Amy did my nails and I love them (worth the price). She worked quick while making sure they were perfect. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and I will definitely be back!

When I came in the first time I was treated very rudely and not listened at all, I paid 40 dollars for the basic pedicure and I wish I could go back so I didn’t have to waste $40 the nail polish was missing on most of my nails and on the skin. I went back in to show them and my foot was grabbed pretty hard to look at the nail polish, she wouldn’t listen to anything I said and just kept interrupting me. I would a nice relaxing pedicure and didn’t get that. They did fix my polish but not very well, but wasn’t willing to listen to me about my disappointment in for the pedicure. There was still nail polish on my skin after 15 minutes of them trying to ‘fix it’ I am just going to have to end up painting them myself.

I called Amys Spa Nail for a same day appointment and they welcome me and my fiance the same day. As we arrived, staff was very friendly! Now i spoke with Amy about getting a full set of French nails short in length, natural looking, also a pedicure for my fiance. Amys work and her staff succeed our expectations! My fiance is very happy with his pedicure 😊 and I am in love ❤️ with my natural and shiny french full set nails! Ladies, come to this salon and give it a try!

This place is now called Amys Nails and SalonHorrible customer service and severely damaged my skin during waxing! RUN AWAY!I had my face waxed at their salon. Within 24 hours my face broke out in acne and in a severely agitated rash! I went to another wax salon to see what had happened and they said whoever waxed your face MAJORLY messed up and had no business waxing where they waxed youI have been treating my face with infra red light and now - two weeks later it is just now starting to look less inflamed but I still have the break out. Before the appointment, my skin was completely clear. To add insult to injury, my face wasnt even waxed well. I have random clumps of hair, which she missed entirely. I stopped in and told Amy (who was the person who waxed me) about what had happened. She smirked the entire time and did not seem to care about the mess that my face was.I asked for refund and she said that they dont do that and then said she would wax my face again (in the places she missed) but thats all she could offer. I couldnt believe after seeing how inflamed and irritated my skin was, that she would then choose to wax again. I obviously turned down her offer. She told me to stop back in when the owner returned but she was sure that they could not help me. The entire time she smirked and did act concerned at all. I will never be returning to this salon under ANY circumstance. Save yourself!!!

The gentlemen that first sat me down belittled me because I asked for a manicure and didnt specify I wanted acrylic nails. I apologized and told him I didnt know the terminology and he rolled his eyes and passed me off to Amy. While Amy was nice, she kept stopping work on my nails to pick up the phone, and take care of a gal that came in for an eyebrow wax. The quality of my acrylic nails came out very poor. I paid $61.00 (plus gratuity) for a set of nails that look very rushed and sloppy. I will not be returning to this salon.

Wow - was this ever disappointing! $55 spa pedicure and I just dont think the gal doing the pedicure could see very well. The main reason Im writing this review is because my big toe is in such pain from the slice she made in my skin using the nail file under my nail. She cut the toe nails as I asked her to (better in ski boots this time of year!) but she never filed them properly so there are sharp points on the edges and they were entirely uneven (Ive since filed them myself but of course that wrecks the polish). Then when she painted them, she only painted half of the surface of the nail! I dont have that color polish so now that Im home theres really nothing I can do about it but start over. I asked her to fix a couple of the nails at the time, which she did, but she left polish around the edges (she tried a little to clean them up) but then never added the top coat to those nails.The spa part of the pedicure was decent and the place was super clean, so that was good. I am just super disappointed I spent that much and got such a half-hearted job. I dont think this woman had any training on how to give a pedicure, it just seemed like she was a stand in for someone else.Avoid this place and go somewhere more professional.

Called at noon for a 2:30 appointment. Started promptly after I selected a color - they had a lot to choose from. I got the deluxe pedi and I am super satisfied with the service. Great massage, products, hot clean towels. I will gladly go back.

Had partions between chairs and only three chairs working so there was a empty chair and two partions between you and another client .very good price.

Honestly I expected to get a good pedicure but the entire time it felt rushed and very over the top. I do not recommend coming here unless your in a rush. We came at 3 and by 315 we were already paying and out the door.

I had an appointment and when I went in she asked what I needed and I told her I have an appointment with you and she said oh I thought you called and cancelled. I told her no I didn’t call. She then went on with her other customer and totally ignored me. Plus I was 10 minutes early. She was so rude I will never go there again.

I just went and got my nails done here today (9/6/19) and the lady who had helped me get a full set done on my hands was pretty nice. Although, what really broke my mood is she wasn’t really talkative and the nail file and buffer she used on me were DIRTY. The nail file looked used, and there was somethin nasty looking on the buffer. The nails turned out decently nice being a gel set. Some imperfections like bubbles in the polish. I will not go back. Not to mention a full set one color cost me $51?!? Ridiculous.

Absolutely love this salon!! I have gone twice, and both times the employees they were very attentive, sweet and kind. My nails look AMAZING every time they finish up, and they take their time really making sure they are perfect and clean. Highly recommend them!

This place is awesome! I went to get waxed at different place today and they said my hair wasn’t long enough to wax (which I totally didn’t buy, I think the girls working were being lazy) so then my friend told me to come to this salon and it was half the price, the women did such a nice job.

They did a horrible job. The boss charged me 21 extra dollars for something she told me was going to be 10. They were very rude about it when I asked why it was so expensive. I got the gel and not even a week later, two already broke because they were so fragile. My nails were very uneven and crooked. They were nice at first and very fast, but I suggest that if you want to do your nails, go to savvy. This place over charges and is way more expensive than needs be. If you plan to go here, bring at least 20-30 extra dollars

Felt rushed and actually hurt while filing my nails and removing old nail polish. If he would have let the nail polish remover soak into the polish he might have removed it more effectively. One of my toes was bleeding from trying to file. Also make sure you read the entire menu at the front. They charge an extra dollar on top of the menu price. So odd that they wouldn’t just lump it into the menu price.

The last two times I have tried to go into the store. My visits have gone as followed:1st visit: I went in 1 hour 15 minutes before close. I walked in and they asked how they could help me. I replied that I wanted shellac nails. She responds no.I was confused and asked, no? And she repeats, no in a stern voice and just looks away. I said ok. Have a good day and left. (Again, I am the one who said have a good day with no response).There were two ladies there and the one who responded to me was rude with how she said her message. Customer service failed.2nd visit: I went in with 5 hours before close, so I knew I wasnt cutting it close to closing time. I walked in and the two employees on the floor, just looked at me and just kept doing what they were previously doing. I sat down to wait until they could talk to me. After a moment, one responds to me wanting to know what I wanted and if I made an appointment. I made my request and her response was that they are busy. I asked about the walk-in policy and her response was AGAIN annoyed that I was there and said we are busy. Her attitude toward me made me feel like she just wanted me to leave.Each of these two encounters, I was treated with annoyance and disdain. I was treated like I was a hindrance to them. I wonder why she was trying to push me out the door each time instead of have my business. I have had my nails done for years at other salons and never treated like this. I will not be returning.It is obvious that a nail technician will complete with the customers that you are currently working on. So responding to customers with the statement, we are busy and nothing else... is failing on customer service. At others salons, I have been given a time that I might have to wait, but Im still treated like they would like me to use their establishments services.If you do go to this salon, DO NOT GO ON A WEEKEND!

I went to get my nails done there awhile ago and I just want coffin acrylic nails and I ended having to pay a a whole lot more than was originally said not to mention they were really rude and didn’t clean any of the materials they had. My nails came out all crooked and asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me.

I have had decent experiences here before, but it is obvious that if Amy (the boss) is not there then no one wants to work. When I went in the lady who would be doing my pedicure was sitting in the waiting area with her shoes off and her feet up (there were a few other customers in the store as well) I sat for my pedicure and when she came over to start I said “hello how are you?” And received no response, I then noticed she had headphones on and kept them on for about 15 minutes of the pedi. I just found this unprofessional but I figured if the pedicure is good then I can overlook that. However I wasn’t given a foot massage at all and my feet were still rough when she was finished. Even the polish job was sloppy. It was clear to me that I was inconveniencing my nail tech so much so that when I said “thank you” I went completely unacknowledged. I will never set foot in this establishment again and I suggest you take your money elsewhere.

Don’t get your nails done here. Terrible service. Rude customer service.They REALLY don’t know how to do nails. I had to go to the doctor because the lady cut my nail bed open with her file. ☹️☹️☹️

I just had to have one nail redone yesterday and the rest are chipping and a couple are ready to come off altogether. Again. Thanks Amy. My 92$ is increasingBy the day. Horrible. I felt like a scolded child. The owner did my nails and was rude, her dress was soiled just like her attitude towards me. My daughter had her toes done at the same time and they spent no time on her or me. We were out of there in half of an hour and charged 92.00 and did not receive the nail kits which we were upcharged 2.00 each for. I was so disappointed, then my daughter showed me the mistakes in my polish that are so obvious I will have to have them redone. I’m over 65 and on SSI. This is the only thing I ever do for me and I’m just plain unhappy. Plus English was not spoken to me but the owners language was spoken about me to another attendant next to her. Could you be ruder? Plus my nail just chipped never happened before. Huge chip. Now I have to go and find a place to repair it tomorrow. THANKS again AMY!!!!!

Negative 5 stars if it were an option!!! My niece was told her manicure would be $25 then was charged over $40!!! Not only do they have terrible customer service they took advantage of a kid! SMH
