The work is careful creating yet gentil, leaves a lot to love about this nail salon. It is wheel chair assesableand has bathroom for customers. Assorted nails designs and color schemes. Go 👀 see them for a pedicure or hand 💅 nails. Solo too poor😊

The salon is huge. So much space its a welcome difference to the usual crowded places. They treated my daughter wonderfully her nails were spectacular

Love this place! Ive only been twice so far, but my sister and friends are regular customers at gala. The staff and owners are really nice and work quickly! I got the powder dip mani and loved it. Id recommend going back to change out the color before the 1 month mark though, otherwise it will start to lift off (naturally) and makes hair washing difficult lol. Still, 1 month of lasting hold is great! Lots of color and texture options.The pedis are also really nice. Spas are clean and lined and very relaxing, even the basic treatment. They also offer eyebrow services and other stuff Im not sure of haha.Definitely recommend this place on the counts of friendly staff, sanitary stations and restrooms, well-lit, does not smell like chemicals. Highly recommend!-A

I absolutely love this place and the staff here. Mike and Jenny are always so friendly. I came in today for a dip manicure and a gel pedicure. I arrived at 6pm and right away jenny started doing my dip manicure. And she did a wonderful job. Then mike stayed past the time they closed to finish doing my pedicure which was so kind of him. I would recommend this place to anyone. They also have such a wonderful collection of colors. Get your butt in here and enjoy being pampered cause that’s what I did 😁

I went to another place to have my acrylics removed and gel nails replaced. They did such an awful job I went to Gala nails 3 days later and Jenny did an amazing job at a great price‼️ They also do a great pedicure! Got my nails done here for the first time and honestly for the amount of $ I paid the job was cheaply done. Didnt buff my nails out to a high shine did half job. Did not file my nails correctly went in a rough back and forth motion instead of the correct way. I had to clean up my own nail polish all under nail. Sloppy for my first time. I will be going elsewhere next time...

I have been going to gala for a VERY long time. The staff are very friendly and Lisa is the BOMB! She knows exactly how I like my nails done. All she has to ask is what color we are doing. The prices are a little higher depending on what you want done, but you get what you pay for. I drive by at least a dozen nail salon just to go here. They can get VERY busy depending on the day and time you are going but they take appointments. I highly recommend this salon to anyone wanting good quality work done! Thank you gala nails!

This place is awesome! Feeling a little tired today. Perfect place to come and relax, get a nice back massage in their chairs while getting a pedicure; massage of the feet, warm towels, hot rocks. New and exciting organic dipping powder! Vitamin E, calcium etc...all great for thin nails. I appreciate how well they take care of me. I love this place! Highly recommend.

I have been going here since they opened. I absolutely love Mike and his wife. Great people. Mike does the BEST work by far. Outside of him, the quality is kind of hit and miss. If you want a great nails, see Mike. Great pedicure, see Jenny. Its worth making the appointment for them specifically.

Great customer service however, nails do not last long. It’s been three days since I’ve gotten my nails done and two of them already popped off. This is the first time this ever happened and I always take care of my nails.

I have gotten my nails done here many times before which is why i decided to take my 2 sisters in law and mother in law here, but I was surprised to be treated so horribly. First when we walked in I had stated we need 3 full sets and one paint, they sat us down and one of my sisters was told they wouldnt do her nails if the fill she needed wasnt from them, they would have to rip them off. my other sister had the exact opposite of what she wanted, (she likes black and goth and the lady put pink on without her consent) and she clipped off all of her nails because she didnt speak enough English to understand she only wanted paint. And on top of that the lady doing her nails sneezed on her hands twice, picker her ear, and the lady working behind her was going to town with her nose. third was my nails, I had requested blood red matte nails, the man that did mine said he would be able to make any color matte he then proceeded to not push my cuticles back so a day later they already look grown out, he made them side ways and to make them what he called matte he took nail polish remover to them. I was upset at this point. Then when it was my mother in laws turn he said you said 3 full sets I dont have time for anymore I have to go home I cant do it. no! At this point I was livid. If you scroll to the top again youll see the first thing I stated was we need 3 full sets and one paint. We then went to the register where my total for myself went from $25 to $50 just for him to do the matte which let me remind you was done with nail polish remover and took off 2/3 of the nail polish in the front of the nails. I will not be coming here again and you have lost 4 good customers due to your unprofessional, disgusting, rude way of running this business

Dont go here I have been sitting here for over and hour once they say me down For a pedicure they lady was so focused on herself and not getting my feet done and getting me out she did not remove my callus right,she used lotion to remove it. nor did she cut my toe nails evenly ..and from the beginning I told her I wanted gel and still made me pick out a regular polish and once again I asked her is this the gel polish she said yes ,so she started applying the regular polish I said no I want gel then she stopped the service and told some one else to do it. Over 30 mins later still have not started my nail colorPlus I dont even see anywhere the ladys license

They did very bad and the guy was very rude and when he was painting my nails he didn’t clean anything up like I have polish all over my skin the nail polish has so many bubbles in them. Overall a horrible experience I truly don’t recommend coming here.

I had a gel manicure done. The gentleman that worked on me was very friendly but his technique left me concerned. He cut me badly with the cuticle clippers. The filing was all over the place and his tool use seemed frazzled. I was so uncomfortable with the manicure that I told him I changed my mind on the pedicure and left. Prices are very reasonable but color selection is small.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE GALA NAIL & SPA !! Theyre like FAMILY ! Every time I walk through the doors of the shop, I am welcomed by EVERYONE! One time me AND my mom came into get a full set & it was like 4:50 (very inconsiderate of us) and they close at 5 but Mike stayed and took care of us both . The entire time he had us laughing and he was just amazing . He not once had an attitude or was rude to us . So definitely 10 stars with their customer service ! As far as NAILS, THEY CANT GO WRONG! They keep up with all the LATEST trends, and charge at a VERY REASONABLE pricing. Which i love because I am very big on change. I love trying new things & different styles! Literally, going to Gala nail & spa is always the highlight of my day. Im always smiling and laughing and just enjoying my visit. I recommend this nail salon to everyone . & so far everyone has loved it!!

Usually they do excellent work, this time I was passed off to 3 different people, the one that actually put the gel color on didnt do a very good job and I wont let her do it again, they need to keep more nail techs available so they wont need to pass you around like that

The salon is nice and they have a lot of color options for the powder dips for nails. Their pedicures are really nice. But, in 4 visits for the dip, I had to return twice to have them fixed because the back of the nail had rough edges as it grew out. The owner seemed mad that I dared to return to have it fixed the first time and was rude again the second time. He didnt actually fix them the second time either. Also, I made my appointment directly with him both of the times I had to return but the first time he pawned me off to someone else & the second time he didnt even bother to show up. I went based on a coworkers recommendation and she was shocked by the poor work each of the times. I am a loyal patron, but they certainly didnt earn or even try to earn my loyalty... I wont be going back!

They messed up me and my friends nails. It didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. They didn’t use the right coat on her nails so the gel was peeling off in a week, gel isn’t supposed to do that. I had Sns done and the same day my nails were cracking they also looked bumpy. I usually go to splendid nails but they were packed that day. Regret coming

It wasnt so bad at first, the staff was friendly and I like the environment. It hit its first bump when the guy who was doing my pedicure shaved a little too much skin of my foot and it stung for quite a while. Then, while in the middle of doing my nails, another women who was waiting for a pedicure asked how long her wait would be. He stopped doing my nails and attended to the other women. No tip for that guy. On second thought, heres a tip, grow a back bone and dont let someone bully you. I had to wait longer because the woman waiting was rushing him. I was here first, and would have been done and gone had the guy doing my nails had a back bone. Seriously irritated right now. I dont think Ill be coming back here.

This is my favorite nail salon i dont go anywhere else anymore!! I have never had a bad experience here and my nails always look amazing!! Mike is my favorite nail tech however jenny and the others are very good as well. Be prepared to be there for at least and hour plus because they take their time to make sure your nails look amazing rather then rush thru them like other salons, this is very important to me so i do not mind. I get the dipped powder nails and love them and i like that the offer several different pedi packages as well. They are clean and friendly and have several different options to choose from and their prices i think are great. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Visited this place twice. Thought I would be fair on this review and go back for the second time. Big mistake and a waste of money. Rude is the first thing. I literally have gone straight to another salon to have them fix the mess they do. They dont care how it comes out. They could care less if your happy or not. I wouldnt go here. My nails are a mess. Im shocked to see anyone happy on these reviews. There is plenty of places who treat you better and do a professional job. Save your money and avoid. they will push gel products on you. If you dont do gel they stop speaking to you and the disaster begins.

This establishment is extremely racists. I wasnt greeted upon coming in. But the two white women that came in behind me were greeted warmly. I was lied to about getting a discount. They had a girl in training do my nails and the shape of them came out horribly. Also paid for eyelash service and the eyelashes only lasted 5days before coming out on one eye. Worst experience of my life. They do not like black people. It was evident based on how I was treated when I first walked in. I had a rushed pedicure because the nail tech at an appt at four but I had already been there seen 130 for services and I had to wait 45mins just to be seen. Horrible service. All the reviews are by white women which is who they cater to. They treated me like my money was no good. Charged me for my services before they were even done and I didnt see him do that with anyone else in the shop and I had been there long enough to see several transactions and all those white women paid on their way out the door. They made me pay BEFORE I was getting my nails done . $120 wasted!I want my money back!!!!!

Used to come to this salon often enough. This past sunday i made an appointment and when i arrived they were insanely busy and sent me and my sister away when we had an appointment and we were prepared ahead of time. Unprofessional, bad customer service, too many people and not enough staff especially during covid. Would not recommend.

I called and scheduled an apt for myself my daughter and granddaughters to have pedicaures on mothers day. we arrived at 10:04 and were seated quickly. they started to perform pedicures on my daughter and granddaughters. the place started to get busy and three sets of customers came in sat down and were started on all together I sat there for over an hour, no one attempted to start my pedicure and adter 30 minutes, I asked in general if someone was going to start my pedicure. the owner mike did say to one of the girls she has been here since 10:15 but 35 more minutes went by, water became cold and I took my feet out of the water and set there. finally I said is someone going to do my pedicure. I young girl started my pedicure. by that time I was over the whole mothers day lets go get pedis together deal and had my toes painted and we left which was 21 dollars. they took 5 dollars off because I didnt get the full pedicure. I understand that it was a holiday and the place was busy. I get that one these days you might have to wait a little longer. but I called and made reservations 2 days prior and if they anticipated being that busy there should have been more people to working. it is not cheap to get a pedicure and a manicure and this should be a pleasurable experience. they were too busy worrying about how much money they were going to make to ensure that the customers were being serviced and getting what they are paying for. my daughter paid the bill and we left. I thought about the experience and called the manager Mike and he apologized and I told me I should have spoken up sooner when I was sitting there waiting for over an hour for my pedicure in cold water. Really? im a nurse and if I stood and waited for patients to tell me what they needed I would get fired. we have been there before and have had good and not so good experiences. we kept going back because they seemed nice and I guess they are nice as long as you tip really well and dont complain. I will never go back as there are many nail salons that would not have let a customer sit for over an hour in cold water waiting to be serviced. not a good experience.

Walked out early. Had to pay full pedi price for 1/4 done. Terrible service and rushed treatment.
