

I have gone here multiple times and love it. They anyways fit me in. Massage chairs are nice and best foot and calf massage ever!. Yes, decor is not the greatest and owners 4 year old is there. But it really is the best bang for your buck.

Nice pedicure. Leg and foot massage was great. Little guy running around was entertaining..he didnt bother anyone other than visiting with customers. Definitely will go back.

My mom and I go regularly and really enjoy the extra care they give. My mom has challenging nails due to diabetes and they go the extra mile to take good care of her. Thanks ladies!

Does not communicate English well at all and didnt seem like anyone there was enjoying theyre job. I was hesitant to ask questions about services and when I left I felt angry just from the vibe in the place! When I do return to Glenwood springs I will not be going back here!

I am giving 1 star for getting us in. I was from out of town with my two adult daughters. We were there over 3 hours to get 3 pedicures. The younger woman (I assume) was in charge and was the mom of the cute little boy that so many have referred to in past reviews. Though adorable, the little guy (age 4 or 5 ish) should not be there, constantly being yelled at by his mom. At one point some stranger poked his head on the door, and asked if anyone knew about the little boy that had been in the public bathroom for awhile. (The location is setup somewhat like a little strip mall.) He then said he was messy and required some assistance. I suggested she go take care of him. She waited 10 more minutes to go check on her son! She complained and made fun of other clients that had come in beforehand.When I was finished, I was told to go sit across the room from my daughters, and there I sat for another hour until I told her I came to spend time with them and grabbed and empty chair to be by them.Now the payment issue: We asked for 3 deluxe pedicures listed @ $35 ea. The grand total according to them was $148!!! At that point there were a bunch of people waiting and we just wanted to leave. I asked how that broke down and the younger lady in charge informed me that the files and callous removers they used cost more. Ummm, how were we supposed to get a pedicure and why werent we told this beforehand? I asked for a receipt and was told, if you pay cash, we do not give out receipts. I insisted on one and was then given a blank piece of paper with $148 written on it. How legal is that??This was a bait and switch rip off and will never go back. In fact, I am considering filing my first formal complaint against the BBB.

Called in today to get my nails done, I was told to wait 30 minutes but ended up waiting more than an hour. There was also a little boy running around which I dont mind. But he was hitting and scratching my friend and taking other customers keys and phones. I am a mother myself and was just trying to get some alone time yet I was unable to because I had to deal with someone elses child. Hes not a baby anymore he needs attention something needs to be done here.Oh and did I mention I never got my nails done!

My guy and I stopped in to get pedicures while we were staying in Glenwood. For starters the facility looks quite disheveled and I was concerned about sanitation. The ladies made us wait while they finished a project even though there was no one else in there. Then we sat down and the chairs were very wonky and worn. My technician was very aggressive with my trimming and it hurt as she dug into the sides of my toes. I keep my feet pretty well maintained and never had this experience during any other pedicure. They used oil for our foot massage which consisted of them pounding the bottoms of our feet with their fists. We both left with our calves and feet slippery with excessive oil. Another group had come in during our treatment and they were attendes to quickly. I was left waiting to checl out for nearly 15 minutes before one of the techs finally stopped and attended to me. Their sign clearly states $25 for their pedicure however I was charged $27 each and told the extra $2 was for the file and buffer they used on each of us. Doesnt the cost of the pedicure include the cost of the supplies? I am flabbergasted that this business has remained open. Also, there were crying children in the back that belonged to the employees. So unprofessional. We definitely wouldnt recommend and wont be back!

First of all, I scheduled an appointment for 12:30 to get only a manicure, then I ended up waiting for TWO HOURS, a lady walked in and wanted a pedicure and they attended her before me when I had SCHEDULED an appointment. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and I would not have given it any stars at all if I had a choice.

They have such a huge selection of dip powders to choose from. Cheapest prices in the valley and exceptional work.

Tien gives a really great pedicure and did a really cute design . Love the set up and the family was very friendly! Would go back...

The young girl there always has her kid there and she is never nice about her mother or towards her sometimes. Very rude in my eyes!

Worse experience ever!!!! I got a re-base and color change the lady cut me 5 times and my 4 of my nails broke 2 days after she did them. Never will I go back or recommend them to anyone! I will continue going to Tony in New Castle

I did not like this place very much, they do not give good attention and they are always in a hurry doing their job and they do not do it well. I have always done my toenails myself and I think they fit me better, now I chose to do a pedicure with them and I did not like it much as the girl took care of me, to begin with it hurt my nails when I was cutting them and the Girl did not go to ask me if she had hurt me, she went on and did not care. I really do not recommend this place is very bad I was not treated well and the place is not very clean and I went to places cleaner and with better attitude in the people who serve you.
