The technicians at V Nails are highly trained. They’re very good at their jobs and the prices are fair. V nails is always busy (because of their good work) so make sure you call in to make an appointment. I’m a happy and loyal customer.

Clean place, open every day, they follow covid protocol, friendly staff, reasonable prices, they do their job very well.

August 20, 2017Ive been here four times. There is nothing exceptional about this nail salon: very typical.The service you receive is only as good as the person who happens to be doing your nails at the time.Parking is very challenging. They do not open on time. And, when they do open, the workers filter in within the hour. I also noticed that they do not use plastic liners for spa pedicures.Today I had an appointment for a fill and a polish change. I received the fill, which took one hour, but no one was available for the polish change. They took 3 other customers instead of helping me.I spoke to management about it. He said they were very busy and didnt want to keep the customers waiting. ??? Im the client who had the appointment!I left because no one was available, and I didnt want to wait another half an hour for a polish change. Not going back...

Beautiful place love the color scheme and the staff is not only friendly, but very enthusiastic about great service. I would no doubt recommend this place to everyone but I encourage you to come and just try this place once. 11/10 best nail salon in L.A

The level of technique is partially okay. This is my second time coming here less than two weeks for a gel fill. Originally it was $49 gel full set “long” nails. And this time I care back I got a fill with the length shorter and it was $38 which is only $10 cheaper for a weak job, didn’t put no oil and massage the hand like usual and also left nail glue on my fingers. This is the last time I come here.. over priced and weak service.

11/17/18This review is for Ben. I like everything else about V Nail. He did my nails today, and they were really bad. He didnt even try. Even the paint feels rough. He cut them soooo short!!! I hate short nails. I let him know the size I wanted and he still cut them super short!How do I add a picture11/18/18The more I look at these nails the more I am disgusted with them. I started coming here regularly since its closer to our house and right next to Starbucks (win win). My top two at this salon are Joyce for pedicure and gel mani with Jimmy for acrylic nails. Both are also such nice people and so professional with their work. Sometimes Ive waited to be seated even though I had an appointment but honestly this can happen anywhere as the person before couldve been late. They dont accept cards for anything that totals less than $30 but theres an atm machine inside for anyone who needs cash.Parking is an issue for me at this place all the time! I try to book my appointments away from peak hours to improve my chances of finding parking! (Blame starbucks, shoulder shrug)

Why would anyone go to this place? No parking, terrible attitude, very high fees. Check prices and service quality in the surrounding area before you go to this place

My wife has been refused to be served with no explanation of the reasons, while employees were talking in foreign language after several requests by my wife to talk in English and give an explanation.

In this place they are working a group of manicure and pedicure professionals, theyre doing their job fast and trying to be clean. The staff are freindly and helpful.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, they made almost all my nails bleed, and worst of all I paid for gel, on my toe nails, and the lady put 1 coat of paint on and was done NO GEL! The next day I woke up with a bunch of chips on my toe nails , do yourself a favour and never come here, honestly this place should shut down

The wait time here is ridiculous even after making an appointment, Im still waiting for an hour and a half and they havent started on my nails yet. I wish they told me its busy when I called and I wouldve picked another day. I have been their customer for a long time but because of the wait time I try not to come here. Its my first time back here since spring and nothing has changed, Im never coming back. I never write reviews but I I hope after seeing this they can have the desency to tell you theyre busy when you call to make an appointment.
